😐 If you are a budget traveller this is a good place for you. Don't expect so much with regards to amenities. The hotel is located at Mines View Park area which is a bit far from Baguio City center. The cheapest I took is a dorm type with common c.r. it cost me around near 600 pesos a night or roughly... People often mention hotel, room, check,

This is a very nice hotel. But that definition may be subjective to your expectations. If you know the Philippines, you'll understand that this hotel isn't a top notch accommodation, and there are certain amenities that don't exist here, that would be expected at other hotels, such as in America. With this aside, the staff here is exceedingly friendly, and are always happy to help. I would highly recommend this hotel, as it has beautiful views overlooking the rolling hills, and is close to many good spots to visit. A taxi ride isn't too expensive to acquire to or from the town proper, and jeepneys are quite adequate, too. My only warning is you get what you pay for. If you buy the cheapest room, you get the bare minimum- a bed, a blanket, a shelf and a tv, with a shared bathroom down the hall. Anyways, 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

The hotel is located at Mines View Park area which is a bit far from Baguio City center. The cheapest I took is a dorm type with common c.r. it cost me around near 600 pesos a night or roughly 10 U.S. give and take the peso dollar exchange rate. The hotel is old already and if you have a discriminating taste for lodging this is not for you. But money wise it is cheap, the food around is expensive by the way if you are a lone traveller.

There's nothing you can expect from this hotel given the cheap cost. It would be just enough for your needs. But if ever you'll check in at this hotel, always choose the room with windows facing the mountains. You'll experience the best morning in your life because of the stunning sunrise.

Been to the place the previous day and was so disappointed wih the room security. We went out before out check out time and was late for the time for check out(w/c we are very much aware of the circumstances regarding late check out; additional payment, which we are willing to pay). But when we went in to our room, we discovered the door was not closed and there are already new occupants sleeping inside the rooms. We were very much appalled to the scenario since most of our bags and other things are still inside the rooms. We havent even arranged our toiletries inside the bathroom since we would like to wash up before we check out, which to our dismay the housekeepers already cleared everyhing out. Even the receptionist were in confusion what had happened and discussed it over with their housekeepers. Thankfully nothing was lost, it was just confusing and shocking experince.

The price itself is good, the room is quite wide but it has a bit of a moist wood smell which is normal coz of the weather in Baguio. The best thing about this hotel is it's near pines view and the jeep going to town is also walking distance. Also thanks to the front desk woman who didn't charge us extra fee coz we check in early and check out late.

Everytime my place in Baguio is occupied, this serve to be my place to stay. Manager, Staff, Guard are friendly and accommodating. The place is like a dorm, far from the usual hotel, but that doesn't matter when they are giving me a genuine service.

Probably the worst place you can stay in, out of all the places that call themselves a "hotel" in Baguio. The sheets were very dark already and beat up. We had itches by morning and we didn't even care for their breakfast anymore, we left the place the soonest we can at daybreak. The room we were so unfortunate to get was very enclosed there's hardly any airflow going in and out. No windows. Even the water vapor cannot escape. The entire room smelled very moldy it gave us headaches. The walls were damp if you touch them, because of the condensation of the trapped water vapor. Never going back to this place ever!

During the vacation days in Baguio on January 6, the place is so much beautiful and most of all the hotel staff and security guard are so friendly. All I can say is next time we will be back for the adventure.

First, location is close to tourist attraction. I would give 4 stars to that. Standar roon is spacious with 1 king size bed(nagkasya kme ng hubby ko plus may 4 yr old and may 4 mon old baby) I am giving it a 2 star because our room doesn't have a window, which explains the "kulob" smell. ( i mean it has window but you can't open it.) their sheets and pillow cases have mold stain( sa room nmin i don't know sa ibang rooms). Zero signal for both network provider!😠 In the event of emergency, you will not have an access to communication using your mobile phone. They have internet connection, slow nga lng. What I didn't like the most was, (I am not sure if it was mosquito or bed bugs that bit my baby on her face and hands. (as in ang dami!!). We were wondering kc sya lang talaga pinapak ng lamok or whatever!

Affordable place to stay and its close to Mines View Park. The downside is their rooms have week cell signal.

The staffs are super niceeee. They gave us everything that we need. Towels, printing our bus tickets and giving us instructions on where to go. They also give us early check in. For the price you get more that what you paid for. We reserved a dorm room and we enjoy every bit of the stays.
