Choosing to address a live time frustration which was starting to affect my confidence by losing my hair, I came upon this clinic which treated me with professionalism and hospitality. Choosing the VIP package was the best choice and made a big difference when I left the airport in my private luxury car, shortly after I exit the airport terminal and the site of a group of people that where trying to fit all in a van confirmed that I made the best choice. By the way they didn’t fit all in that van and some couples got out and they had to wait another transportation car. Also the implant operation passed without feeling any pain. I did hair trainsplant at Atraxia clinic few days ago. The staff of the clinic did a very good job, the surgery was not painful and after that they gave me precise advices on how to treat my head and cure myself. I attached pictures 6 months after transplant. All in all they delivered everything that was promised. I think they did the best they could do regarding my situation. They were professional and nice. The price included: hair transplant, hotel, transport between airport, hotel and clinic. I only had to buy plane tickets separately. The clinic was very clean and nice looking place. They took of me and the surgery very well. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who wants to have a hair transplant

Absolutely amazing experience. All of the staff members are great, very friendly, helpful and most importantly professional. They provided a full pack of relocation, living, translator, medicine/shampoo and the operation itself. If at any point I had any questions they were there to answer and help as much as they could. The work that was done with my head is superb in terms of quality, and will update this review in sometime after I see results (takes up to 1 year). Additionally due to weather conditions in January my flight got delayed by two days and Atraxia clinic helped me as much as they could, they extended the booking, rescheduled the relocation to airport and assured me for assistance if I will need it. Absolutely amazing people, doctors and all staff members!

I flew from Sweden ,Stockholm to Istanbul Airport where there is Driver welcoming and take you to the Hotel . The next day he picks up and drops at the Hospital and as s soon as I walked in I was greeted by wonderful staff welcoming in and there is a translator there that will guide you step by step. I would like to say that the clinic is very modern and nice and Doctors are very experienced and also explained the procedure step by step in detail with help of translator . Surgery went by pretty fast and without any much pain considering I got around 4000 grafts for my hair transplant. I have been here twice. the first time they quoted 4500 grafts for the transplant area but they only used 2000. The hair was super patchy and had bald areas all over. They even missed the crown area completely even though it was in the quote. The second time they were going to fix these issues and they only filled in certain areas. This was very expensive to travel and get a hotel not covered after 2 days). The clinic representative I talked to (Maryam) was very disrespectful, argumentative and dismissive to my concerns. She didn't let us talk very much. Only wanted us to listen to her. 8 months after second attempt and there are still parts of my head that are numb. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Arranged a hair transplant and new teeth through Atraxia. Booked with them in October and had the procedure in February (at my request) which gave me plenty time to experience their knowledge and customer service as I had ALOT of questions and wanted examples. As a nervous patient the doctors were truly wonderful, the interpreter fantastic and the overall service brilliant. I’d do it again in a heart beat if I needed to. The pre trip questions were all answered, the procedure and visit was perfect with all hotel and transfer organisation coordinated perfectly, and the aftercare messages brilliant so far. The only negative was the lack of preparation from the hotel for patients who can’t eat solid food for a few days. Whilst I don’t have hair results yet I have wonderful Zirconium crowns. I’d confirm this company is good to deal with, reliable and delivers the service they advertise and you should be confident they are reputable.
