Had a consultation with Dr Sarah, their lead surgeon. Did not like her conduct at all. My meeting with her was only for about 5 minutes. Her physical exam was minimal to nonexistent. Felt unsafe. Very unprofessional, will not be going back there or getting any work done there. I did have someone named Matt reach out to me on WhatsApp. He was kind and offered to have me see a different surgeon and offered to accompany me on all visits and offered a discounted rate. I appreciate the gesture, they are doing their best to make my experience better. Regardless, I will still not go there for any treatment as I just did not feel comfortable.

I experience their service march 3, 2024. I still have to wait for results, but to my experience I find this center above expectations (which were created by reviews here) the center is very clean, the staff is very helpful, the translation services is good, the procedure was done using international standards and sterilization was taken seriously during procedure. (I'm from medical background and I can say they take care of medical standards) Their transportation services is very good, on time, once you enter the center you will find all staff happy to help you and they know who is entering center for what, all is arranged. They provide you complimentary freshly baked items with coffee/tea, massage chairs and wifi. I high recommend them

I’m writing this review by comparing the experience of hair transplant with another clinic (smaller) from October 2020 my first treatment. This was my first time using Clinic Expert (big clinic) I was very disappointed with the following: *Typical sales Agent (Emre) whom you never meet once there. Will say anything to get you to go with them. *Was given a different hotel for the first night, hotel (BH Conference and Airport) had no air conditioning and Windows did not open. It was a humid night. Otherwise it was okay for one night, I guess. Next day we were transferred to Point Hotel Taksim. *When asked what time the vehicle would be arriving to transfer us (check out time between 11am-12pm). Was told by Emre (agent) his trying to sort a vehicle for us and is struggling to provide the service we might need to wait until 4pm (4hrs). So, we decided to get a private taxi which Clinic Expert never offered to pay for. *Point Hotel Taksim good location if you want a busy and noisy place (Similar to Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester UK). *The rooms were not the best definitely not 5-star hotel standard. NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR AFTER THIS. #IMPORTANT PART# *During the treatment the medical team (surgeon) were cracking jokes and laughing out loud between themselves on the first session. Was not very professional as Manal made it seem like our health mattered the most during consultation. I think the surgery was the worst thing I did to myself. It's now been 7 weeks since the operation. I look disfigured. They barely vacuumed anything. My doctor and my physiotherapist in Germany both confirmed that nothing had been suctioned from the upper part of my upper arm. That can't be swelling or pure "skin" in the picture. They want to explain to me that I have too much skin on my upper arms, the fat has been suctioned off and it's ONLY skin - that's why I couldn't tell the difference. It's fat. Suddenly my contact person can no longer help me and before/after pictures from the day of the operation were promised. Then all of a sudden it says “oh - we’re not allowed to forward it”. Why do you think so? Probably because it looks worse than before. I expect my money back or a correction - my messages are being ignored. I won't pay for hotel and plane tickets and surgery again. Update: I've been trying to contact the surgical team for weeks - in vain. My contact person ignored me and I had to contact my lawyer. They don't want to understand it any other way! Update (5th month): I uploaded a new picture. They just don't want to help me. My arms look terrible.

They left a huge bold spot on top of my head even if i had plenty of donor area, from promised 5000 grafts,they did only 3500 and they left rest untouched. I still have plenty of donor area and they was easily able to use hair from other parts of my body to cover those bold spots.. would not recommend anyone..

Well this was the worst experience i have ever had. It all started with me wanting to have my teeth done in turkey istanbul I contacted Clinicexpert. I was talking for weeks with them exchanging pictures and making sure everything was oke. But when I arrived everything was different. The prices where not the same and if you didn’t want to they change the car wasn’t going to pick me up ao there was I in the middle of istanbul not knowing where to go and it was not like I had not paid i did already paid. They where aggressive totally different then it first was. This was the worst experience i have ever had. And now im about to leave they sad they were going to send a car the car never came just because you dont give them money they try to make youre days here really bad. Read the other negative reviews, and you will notice a common trend: there is absolutely no follow-up. My name is Adam, and I am from Manchester. Two years ago, I underwent a hair transplant surgery at Clinicexpert in Turkey. I had 1500 grafts to cover a small area in the front, but during the first few months, I realized that the results of the surgery were not satisfactory. (Pictures before and after are archived.) When I review the saved pictures to assess any progress, it is difficult for me to determine if I actually underwent a hair transplant surgery. In October 2023, I decided to return to Clinic Expert Turkey for my second surgery. I was consulted by one of their doctors, and we discussed the unsatisfactory results of the initial surgery. I showed him the old pictures, and he promised me that this time they would do a better job. He drew the line, and we agreed to have 3500 grafts, with a main focus on the frontal area that I had pointed out to him. Communication challenges have always been a concern for me. Since the drawn line exceeded the targeted area by a 3 cm margin, I repeatedly advised them to utilize the maximum of 3500 grafts in the visible areas. However, they started to fill in the targetted area but stayed within the drawn line. Since the drawn line extended beyond the targeted area by a 3 cm margin, I repeatedly emphasized utilizing the full potential of the 3500 grafts in the visible areas. During the surgery on the recipient area, I noticed that the surgeon was working extensively around the intended area. I had to interrupt him mid-way and remind him to concentrate on the spaces at the front. He kept ignoring me and telling me to let him do his job. (I asked for a translator to ensure that they understood what I was telling them.) Even after the translator explained to them my concern to them, another alarm bell rang when 95% of the grafts were used and not a single one was transplanted in the targeted area. I looked in the mirror and I was shocked to see that there was still a lot of space at the front. I questioned this, and he told me that this area and the remaining grafts (less than 5% left) would be enough to fill the spaces at the front. However, the expression on his face as he examined the remaining grafts and the tone of his voice didn't inspire confidence. Eventually, ONLY 5% of the donor grafts were used in the most critical area, whereas we had initially agreed to use roughly 40% of the grafts to fill the designated area. I reported this issue after the surgery and even showed them pictures to the patient coordinator and the operations manager. They said everything would be fine, and there was no need to worry. To be honest, this was a joke. It is evident from reading the other negative reviews that this type of treatment is not uncommon. I understand that surgery can have complications, as it is a part of the process, and each individual's experience may vary. However, the quality of Clinic Expert's services should be evaluated based on their handling of these types of hair transplants. In my opinion, this company provided an unsatisfactory level of experience during and aftercare. The Clinic Expert did not show any genuine concern or willingness to help. It's mainly due to the poor level of service and lack of aftercare received that I personally cannot recommend this Clinic Expert company. Last message to the potential client: DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM.

I would recommend the hair transplant, great job. They are equipped to for other surgeries too, but if you have an issue or problems afterwards they will ignore you and in some cases be very rude. Therefore, I would not recommend a surgery, but would say yes to a hair transplant. After the surgery, they kept calling asking if I wanted the procedure and I had to explain to them over 100 times I already had it and had issues. "Ok sir will will have someone contact you". Was told to stay longer to do my treatment, which meant staying extra 4 days, changing flight etc… and they did t realise I was to have 2 treatments not one. I just wanted 6 crowns, was told they do full dental work. Which was way out of my budget. Nothing went to plan. I trusted them. And had to travel alone. Very disappointed

Much more hair was taken from above my left ear than from other areas. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to my concerns and I will not be fooled by the many positive reviews. The retrieval took 3 hours and the transplantation took approximately 3 hours. During the removal, I pretended to be sleeping and clearly heard the woman taking my hair say, "I have to hurry." I wish I had said or done something at that moment, but I didn't want to take any chances. Nevertheless, I have decided to have another transplant at some point in the future, but not at this clinic. I underwent a hair transplantation procedure at this clinic and unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. The (so called) doctors did not take my preferences into consideration and instead, acted according to their own preferences. They video-record their patients directly after the surgery, make them to make positive comments about the clinic services. These videos are then sent to potential clients in order to deceive them. In reality, immediately following the surgery, the poor patient has no idea what they have done to him, and only realizes the extent of the damage a few days later when he is in his country. And of course, he cannot do anything.

This clinic is not good, your just a number to them, they don't care about their patients, I traveled here to get my implants done. When I arrived at the clinic, they suggested I should get bone graft and sinus lift (claiming my bone is not enough for implants). I had xray from my own dentist showing that my bone is good, but they said they can't do implants on me. I went ahead with the surgery, which was worse experience of my life. I was so nervous of the procedure and told them I want to put to asleep. They didn't listen to my concern and rushed the surgery. I WAS AWAKE the whole procedure and can hear the surgeon hammering and scarping my bone. It was so traumatic experience of my life. Once I was done with the procedure and went to my hotel, they didn't even bother calling to see how I'm doing. They told me I'm good to travel the next day (which is very dangerous advice to give to someone who just had IV anesthesia and went under surgery). I woke up with the swollen face to the point where no one could recognized me. I had hard time at the customs due to my swollen face. SAVE YOURSELF a HEADACHE and look somewhere else!!!!!!!!! They only care about your money!!!

Overall Great Experience; I am very pleased with the Clinicexpert in Istanbul. I really appreciate their professional work and we'll organized.The crew is very friendly from doctor to the contact person they will guide you through the whole process. Everything is perfectly arranged. They picked me up at Istanbul airport on Monday Afternoon and took me directly to the hospital to meet the doctor who checked my head and explained all the process. They provided me transportation from Airport to Clinic and Clinic to hotel. I would highly recommend this clinic (Clinicexpert) to anyone looking for hair transplant. On the day of the surgery, they took pictures of my ears. After removing the bandages, I was shocked at the appearance of my ears! Last weekend I had a hair and eyebrow transplant at Clinic Expert. In general I had a very nice experience. Quick response to questions, clear communication and good service is guaranteed. The doctors who perform the procedure often do not speak (good) English, but there are enough translators around in the clinic. These translators support you where necessary during the operation. Alaa Massood was my medical consultant he was fantastic. I had a breast reduction and lift. He made me comfortable from the first message. And he helped me with everything I needed. I came alone to Turkey but felt reassured that if I was worried he would help me by talking me to me through everything. My surgeon was amazing and listened to my questions and answered them with detail. All the translators made me feel good and kept me with all the information. I was very happy with the results and recovery. The accommodation was wonderful as well and it had everything I needed. Even the staff who came to see if I needed anything were so polite and kind. I don't know where to start, it was bad from the beginning. 1/ Being left wandering around Istanbul Airport for over an hour and a half because the 'greeter' had a hoodie over his head, face buried in his phone instead of assisting patients with transfers. He looked like a teenage pickpocket, not an employee of an organisation like Clinicexpert - other greeters were holding signs, this kid pointed to a board with his sign on it and grunted.... a board lots of people were standing in front of 2/ When meeting the surgeon, she began talking me through a procedure which was nothing at all what had been planned and agreed to weeks in advance. She wanted to do some other procedure involving scalpel cuts which in her words would 'leave big scars', instead of the much less invasive plan that was made. She seemed taken aback when I said 'we are absolutely not doing that', so who knows how these people communicate internally? It was really nerve wracking and stressful to think she had some other plan entirely different in her head 3/ On Day 4 i was contacted and told a separate dental appointment had been brought forward 2 hours and to be ready two hours earlier. I agreed, but the driver texted me half an hour even earlier than that - no problem, I raced downstairs to meet him. Got to a different clinicexpert site and...... proceeded to sit in the waiting room like a turnip for 2 hours........???? Is there a serious internal communcations issue going on with this lot? I'd say so. When I stood up for myself and said that this was ridiculous, they offered to bring me through a glass door...... and have me wait there instead? Like a favour was being done? Wasn't thrilled about this, agreeing to go two hours early to sit there for 2 hours and be looked at like I had two heads when I dared to say something 4/ Accidentally left my work phone in the transfer back to the hotel on day 5. Realised immediately and got in touch with clinicexpert using my laptop within about 90 seconds. Was told they would try to locate the driver (who was on his phone constantly, non stop the whole journey back to the hotel, I don't know how we didn't crash), so he was definitely INSTANTLY contactable. As I sit here I'm resigned to my phone being gone, in Clinicexpert's inner communications land. I have a number of seriously confidential work materials on that device as well as many personal items too and as I sit here typing I'm not the slightest bit confident I'll be seeing it again So - Left wandering the airport, a surgeon who didn't appear to know what was going on, obliging with their timelines only to be left screwed with the original timeline for inexplicable reasons..... and my phone has ended up in Clinicexpert's communcations department, i.e. missing in action. Keywords - STRESS. ANXIETY. CRANKY. MORE STRESS. ANXIETY. INCOMMUNCATION. Doesn't inspire confidence - avoid these people like the plague 😠

Really bad experience.. I have had my hair transplant for almost 5 years ago with a promise that the final results should be seen within 18 months. The results did not initially meet my expectations after 18 months. However, I did not think too much about it by that time as they promised that the new hair is permanent and we agreed before the procedure that they will use around 5000 grafts effectively so I would not need a new procedure in the future. Now, 5 years later after the procedure, I do need an extensive hair transplant to cover baldness. PS: Some transplanted hair strains have already fallen off. I know that because I have had a handful grey transplanted grafts into the frontline of my hair (otherwise, I don't have any white or grey hair on my head) and all of them are not there now. I tried to contact the person who I spoke to in the beginning before the procedure and obviously 5 years time is a long enough period for anyone to change their job several times. I tried to contact the clinic but unfortunately, I couldn't reach to anyone

My husband had his teeth crowned there and I had my teeth whitened while I was waiting. My treatment, including teeth cleaning, lasted about an hour and was manageable; I am very happy with the result! My husband is also very satisfied with his results, his treating doctor, Dr. Nelly and the other dentists involved did a top job. Our supervisor Mehmet Ipek was an absolute stroke of luck; he was very reliable, well organized and always represented our interests!

Clinic Expert is one of the best in Istanbul. I had a very good experience with all of them. Specially when u contact Rose (medical consultant), she answer u very quick and next u know u have ur surgery/treatment. Rose arranges everything for u, so there is nothing to worried about. Still after my surgery she stays in touch with me to check up on me❤️. The doctors are great and done a great job for me. I am very happy with the results and recommend everyone to go there, also my family will go next time!

The service was very good prior to the procedure. I was in regular contact with a dedicated support person in the weeks leading up to my appointment - he was always helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Although we were in different time zones he was always available and very prompt to return my call. The procedure itself went well although I was expecting the clinic to be larger and more modern. I have only had the procedure recently so I cannot speak to the long term results, but healing seems to be proceeding as expected.

The clinic is terrible!!! Doctors are incompetent. After 6 months after the hair transplant, there is no result. They promised a free correction if the result was bad - but I was deceived! A terrible place! Don't waste money, nerves and the donor zone.

It’s really a great hospital, the Stuff members were all great from Doctors to the sales crew, they all friendly and kind. The Doctors were Turkish but they provide each patient with a translator which was very very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would love to regrow their hair. Even after finishing hair transplant they reviewed everyday which is really a great follow up.

The procedure was fine, no issues BUT first of all they specifically said that without their treatment it won't be healthy, add a couple hundred euros to the initial price. Second, they left a gap between the old hair and the newly implemented one, it's visible unfortunately. Some of the follicles have fallen, I'd say only 80% grew healthy. Thirdly I've contacted them about the gap and they offered me a promise for discount, with the current pandemic situation there is no chance I'm doing another procedure anytime soon. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

I did my hair transplant surgery in September 2020, it’s been 4 months so far and I am very satisfied with the results. The clinicexpert were very professional right from the start when I shared my pics with them the person I was working with handled everything very professionally and patiently the hotel stay and consultation all were very well organized and well connected. The surgery was around 5-6 hours and didn’t felt any pain during or after the surgery. The dr and the staff were very friendly. Thank you C.E. I was dubious travelling alone, but clinic expert was the company I selected. The wats ap service worked very well for me. Ayoub Anam was on wats ap & his communication was super. Voice notes, videos, answering all my questions. I couldn't find many reviews for clinic expert that were not about hair transplants, but could see the surgeons were doing a lot of other procedures. Some bad reviews bothered me but each of them had a response claiming the person was not a patient. They offered reasonable prices, fast communication, no waiting times, the hospital looked great & they were very ethical regarding the initial procedure I wanted advising me against it. looking up the surgeons & seeing they were doing a lot of the other procedures (breasts , lipo , BBL etc) helped a lot. The Good- I have given clinic expert a 5 star rating. I was bowled over by their organisation. Everything was so well done. I was picked up , the vehicle made me laugh because it has clinic expert all over it , but it was nice , very professional and the drivers helpful. The driving service was excellent all the way through my week in Istanbul. Along with the communication and logistic planning on wats ap. seamless. They had a translator there all the time. I was never without somebody who spoke my language. Everybody was professional and nice. The pre checks were above and beyond. I had blood tests and they even did a proper MRI scan of my upper body. Had me assessed by a Dr because I have mild asthma. I was so impressed. They are not leaving anything to chance. I am a nurse so I have an idea about what is what in regard to a clinical environment. It’s a lovely hospital. My private room was good and the nurses were very sweet. I had a button so I could call and if I did call someone came very quickly. There were always people around.Many nurses spoke a little English and even those who didn’t were sweet and used their body language well. One nurse spent ages fanning me with sick bowls. Attentive. They kept me for 2 nights and bought me back for checks. I was very well looked after and tended to. The food was funny. They kept feeding me a few tomato’s & a bit of cucumber…. Dinner, again at breakfast, no lunch …. Eventually I got a really nice hot meal which I was very grateful for, so that was weird, but I’m assuming there was a reason. The surgeon , Dr Atilla was very personable and very confident. He was really nice. When I met him he made me feel at ease & he was clearly very competent and well experienced. Just another day in his world…. He’s doing these things all the time and it’s no big deal to him. That in turn made me feel at ease. He checked on me several times post treatment. I am nearly 4 weeks post treatment and I am very happy with the results so far. My healing is going well and I have had no issues since leaving their care. I still have a bit of swelling & it will be a while before I see the final results but so far so good , I am happy ! Very happy. So. 5 stars from me for clinic expert. The bad - If you are a fussy eater or fussy about where you stay, then book your own hotel. The 5star hotel is a world away from being 5star. The food was awful. I am spoilt and I am used to living in a nice home and often stay in nice hotels. So, for me the hotel was just a non starter. I found a lovely hotel down the road , ELITE WORLD EURO HOTEL . I ended up down there eating and hanging out. I even considered paying again and just staying there but it was too much to drag myself and luggage too and fro. You will also be a 35 minute drive from anything touristy so be prepared if you want to get over to the ‘fun side’ of Istanbul. Generally you are stuck with no a lot going on so bring your books and computers etc.

From day one after I sent her my consultation Pictures to the last day I left Turkey, she kept intouch with me and coordinated everything that I needed when I was there. I would simply say that Merve is an excellent person and replied to my messages all the time despite the 9 hour time difference….when I landed in Istanbul, I was picked my clinical expert driver and he took me to the hospital for blood work.when I arrived at the hospital I was met by someone who also spoke very good English …..the hospital itself is very elegant and clean, modern operating rooms all highly equipped with some of the modern technology. Also I met a group of young professsional that work there that are very very friendly…. I made jokes with them everyday….. i miss them Much ❤️…. The day of my surgery I was picked from the hotel on time, after my surgery I was put in my room that was very quiet , clean , bathroom, nice closet and toilet . I was in hospital for two nights and the nurses took good care of me. Back to Merve, she coordinated everything I needed while I was there…. She kept intouch with me the whole time to ensure that I am comfortable. One thing I noticed about clinical experts, they are very organized, always honest and on time…… I like that about them… drivers were always on time… The entire experience was overall wonderful and professional. Oh and while I was there Merve made arrangements for me to do dental consultation…..I am definitely going back next year… I am now 10 days post surgery… I feel good and I look forward to seeing great results .i would. 💯 recommend clinical experts.
