For any foreigners in the Basaksehir area and beyond - I highly recommend going to Burcu's salon - she gives services on pedicures and manicures to hair cuts and dyes. She is very talented woman and more importantly a perfectionist. Please keep in mind that she is the only one giving all of these services so its important to make an appointment before going and make sure you have the right translations when you're explaining to her what exactly you want.

I step to the saloon and I thought I will see service just like the reviews I red before in this page ..unfortunately the service was very bad doing the colour without even asking .me which colour I am interested in ...I asked for the catalogue of colours I was surprised she mixed the colour already .. She is working with one hand for three or 4 service in the same without caring about the quality of doing it ..she cut my daughter her without cleaning doing the blow dry then cutting 🥴...then she make service for another lady came after us and I argued with her because she need to finish our service first ..so I found my self with conflict with lady came after me ...I finished my hair done to do the blow dry it was very very very bad experience..no customer care or quality of service....very poor

3 yıldır beykozdan kalkıp geldiğim saç kesimlerim için güvendiğim bir kuaför. Hiçbir zaman mutsuz ayrılmadım yaptırdığım her işlemden memnun kaldım. Burcu hanımın eli çok hızlı. Mekan temiz ve nezih. Fiyatlara gelirsek, enflasyon oranı ile paralel şekilde yükseldiğini söylemeden geçmiyim. Bir kere gittiyseniz ikinci gidişinizde mutlaka gitmeden arayıp güncel fiyatları öğrenmenizi tavsiye ederim. Şuanda fiyatlar 'bence' orta segmentin üzerinde. Ama eğer paramı vereyim tam istediğim model olsun diyorsanız gidilebilecek bir yer, mutsuz ayrılmazsınız.

Burcu hanımla pandemi döneminde tanıştık. Ondan sonra başka bir yere gitmedim saç kesimi, kaş, ombre manikür, makyaj hepsi mi güzel olurrrr bilinçli ve basma kalıp çalışmıyor kişiye özgü kaş, kafa yapısına göre kesim bi kuaförden daha fazlası bence sürekli bilgi aktarımı halinde teşekkürler 🤩
