This hospital has the worst treatment ever. What the freak, I wanted to go to hospital not to hostile. It wasn't the way to treat with patients I expected.

I went to the Hospital to do the PCR test for traveling. Bus 73H goes from sirinevler to the hospital, takes about 20-30 minutes. There’s a separate area for the people who’d like to do the PCR test for traveling, it’s located inside the building (translate and follow the sign). At reception there’s a machine on the left side that mentions PCR. You get a token from there and go to reception and provide your passport. They will fill in the details and ask for your flight details. After that they’ll hand the passport back with a few labels that you have to take to the cashier. The cashier is located on the left side. You pay for the PCR test, i paid 250tl. The cashier spoke english, he can point you towards the room you have to go. You visit one room where they verify the details and then send you to another where they take the sample. After that i was informed to come after 24 hours to receive the paper. Overall the experience was really easy and hassle free. There were only a few people ahead of me and the entire process after reaching the hospital took 30 minutes. However i wish some of the employees spoke english as most of the people are travelers or foreigners getting the Travel PCR test done.

I went there to get a Covid-19 PCR test in order to travel abroad. Almost all public hospitals in the European part of Istanbul will refer you to this hospital if you want to get tested for Covid-19. It's a newly established hospital during the Coronavirus pandemic. In terms of architecture, cleanliness, equipment and speed of construction, it's excellent of course. However, my experience was a mess! The staff is not experienced enough, order is not maintained at all, long waiting hours (I had to stand for 2.5 hours under direct sun exposure), and I spent about an hour just to find the entrance to the hospital (no signs on the road, routes are not on the map yet and nobody knows how to reach it). I hope by time things will get better.

Why here?

I went there in an emergency and they said we cannot help, its a üniversite hospital sorry we cannot treat you. I was shocked to know that even in an emergency a hospital can decline to help!!

I got my PCR test result after 7 hours. Everything was well organized and fast.
