Can't say enough about this place. Staff is courteous and prompt, and extremely accommodating and helpful! Their room service menu is limited but Great taste. The bar is well stocked also. The rooms offer privacy and are comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Really enjoyed staying here and will come back again many times if I can!

Lovely place to stay, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our bungalow room and the pool every day. The breakfast is very nice and fresh with plenty of options, we had been a little spoilt at our two previous hotels, which were 5 star resorts with them both having excellent buffets, however, you really can't grumble as this hotel is accommodating a much much smaller amount of residents so you can't expect them to have ten plus people attending to you when you're likely to be only surrounded by a handful of other tables having their breakfast too. The upside is a very private and relaxed hotel who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and happy. It is true that the location isn't completely ideal for restaurants and attractions however having a bike(rented from the hotel at a very affordable price per day) completely changed this dynamic for us as it enabled us to explore the rest of Samui including lots of beaches that are a little kinder under foot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and looked forward every day to the views of the ocean whilst staying here. Special thanks to Poi, who has fantastic customer service

This a lovely resort which i really enjoyed staying and working remotely from. Rooms are very spacious with excellent aircon but mattress are not great and didnt sleep well. Super super firm and possibly in need of replacement. I should have requested a mattress topper so in some respects my fault. Loved the outside bathrooms and waking up to nothing but silent, birds etc. wonderful. I would say Tech in rooms needs modernising. Not all rooms have a wifi router which is old and some have old repeaters which is terrible on speed. New routers in every room and possible speed upgrade would resolve. Same for the tv's which are old 32" lcds. Would be great to see some new 50" in expensive replacements. I also get a bit un nerved by only having a chest with padlock to protect all you documents, expensive laptop etc which could be opened with a screw driver in 30 secs and with no security or presence late at night i would prefer a safe in the room. Location wise provided you have transport is perfect if you dont mind travelling short distances. I personally loved being at my favorite resturant around big budda area or craft beer in bohput and coming back to complete quiet. Wonderfull! Pool is lovely but small. Beach is for looking not for swiming and a good early morning stroll only. Breakfast is reasonable and resturant food wonderful though a tad expensive. Staff are wonderfull. All in all i have no hesitation of recomending the hotel provided you understand its pros and cons and i would love to be back.

Rather disappointed, this was our last hotel on a tour of Thailand and was booked based on reviews which we found to be not what we found. Photo shows our seaview room doors, which were filthy when we arrived and not cleaned once during our three night stay.
