I would like to complain to the head, just to let you know you should try getting better people in this branch to have respect and serve the people as they complain after you tell them something is wrong. Do it right the first time and do NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT your work.

Asked for a Strawberry Smoothie and they gave me a Chocolate Water. I asked for them to fix it and make it Strawberry since they messed it up. The lady at the front turned around put it in the blender and served me it right back yelling at me telling me this is Strawberry. I would leave 0 stars but 1 was the minimum.

I asked for Ice white chocolate mocha lactose free but what they gave me is white chocolate flavored milk with few ice but it was not cold at all and when I told them that this isn’t mocha it has no coffee in it they told me it’s called ice white chocolate this is what you asked for Also I suspect that they put lactose free milk The taste is horrible for me it’s not mocha at all I paid 32 liras for a glass of white chocolate flavored normal milk 😡😡😡😡 Do you see any coffee in this ?!!!!😡😡

Very busy place but fast service, their coffee is always good

I came here with two of my friends, when I wanted to order the girl behind the till in white , started speaking in Turkish, when I showed that I don’t understand what she is saying. She rudely continue speaking Turkish again, after a while she said no English. And she didn’t even try to understand that I was just saying that I want one latte, her colleague in hijab came friendly and tried to take my order and I really appreciate her helps. But then the barista who was a guy put syrup in the wrong coffee and when I said I didn’t want syrup in that coffee he started shouting at his colleague in front of all the customers which was so embarrassing. The taste of the coffee was really nice, but the service needs a lot of improvement. It wasn’t really nice that I saw the girl who nicely helped me to order when another colleague totally refuse to take my order be shouted in front of people.

I visit İstanbul annually, and such racist behavior wasnt noticeable, but this Year it was Disgusting. Shop worker was rude, snappy and dismissive of my enquiries, and her behavior changed with next “western” customer.

We got the cookies and iced chocolate milkshake. They were more than gratifying and soothing in a sizzling day of summer

So nice cafe, it has to go service, and you can take your coffee and enjoy the view in the teras, it nice cafe has so many sweets and you can have light breakfast inside it has many sandwiches you can choose between them. It is not expensive. And you can buy chocolate from them their chocolate🍫 is so delicious.

Very big.. there is always a place to sit... there is always cool air... inside the hall is suitable for non-smokers and the terrace is suitable for smokers... the prices are cheaper than Starbucks...

So impolite and rude workers . They are behaving very bad . Hope that branch owner inform their workers how to keep customers. I asked for Medium cappuccino and they gave me this small cup
