The reception staff today a female with scarf was so unprofessional, rude, as other comments it's true, the men was polite

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. It is a big shame this is under the Starbucks name. The staff is the rudest staff especially the girl. First she couldn’t communicate with me at all and kept being rude as if she didn’t want to do her job. Then she gave me the worst drink wrong and when I told her to fix it she just pushed it aside trying to tell me to just take it and leave. Horrible service

Stupid staff they don’t understand English or turkey I ordered something and they gave me something else they are not cooperating and very very very rude and disrespectful starbucks should know who they’re hiring this hijabi girl is so rude and mean

As mentioned in the other reviews, the staff certainly need customer service training. It is not just the language barrier but the overall attitude they have. I asked them for an extra cup and they said it is not possible (not sure if it is Starbucks policy but I have never had any other Starbucks store deny offering an extra cup). Overall, the staff do not seem to care and the place is not on par with Starbucks standards.

This is the most disgusting coffee have ever visited, garbages are everywhere. Shame.

Not of European / USA standard Coffee was insanely hot, just under boiling temperature. I had to wait 30 minutes to be able to drink it. Should be able to drink it when they give it to me. STARBUCKS IS NOT THE SAME AS TURKISH COFFEE❗ TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO MAKE ITALIAN COFFEE.

Very rude staff, they don’t speak English and they have different menu from Canada and Us . Very disappointed. Every time I ask for a drink on their menu they say out of stock . Seriously, what do you have then , huh
