What happened for the next is after staying 4 days incredible charges came to me that i had to pay 1350$ for the single stay in the hospital. I went to Finance department where pricing are given, he said your expenditures were high. I asked why??? He could not give me satisfied reply, all he showed me the list of consumables which are 5 times higher pricing than outside. The second problem that i watched is that the hospital highly hides payment slips, cheques. The tests which are prescribed by doctor is not shown charges, the staff says only total amount of 20 different tests. You are not able to see how much every test charges. This protocole does not give ensure to patients rather than it gives suspicious. Patient is not given clear payment cheque including room charges, consumables, pharmacy etc., even after you cleared pending amount. Thirdly point is what i remarked confusion and disagreement between international patient services and Marketing department. Marketing department appointed local citizen to whom all authority is given. International service staff are appointed with international citizens whom responsibility is to advertise hospital facility and services. But in some details like finance issue they really contradict. In conclusion, I dissatisfied with all finance issues except Radiology department.
