Room was ok for its price. Hot shower available however, it keeps flooding bec of clogged drain. Towels are small. Looks clean. No bidet. The restaurant is ok. Shabu shabu did not offer fresh lettuce, just veggies for the soup. Function hall is spacious but did not offer projector. Screen size was small and is difficult to see at the back. Snacks were delivered on time.

We enjoyed our " shabu shabu all you can eat" while celebrating mother's day✌️✌️❤️❤️❤️ the staff was accommodating and attentive. Luckily there was parking right in front of the hotel. Rest room was not quite kept clean at the resto, no water, but was good at the lobby😁

Location near restaurants, almost central, ample parking space and secure. Expect loud noises from traffic, ambulance, and vehicles. Room however is a different story, bed was ok seems clean... Linen smell wasn't that bad. My gripe was the bathroom shower curtain!! Picture and video show molds buildup and smell. Some parts of the bathroom wall were clean, although parts not often touched were slimy! I tried to adjust the shower height... Yuck! That was a mistake!! Bedroom walls, althought you need to zoom in on the pictures... You just have to take my word for it, its full of agiw as what we pinoys call it or dust buildup. Dood was ok although waiter service... Not so!

This is probably one of the worst hotels for the money. Our room smelled moldy. The ceiling has molds, the pillows probably never saw sunlight because of the moldy smell as well. The bathroom exhaust fan is not enough to pull out the moisture from the shower. The only good thing is the friendly security guard. Doors also are not dampened, that it got so loud when other guests close their room doors. I will definitety not recommend this place and will never go back until the end of time.

Suitable for couples and family. With free breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We spent new years eve here and they provided free media noche to all guests.

The restaurant serves very good food. If you are dinning as a big group this is a good place to eat. The group meals for 8-10 people with reasonable price. I could have given 5 stars if the toilet is maitained well. I hope they'll improve the restroom.

Pinoy Ninja Club Inc usually stayed here if we are going Baguio. Recently, we just did our Meet and Greet and we had too many ridera who joined..

There should be a separate function room for seminars and conferences. We were not comfortable because it was so noisy! Tables are too near each other. Buffet or shabu shabu was located so near the tables. We hope improvements will be made. Thanks 👍

My wife's cousin invited me here for dinner...The shabu-shabu food was great, unlimited meat, fish and veggies...I would love going back here again

Located within a business area, near Burnham park. Hall is big enough to accomadte upto 150 persons and food is good .

Shabu shabu eat all u can is the best in town! Great service too!! My family enjoyed the experience!

The place is ok for seminar/workshop. The old building is still under renovation but the 5 storey annex bulding can still accomodate 3simultaneous seminars with its 3 large halls. Staff are friendly. They serve mongolian barbeque and shabu-shabu. However one can order his own food preference if he wants other food. It is a walk away from Burnham Park if one wants to have early morning brisk walking or jogging or just relax and sit or daytime boating.

The new Prince plaza Hotel is so nice, new, and very stylish.

My last visit a few days ago is not good. The food selection is no longer that many as it used to be. Not recommended.

The room is newly renovated and clean. I hope they can add a few more toiletries and make sure towels are clean. One of their towels smells bad and there’s black stain. Hair dryer and floor mat is upon request. Overall the hotel is nice. Friendly staff and a few minutes walk near burnham park. Lots of food /restaurants nearby.
