I read some of these reviews and they do scam some people. I had a head surgery many years ago as a kid, no problems now. They knew about this as I gave them my complete medical history and they explained as long as I get a note from the surgeon it would be fine. So I did. I came to Turkey. The day I get there they had no idea who I was. They told me I needed to get an mri and an opinion from their doctor. He denied me the surgery. So naturally I got very upset, because at this point I came half way across the world, after we had an agreement. They became very rude and insulting, telling me to value my life over my hair. Which made no sense since I was told by my neurosurgeon there would be no risk. They started lying saying a doctor will reach out to me to talk to why the transplant wont work he never did. I decide to get a second opinion, and the doctor at a different hair transplant place told me it was fine to do the surgery and he did and it the results were great. When they found out I went somewhere else they kept calling me nonstop not to go, but would not give me a reason. They still keep calling me asking if I want a hair transplant as if I didn't fly there for one and they rejected me. They are money hungry and not interested in providing services. Awful experience

DO NOT DO A HAIR TRANSPLANT AT THIS CLINIC!! No real doctors are doing a procedure, only kid technitians. 8 months later, I ended up with a pluggy, doll-like looking hairline. Horrible. Grafts were placed at 90°, so nobody here thinks about angles and directions, multi-hair grafts in front and so on.. First they were telling me that it's looking good(like I'm stupid or something), and then they offered me a repair, also at their clinic. Of course I'm not going back there for a repair. I will go to a respectable, ethical doctor, which is going to cost me much more money, and also more extraction from my donor area, and maybe will make it depleted. The staff was really nice, not going to lie, clinic is modern, good looking BUT THAT'S ALL. I don't know how they do other procedures, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A HAIR TRANSPLANT.

My friend had the operation and she is very happy... although the organization is a bit chaotic, it is a great team, everyone is very attentive, they provide you with everything from a driver to a translator... I was unable to perform my intervention due to technical failures in the operating room. but they have done the evolution of money correctly for me.... The commercial agent James has been patient enough to explain everything to us and assist us at every moment. If you don't speak English or Turkish you have to be very patient, the language is one of the factors that makes you see a bit of chaos. Also THANK the entire team because despite some setbacks they have tried to provide us with security at all times.

This is my experience. Hopefully it doesn't happen to you. I was disappointed because the results of my transplant were not dense and sparse. The staff also took too much hair from one side, so it was not balanced in the donor area.

I had a bear implant made by natural clinic in may this year. I was very satisfied by the service they offer. Everything was perfectly organized by my consultant Sultan. For personal reasons I decided to cancel a procedure, which would be a Hollywood smile, due to personal problems. I paid €1500 in advance and the rest would be paid at the clinic, after contacting Mr. Muhammed Harari and requesting a refund, he just makes fun of my messages, says he won't refund the amount, when he answers me, most of the time he does not answer me. Do not buy any procedure from this place or you will have a headache if you want to cancel or request a refund.

I have just returned home to Canada from a 3 day visit to Istanbul to the clinic. I chose to have a hair transplant which I must say has exceeded my expectations. The price, accommodation and so on. The whole process from start to finish has been handled very well including all pick ups and drop offs. My medical consult Razah worked with me to keep me advised through the journey so I was well prepared for the operation day itself. They will push for you to refer clients and promise you a nice % of profit for that referral, but once it's time to pay you, you'l be delayed and ignored until they tell you it's too late we don't know what happened. Do no deal with them, they are not worth it. If you are a foreigner, they won't have any respect for you. Most of the positive reviews are fakes. Look for better alternatives.

I decided to have a natural hair hair transplant in 2019. All organizational matters went well. I only had a problem with the hotel because I arrived on Sundays when the clinic was closed and they only offer a hotel for 3 nights. The first shock was when I saw the clinic. It was old, neglected and badly damaged. A lot of men of African and Arab origin waiting for the next ones. The operation lasted 7 hours and 4,000 graphs were transplanted. The operation was moderately painful, but I had the most problems afterwards. Constant headaches. I followed all the recommendations very meticulously and a year after the treatment my hair did not look half as promised. This year I decided to have surgery in a different / better clinic. I do not recommend natural hair turkey !!! Waste of time, patience and money

It was a really good experience. Everything was perfect from the welcome at the airport to my return. I was picked up at my address on the day of the operation, everything went as I had been told beforehand... All the explanations and the course of the operation were well explained to me and translated by an interpreter. I left with advice and products to start the regrowth process with peace of mind. I recently had the unfortunate misfortune of visiting [ Natural clinic] for a hair transplant and teeth treatment, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I can honestly say that it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Allow me to elaborate on the multiple reasons why this clinic deserves a resounding one-star rating. First and foremost, the staff at [ Natural clinic] were unbelievably unprofessional. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted by a receptionist who seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. Her lack of knowledge and rudeness were truly disheartening. It was as if she had no idea what she was doing or how to provide basic customer service. This set the tone for the entire experience. The "hair transplant" procedure was nothing short of a disaster. The so-called "specialist" who performed the operation seemed inexperienced and had no regard for my well-being. Throughout the procedure, I was subjected to excruciating pain due to improper anesthesia. I repeatedly expressed my discomfort, but the doctor seemed indifferent and rushed through the process, resulting in a subpar outcome. To add insult to injury, the dental treatment I received at [Natural clinic] was equally horrendous. The dentist appeared to lack the necessary expertise and precision. The fillings I received were poorly done, leaving me in unbearable pain and discomfort. Moreover, the hygienic conditions in the dental room were questionable at best, with dirty instruments and an overall unsanitary environment. It was truly a nightmarish experience. Furthermore, the aftercare at this clinic was nonexistent. I attempted to contact the clinic multiple times to discuss my concerns and seek guidance for the complications I experienced. However, their customer service was abysmal, with calls going unanswered and emails ignored. It's clear that once they have your money, they couldn't care less about your well-being. Short story: not the right place. Medical hygiene is zero. First day at reception and consultant visit was 5 star. On the transplantation level, i don’t recommend them. No alcohol swabs used before inserting a needle at time of transplantation. Any tools fell out at floor will be picked up by assistants either washed by tapped water or used directly. Removing IV needle is done by removing the sticky tape. Although i came on recommendation from someone who had transplantation a couple of years ago, I don’t Recommend it for anyone after my unpleasant experience especially with hygiene issues.

I felt at ease throughout the day and while there was 5 to 10 mins of pain for the injections, the lengthy procedure passed reasonably quickly. Happy to recommend.

If I could put 0 stars I would, keep in mind if you are not from Turkey you are simply a dollar sign to them. First they tell you everything you want to hear, then after you payed and completed the surgery, they will scare by saying your hair grafts are not good enough you need to buy extra injection that a doctor from your country will inject you. They ask for about 3000$ or monthly payment. Do no get caught in the trap. Most doctors will never inject a foreign substance they have no idea about. Avoid this place at all cost. They are far better alternatives.

The clinic totally surprised me with the very positive impression. In addition to all the friendly employees, Yasmin was at my side as a supervisor who reliably looked after me from my place of residence here in Germany to Istanbul. She guided me all the time 6 months before the operation to the preparations of the operation in Istanbul and after the operation. I felt cared for and safe every minute by Yasmin and all other employees, who was crucial at the beginning of the decision. In the surgical clinic, the super friendly translators and a few other supervisors came along. Everyone was just very committed and friendly, I was never alone! Through a friend of mine I came across this clinic. Stayed here for four nights and it was a pleasure. Transfer from The airport to hotel was easy. The staff was friendly and the communication was all in English and fine thank you! I enjoyed my visit and the operation process went well. Aftercare was also nice. I am from the states and had 1 hair transplant done in miami and nothing compares to what I experienced at Natural Clinic Istanbul. You literally feel like your in the Four Seasons. The staff from medical techs, advance practitioners and the doctors are world class. I only wish I did this the first time around because I would have saved a lot of time, money and stress. The facility is state of the art and if you need a hair transplant then go the place where it was first studied and brought to the market. You also will get to experience the beautiful culture and take in all the history of Istanbul.

“I had a Hollywood smile done at Natural Clinic in Istanbul in January 2023. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. Just a month after the procedure, two of my teeth chipped, and I had to travel all the way back to Istanbul to get them fixed. But that wasn’t the end of my troubles. Less than two months after returning home, a whole bridge fell off, which my dentist in Canada said couldn’t be repaired. I now have to get the entire procedure redone from scratch, which is estimated to cost me $12,000. Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by Natural Clinic

I did rhinoplasty and mammoplasty with Dr. Shamil. I am 100% satisfied with the result and the choice of the doctor, the clinic. Dr. Shamil is a professional. There were two consultations before the operation at which he explained everything in detail, listen all my wishes. He explained how the operation and rehabilitation would be, and on the day of the operation everything was very clear and calm. Also, the day before the operation they made check-up and blood test. Everything here is of the highest standard, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, the assistant Mira has always been in touch 24/7 and told all the details. The clinic itself has a new modern renovation, friendly customer-oriented staff, the best modern equipment. It felt like I was in the clinic of the future. The first day after the surgery went very good too. I was treated like a vip client. The room is like a 4-5 star hotel room. The nurses were very attentive and caring. Dr. Shamil came the next day and checked me out. He is just a magician! I trusted him 100% and have no regrets. He made me the most beautiful breast in the world that I only dreamed of. I am very grateful to him and all the staff of the Natural clinic for taking such good care of me at all stages. I am currently undergoing rehabilitation and will soon remove the bandage on my nose, I follow all the recommendations and can not wait to see my nose. Now my husband wants to get veneers in this clinic, and I also want to get my teeth treated here. I will recommend this clinic to my friends and family. Very disappointing. I attended this clinic from abroad recently for pre planned 8 day stay to complete all planned dental work. I had between 3-4 hours of work done at the clinic during my entire 8 day stay and absolutely none of my dental work was done. Also the deposit I was asked to pay for my treatments has not been returned despite requests for same to be done. I would not advise anyone to attend this Clinic. I want to clarify that the clinics reply to my testimonial was inaccurate. They wrote that they were going to pass on the information to the Management team to follow up on same. Whilst I was in the clinic I met with Management and the owner of the clinic who were all aware of the details regarding the clinic not fulfilling their job of doing my dental work in the time allocated. My 8 days as a patient of the clinic in Turkey were an utter waste of my time. Despite me meeting with the owner and Management, they still have not returned my deposit despite having had none of my dental work.

I recommend the Natural Clinic to everyone, in November I went there and had my hair, teeth and nose done. The stuff there was very helpful and experienced, the medical consultant Mohamed Salama gave me all the details before and still follows up with me after the operation and checks me weekly.
