I stayed at this hotel for a little over a month. The cleaning staff threw away my toothbrushes that I personally bought for no reason at all and threw away my loofah.. The bed had a strange fried chicken smell. The room service forgot my fork and just brought a plate of food and when I called to let them bring me a fork they said that they will and they never did😭 The room service people can not understand English very well and will bring the wrong order. The food is generally mid. The only good thing keeping this review at 3 stars is the amazing pool service. They had delicious food and great fast service and helpful kind assistance. The lady workers in the spa reception would rudely stare at me and my sister and give us unwelcoming looks. There was weddings late at night around the time a person would want to sleep. If you are coming here for business that requires you to wake up early I would not recommend. Also the housekeeping stop cleaning our room very good after the 3rd day. On the other hand the receptionist was very friendly and very easy to communicate with. Breakfast range was not that large.

Modern and spacious hotel right at the seafront. Most rooms with sea views. Clean and well-maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great tasty food available from 2 restaurants. In- and outdoor pools. Great place for an Istanbul vacation with kids - accommodation with 2 bedrooms available. The hotel is located ~20 minutes from the city center by taxi (~100TL). Public transport is within walking distance as well. Currently, the outdoor pool is closed due to construction work. The Club Lounge is also closed but all of its services are available in one of the restaurants.

terrible scam hotel that takes your deposit money and doesn't return it, please be careful. I went there in March and they withdrew deposit from my card and never returned the money, mind you I paid at the hotel too. I called a dozen of times and sent emails, I was told it should be resolved but they just stopped answering my emails and ignored me. I showed them stamped proof my money never came back and they acknowledged it but never returned the money. Basically I had to beg for my money back and it never came back and it wasn't a tiny amount. & they never cared! a 5-star hotel does that.... wow

Overall acceptable experience, still I guess I was hoping for more. Room is clean enough, but amenities are in really average quality. We have been told to be upgraded to a room with ocean view and the actual view was quite sad (well we really just needed to rest for jetlag and never expected ocen view so it was alright for us, but i would imagine people will be upset if they came for an ocean view Yet got this). Breakfast was alright, facilities are alright. The experience with the reception is definitely not one of my best IHG stays - communication in English was little tough with the receptionist, no smile the entire time, tone was also super flat. A staff also just opened our room door accidentally during room check. But all those things aside, i would still say it worth staying here, you feel safe in general and it's really close to the sea. Also they allowed us to do a super early check-in and helped us alot, so I'm still very grateful and would like to recommend staying here.

Lovely location and a great view from the bar. Rooms are nice and service is professional. Breakfast is poor. Both for quality and diversity. Some good restaurants close by. Probably all in all a bit expensive. I would not stay with my family for a holiday but for business it works fine!!! Go to the bar!!!

Initially I thought the hotel was in a great location and looked great. But that was only a first impression. There is no central lighting in the rooms for $400 a night, only light fittings, which is nonsense. 70% of the waiters hardly understand English. Security guards who are rude to you. And worst of all, if you come here for a few days starting on Friday - you won't get any sleep. From Friday night to Sunday night there are weddings every day and you can't sleep because of the noise.

Very nice hotel with good amenities for a conference. The rooms were spacious and tidy. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The location was great with a nearby mall and sea walkway. Staff were very attentive.

One of the best hotels to stay in Istanbul Florya area. Its a well laid out property connected to a mall and the metro station a stone throw away. Perfect place to have events. Nice views of the Sea from the rooms. The staff is super friendly.The breakfast spread is good as well.

The hotel looks very elegant, near to the sea walk and close to a mall. The room I had was located on the ground floor with a nice balcony and direct access to the sea walk There is a mall two steps away and a couple of high-end restaurants, especially one for seafood. The hotel is a little far away from the nee airport. The indoor swimming pool is in an L shape, so not meant for laps.

My first visit to Crown Plaza Florya on 17th April and surly more visits to come. Welcoming Concierge and receptionists .. it took around 3 minutes or less only to finish the check inn process and get my room card (4411), the room was very nice and fully equipped with what is expected and needed including safe for your valuable items, excellent work done by housekeeping 👍. I choose to take the Ramadan Iftar and it was great experience starting from a excellent attitude from the staff and their nice welcome, the Buffet had many choices and were delicious, my appreciation to the staff and the chef who prepared everything and look after us during the buffet👍. Excellent location where you have a nice mall next to it within two minutes walk only and both Hotel and the mall facing the sea where you can have nice beautiful walk or sitting in one of the restaurants or coffee shops within the area and enjoying the scene. My check out process took less than two minutes by one of the receptions team I believe his name was ALI I think, excellent attitude like his colleague when I checked inn. Overall it was a great experience with this hotel and I market as one of the favorite hotel in Istanbul so thank you very much for looking after me during my visit and stay in your hotel and I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and those who are reading now☺️. Unfortunately since my booking were through agent i was not able to gain any IHG reward points for my membership. However, its 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Totally disappointed… Impossible to sleep because of the weddings they organize. (You can feel the vibration of the music bass in the whole room) That put aside, the pool is nice, but expect to hear some loud music. So if you imagined a nice rest next to the pool or watching the sea, you can forget it! Also, if you travel with the family be aware that you can’t swim with a kid younger than 5 years old… Last but not least, the cleaning is very poor. For the record, we paid almost 300 euros a night… can’t believe you can get such a poor service for this price Overall, we are very disappointed and won’t advise this hotel to anyone

Very nice location if you want to stay away from busy areas, massive rooms with helpful stuff. Be careful when using the phone in the room when calling outside the hotel, you will be charged on check out. The temperature in the room was too hot we asked them to decrease the temperature but they said open the balcony.

Fantastic experience. Wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, great hotel food and bar. The bartenders know how to make great cocktails. Very friendly staff, always available. Really appreciated there is no cigarette or smoke smell in the building at all which is rare in my experience. Plan to stay again but during the summer next!

I stayed in this hotel for a week, great one by the shore. There are few restaurants around and a mall as well. Fantastic facility, very Turkish and hospitality is commendable. The room i stayed had a nice partial view to the sea. Only disadvantage is its far from the downtown and with traffic in Istanbul it can take couple of hours to reach. Concierge is really helpful.

This a a excellent hotel. I was booked there for 3 nights and I enjoyed my stay that I ended up booking another 10 nights it was well worth it! It’s very clean, spacious, great location, and the staff and room service are always available and professional. The only downside is that it’s close by the airport so the airplanes are flying over throughout the day but that didn’t bother me at all. Also some nights there’s wedding parties which music can be loud but that didn’t bother me as well, just wanted to mention that. Overall I was happy with my stay and the price I paid so 5 stars from me.

If you will go to florya area and stay thier for vacation or whatever , then Crowne plaza is the place to stay in without hesitation. The photos speak for them self

I was treated very professionally from first contact to end. The service was impeccable all the way through. Impressive hotel with nice rooms. The staff really did go out of their way to make sure everything was okay for me. Breakfast served was fantastic, great selection, healthy options, though I'd have preferred a bit more meat in the hot section, the scrambled eggs were great. I was overwhelmed with options. Could be tricky when eating solo as they're efficient at clearing your table once you stand up and setting it up again, so found that someone else took my spot quickly after getting up for a second serving. Wish I could have taken advantage of the spa, but the room service was spot on, they even remember my peculiar preferences when ordering food. Only downsides were rather limited optionality on room TV, select few channels with no streaming services to be able to connect to or phone streaming options. Also I'd wake up in the night boiling hot having to fiddle with the room temp as it was set to high by default, and was hard to get this right over the few nights. Location is not bad, of course if wanting to go into main Istanbul town you'll need taxi, best to book an Uber or something as I heard that the local taxis floating around that area coming from a 5* hotel will charge you like €50 for a 20-30 minute taxi journey.

Loves it food was spot on so was the spa. I have never been so relaxed with the bali masaage deffo recommend Nena and Tini you will fall asleep trust me. Staff are so hospitable and go out of there way to help. Language was a barrier with some staff but there was always someone who could speak English and understand it

I’m giving it 3 stars for the service! We had some communication issues with the staff at the beginning. My husband made sure to add a request while reserving not to have alcoholic drinks in the fridge, but we were surprised to have ours’ filled with them. It took the staff around 2 hours just to pick them up, or we’ll be charged for if we put the bottles outside our room! However, the nöbetçi apologized at the very early morning in the next day and sent us coffee and sweets. Also, I asked for a dry clean and packing services for my wedding dress and they said they don’t have it😅😅 I didn’t even get any help in that regard. However, the place is nice, it’s near the metro station 🚉, mall, and the aquarium. Also, sea view is incredible. Florya beach just makes the experience better.

This is an amazing modern hotel with a warm mix of old fashioned and modern interior. The staff are amazing and so attentive to visitors needs. They are always keen to assist. The breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of goodies which caters for everyone Even the hotel management are keen to assist and don’t leave it to their staff. Erdal in the restaurant and Nuran were both very helpful and worth a mention 5 stars to this hotel

They do try, they really do. The suite we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, with an awesome, awesome view of the sea. But it seems every day there is some new weird problem, minor but annoying. The staff is more than happy to assist with anything, but all too often forgets to (I don't believe it's on purpose, but it gets annoying to have to follow up on pretty much anything). Breakfast is OK and does vary a tiny bit from one day to another. Someone mentioned lack of seafood and Turkish coffee (!); that is very much the case, unfortunately. In all, the hotel has great potential, and I hope one day they'll get to fully realizing it.

Stayed long term for 2 months! Breakfast is important for me and was made by a brilliant Chef Nasip which made my stay. Not to mention the fully equipped gym and great staff.

I visited Istanbul with my friends and stayed in this hotel. The first thing you will notice is how clean, new, and well decorated the rooms are. Customer service was great too. The access to the Corniche area is amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for friends.

My favorite hotel around Istanbul! Very nice, welcoming and helpful staff. Ali Abi at the reception was very helpful and he gave me an upgrade room. Breakfast was good with nice view. You will have a big mall next door which is Acua Florya mall with variety of choices for food and coffee shops. Definitely coming back again. Parking is free and valet is 70TL a night.

I have to say that after staying at dozens of Crowne plaza locations in over 8 countries, this one is not only the best of them all, it is my home away from home. From the exceptional service, the professional staff, and the delicious food at the Atrox restaurant not to forget the refreshing breakfast experience every morning, I can't say enough about this location and the amazing vibe I felt here over my last 3 visits. The location is a hidden gem and the facilities inside and surrounding the hotel fit like a glove. As for the staff and workers here, everyone is amazing and super friendly. They strive to acknowledge your need and they go above and beyond to make it possible. From Ali and the amazing staff at the front desk, the manager on duty, Begum, the smiling and caring staff in the breakfast area, especially the tall elderly man whose name I'm forgetting, to all those who work alongside him serving the food or making the eggs and coffee, to those who clean the restaurant and more, I never felt out of place or sad. The rooms are clean with consideration of the finest details. The property is out of this world in its architecture and facilities. All I would say to anyone visiting Istanbul: is to stay at this property and create everlasting memories. I want to thank everyone at this property for making it what it is; a home away from home.

Nice 5☆ hotel, very good location, despite aircraft right above on final approach to land Ataturk airport. Main thing here is personal barely understand English, almost pushing you in the breakfast room, speaking loud in the corridors and slamming doors whatever the time of the day. But most of all, rooms are regularly DIRTY. Hairs, loads of dust in all corners, stains on pillows. If you have the chance to be ground floor with a nice little terrace, keep the window closed, cause wild cats coming, leaving hairs on pillows and cushions, inside, outside, and pee at all corners of course, so you can enjoy their smelly presence, sometimes on the curtains.

I have been staying here for the last 6 months due work and it is the best hotel I've stayed in years. From the reception politeness to the great location with spa and gym facilities it is in my world's top hotels!!! Thanks

Very nice hotel, the rooms are underneath the lobbie (reception), very comfortabke room, I was provided with a room in the second floor, there are Spa very well equiped and with professional staff, I reccomend this Spa. The breakfast at the moment is very limited to take by yourself due to the covid control situation, but it is understandable due to health control reasons. I reccomend this place, the restaurant in the terrace is fantastic for dinners.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in Istanbul by the sea. Good selection of breakfast and large fitness studio, always organized by kind staff. I want to come back here sooner.

First and foremost the staff , waiters and waitresses, almost everyone speak English , it varies upon the position of their jobs , then comes the service let me tell you it's great and very convenient , everyone was very friendly and professional at the same time . Now my friends is the location , the view is spectacular , and it's in the heart of Florya in the middle of this life and busy city , walking distance from many restaurants , shopping malls, aquarium , ext.... believe me the first week of our Vacation we didn't need to rent a car , we felt we have everything around us. Now let me tell you about the breakfast restaurant was excellent the manager, the assistant manager, the waitress and the waitresses very professional they work like a beehive great service with nice views, then when it's time for nice evenings with great tasty food accompanied by spectacular views , well tell me what else do you want. Love love love.
