“Super tipid” - We had the buffet on sunday. The ambience is quiet but gloomy. It is indicated that it is a japanese , filipino, mongolian buffet. But japanese buffet consists only of california maki, tempura, and vegetable tempura. Which were very few (i can even count how many tempura were there). So I asked for a full plate of tempura and they have to ask their team mate if it is allowed. Like, i thought this was a buffet? I felt the food is “super tinipid”. I kept looking for other food options but they only have 5 filipino dishes, 3 japanese dish and that whole set of mongolian. As a group we spent 2k(not worth it!) I was used to buffets with huge selections with the price of 499. I guess because there were just very few customers that they opted to not serve a lot. This was the saddest buffet experience i’ve ever had in my entire life. Better go to those “sangyupsal” buffet places. I didn’t even bother to take pics because they are not even picture worthy or something to brag about

Customer service is non existent. It seems the staff were not trained to smile or simply having a case of lock jaw. Place is dirty and not well maintained. Hot showers are really not hot. It seems the heaters are calibrated to a certain extent only. Parking space is limited and horrible. This is a place I wouldn’t definitely come back even with discounts. The laundry service uses the main elevator to bring down nasty laundry and would not even have the courtesy to let people pass tru and unconsciously telling clients to opt the stairs instead. I bet they did not sterilized the elevator afterwards. Due to the fact that no one was there to clean it. I’ve also ask for a new set of towels since the ones that were in initially smelled bad and I had to call twice just get attention. What a service. And lastly, the front desk is like a bus station dispatch. All things pertaining to the hotel operations, are being placed in the reception area. One of the worst experiences I’d had with hospitality.

We had the Asian buffet 11am-2pm on a Friday. The food was delicious and the staff was more than accommodating. They had Mongolian buffet, Filipino food, a little Korean, Japanese and Chinese food. A little bit of everything. If you want a buffet good for your money this is it. P.S: They only take cash Fridays-Sunday.

Nice room but the coffee maker in the room still had the stuff left by the previous occupant/s. At 4,500 pesos per night, quite expensive!

I loved our room ❤️ spacious. They gave us care kit (face mask, alcohol), coffee upon checkin which was generous in my opinion. Some hotels don't have mugd and cups to spare but they have one in the room. Poor wifi connection though. You can also request for breakfast which ranges from 150 to 200 pesos depending on the order. Staff was accommodating. Thank you

I love their dinner buffet specially their 'mongolian style' counter. Wished they have more selection tho. We will definitely visit again. They have parking spaces and their staff are polite and accommodating.

Good clean room with view from the outside, but cant give a full 5 star because: 1. They dont have slippers, toothbrush and free coffee in the room. 2. The cr's drain is clogged and it kinda smells fishy. 3. The coffee cups from the previous guest was still inside the room cabinet. Hope i can stay in a better room next time.

Expensive and not worth the Money. No housekeeping everyday unless you ask for it. Breakfast was cold buffet. Fried eggs friend rice and CDO hotdogs served Cold. Receptionist were nice but that is all this hotel can offer. Awful hotel

This hotel is really disappointing. Frontage is smelly and dirty. Breakfast is priced at 500 pesos per meal but you can get it from other resto for 120pesos. Jollibee breakfast is even better. Aircon is so weak that you need to open the door to improve the room temperature. They claimed that the room is non- smoking but we saw several cigarette butts on the balcony. We asked for additional pillow but they rented it out for 200pesos per night. The table in the room has stains, curtain length is funny not sure if they even checked on how the room looked like at all. Location is ok.

baguio is fun but, this hotel wasn't, hotels were supposed to make you feel at home but this didn't. also those loud noises at night, i don't know if it'll either keep me awake or scared.

The price was for 2500 a night. Decent. The place is clean and well ventilated. What frustrated me was the untrained staff. During breakfast, their coffee was already sour. Plus the waitress did not ask what was the preffered preparation for the eggs.... They all just assumed we liked sunny side up. I know... I know... I could have told them.... Nadistract lang ako masyado sa sour coffee... I thought I was imagining it. I had to try another cup just to be sure. On top of that... Ang tagal ng service. Tapos since puro longanisa ang choice of breakfast... Dapat sana ready ang vinergar to go with it. Pero no... You wait for 15mins before the suka can be given 😕. Anyway... You will be ok staying there. Wag ka lang mag expect sa breakfast or pag kakain ka sa resto nila.

Breakfast buffet was "meh" but was acceptable and the kitchen crew were polite and helpful. Location is a good walking distance away from Burnham. They have a club at the basement which is a plus. Rooms are okay.

First time in Baguio and I had a good time here. The staff are really kind and helpful. The rooms with 2 beds are enough for my entire family plus the location of this hotel is close to SM, Burnham park, and many other places. Totally recommend here if you want fast access to different places with the constant taxis passing by.
