recently
had
a
disappointing
experience

hotel

Istanbul,
and
I
feel
compelled

my
thoughts.
While
I
must
clarify
that
I
did
not
physically
visit
the
hotel,
my
interaction
over
the
phone
left
a
lot
to
be
desired.
Upon
consulting
the
map,
it
indicated
that
the
hotel
was
open.
Naturally,
I
decided
to
call
for
further
information.
However,
to
my
surprise,
the
person
on
the
other
end
of
the
line
abruptly
informed
me
that
the
hotel
was
closed
and
rudely
hung
up.
The
dismissive
and
unprofessional
behavior
exhibited
during
our
conversation
was
uncalled
for,
especially
considering
that
I
was
merely
seeking
information.
It
is
disheartening
to
encounter
such
an
unpleasant
encounter
with
a
hotel
representative.
It
is
essential
for
hospitality
establishments
to
uphold
a
standard
of
professionalism
and
treat
potential
guests
with
respect,
regardless
of
their
roles
within
the
establishment.
Based
on
this
encounter,
I
cannot,
in
good
conscience,
recommend
this
hotel
to
others.
Trust
is
a
crucial
aspect
of
any
guest's
experience,
and
the
treatment
I
received
over
the
phone
raises
concerns
about
the
hotel's
commitment
to
customer
satisfaction.
I
urge
prospective
visitors
to
exercise
caution,
as
this
hotel
may
not
provide
the
experience
one
would
expect
from
a
reputable
establishment
in
Istanbul.
Remember
to
thoroughly
research
and
consider
other
alternatives
to
ensure
a
positive
and
enjoyable
stay
in
this
beautiful
city.
