Made an appointment days ahead with the Ortho specialist who only comes on Tuesday and Thursday, for my daughter's braces. They couldn't find my appointment at first when I arrived. The specialist doctor had no basic bedside manners, no common courtesy. No greeting, no goodbye, not even common courtesy eye contact that a human being is infront of him. Just another number. He rushed through the exam, kept having to re-examine each time we asked a question. No x-ray done either. If we didn't want to take his first option that cost TL30000 then he wasn't interested in talking anymore. Just walked out and started his next patient. Great customer service goes a long way. At the very least, basic human respect. He had neither. His assistant was very friendly

Their prices are reasonable compared to clinics in this neighborhood. Our pediatrician Ms. Çağla is a wonderful person, she understands child language and does not give up immediately. I recommend other doctors and staff, they are very polite and understanding.
