We bought a package of 8 lessons for 3 friends. When we bought it, we specifically asked whether the lessons had a duration of use, and we were told that you can use them whenever you want, there is no time limit. However, after 4 lessons, our use was blocked because the 30 days had expired. When we said that the information given to us was not in this direction, they shamelessly said "they gave you wrong information". But they did not make any effort to correct the misinformation given and ended the meeting in an extremely rude manner. We started the legal process against them. We definitely do not recommend it. They also claim that they are corporate. We cannot understand why a place that has halls on two different floors, is not informed in advance which hall the lecture will be in, and says "you will check each hall", describes itself as corporate. Additionally, when we shared this situation on their social media account, they immediately blocked it. We have never encountered such an unpleasant attitude before!

When I registered, I purchased a total of 15 lessons that I could spend for two months. Unfortunately, while I had 11 sessions left, Covid-19 broke out and the sports centers were forced to close. I thought that when the pandemic was over, they would compensate for this situation and I could continue my lessons. When I did not receive any information from the other party, I asked if they were opened the other day and what they were. I called to find out when I can continue. The answer they gave me was that we opened in June. If you followed us on Instagram, you would have seen that you cannot continue your classes. Your time has expired. I also said that it does not have to be my Instagram, they do not send any notifications or call me, even from the application they use directly within their own structure and which we were asked to download when we started. , texting etc. I told them that they did not do this even though they should have informed them. However, their only answer was that we shared that we were opened on Instagram. 600 TL was wasted. I would never recommend it. In the beginning, they talk very well and deceive you by saying that there is no one who is not satisfied with us, do not believe it.

The situation is that I registered for a one-month group mat pilates class on 4.3, and then, with Covid-19 entering our lives, the last date I could go to the class was 13.3. Although I went there after it was generally published that the gyms would be closed on 16.3, let's do the class at another time anyway, you are the only one after that. When they asked me to make up for it, I accepted it, but considering the problem that my friends had experienced before, I sent a message that I could not attend the class and that it could not be canceled due to the reservation time. When I called and talked to them about the lesson not starting recently, it was stated that they would check my usage packages and get back to me. The amount deposited into my account today is 75 TL, and when I questioned this, I was faced with a very disrespectful conversation, such as whether a lawsuit is being made for 5-10 TL. You are not the ones to decide what and how important they are to whom. On top of that, after the dialogues, the phone is hung up on me without listening to me. When I went to the lounge, I bought 1 TL worth of water and when I paid 10 TL for it, I was given 9 TL in 1TL change and when I said it was funny that it was so much change, I came across a sentence like "I hope you don't forget the next lesson, it's the money for the water", I wish you would tell me about 1 TL. If you hadn't, I wouldn't be chasing 12.5 TL right now. We are literally being disgraced with the money we pay.
