I stayed in Room 413 for a month with my 2 kids until my house was fix. My stay was very pleasant my kids enjoyed there self. The security guard was very cool and will look out and protect you if needed. I really like the housekeeping lady that was on my floor. She always made sure we was taking care of. Mrs Nancy was very nice and her dog Mia. I'm going miss the dog Mia she's beautiful and big lol. Thanks so much for a very pleasant, safe and caring environment for me and my kids. Room 413 was great!!!!!! No complaints I will be back. Please dont forget me!!!🥰

You guys get zero stars for me. Not only did y'all lie on the website saying it was no age requirement to check in but couldn't even accommodate for an adult actually checking someone in that she knew. The place was horrible, horrible customer service, a rude security that was so disrespectful, and not only that wasted time. the service is completely horrible and ridiculous, it had crack addicts and weirdos outside of the hotel also. if I were you, I would run as far away from this place far as possible, you might even get your stuff stolen dealing with the crackheads inside of the hotel. just so sickening.

This place was to be non smoking i could smell cigarette smoke all over. The shower head leaked and the water kept getting cold. The mattress felt like nothing but springs horrible. Stains all over the loveseat I was afraid to sit on it and the bathroom floor was sticky and black shoe marks all over in the shower. Do not recommend especially for the price. The guy who checked us in would not stop his personal phone call on his cellphone for me to ask any questions and I had to find everything ourselves because he never told us where the elevators were or anything. I had to ask for a receipt when checking out and the guy acted like he couldn’t get me a receipt at first.

The hotel staff was very kind and polite and very helpful. The management team Went above and beyond to make sure that my vacation/scattering of my mom's ashes was comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Maryland.

Was not expecting it to be as clean as it was. No bugs, VERY SPACIOUS. Good for business. I love it here anytime I visit Baltimore this will be my hotel. It has an antique look to it. The best part about it

The hotel and staff was very clean professional and respectful. Affordable rates, Family oriented and pet friendly. My stay was extended and anything I needed they made sure I was taken care of. Security is on point. Housekeeping maintenance and security did an excellent job at keeping things safe and running smoothly. Special thanks to Front desk staff thank you for making my stay comfortable. I will be back to visit ❤️

Immediately got a sketch feeling about this joint. Many of the vending machines weren't operational, the entire place smelled like cigarettes and weed, the window in the room didn't close all the way, with no screen. Out non smoking room had an ash tray, and the person at the front desk felt it necessary to have a gun on him. We did not stay.

I stayed here 3 yrs ago and enjoyed it then and I'm pleased to say I enjoyed it again. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. I'm extending my previous suggestion about the microwave, make more available. If needed I would choose America's Best Value Inn again. Thank You for being there for me. Tyrone

I cant put into words how consistent and courteous the staff at this location has shown! Great hospitality from genuine staff. This is the second time I’ve been here, being a traveler from florida and they even remembered me from my original stay. Nancy and Wendel are wonderful representatives on this establishment. With that being said this will not be my last stay :)! oh and i will definitely recommend you to friends and family! Thank you American best value inn.

As I was walking up to the front doors Before checking in I passed a security guard. While checking in the owner was packing a side arm clearly visible. (what did I get myself into) was rattling through my head since I already made a reservation. Rooms were not clean. Beds were not comfortable. Would I stay there again HELL NO. Scary place. If I knew before booking, I would of gladly paid more then $100 for a clean & comfortable room.

The hotel rooms are okay but the hotel lobby is not well maintained. We didn't even have a microwave in our room. The drawers in the room desk had holes in it.

Great place. Very friendly, polite, and helpful employees. Clean, affordable, decent rooms. Smoking and non smoking rooms are available. Close to Hopkins and Hopkins Bayview. Definitely recommend for families with patients at the medical centers. I will be staying here again.

Gentleman or to be more precise white gentleman that works the front desk is the rudest fellow I ever met in my life. Wonder why he is employed there when the fellow cannot answer simple questions when asked.

We had a party there. The carpet was sticky.. people looking high or drink trying to crash... unsavory characters in the lobby. Staff was pleasant and worked with us.

I spent my 2 days in MD and the staffs were so cooperative. While I was there they did not let me miss my house as they were friendly, it was cleaner than other places I stayed the same week and the rooms were spacious nice and bright. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. I have this place to take a look at for any future visit to Baltimore i will stay there and would like to recommend you all as well.

I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have some protocol in place for late-night guest needs. Our bathroom was only stocked for two people, though the room held four, and getting extra towels and washcloths in the morning before housekeeping came in, was difficult. I had to justify why I needed the towels I needed, despite how many people were actually in my room. I needed an extra pillow one night, called down to request one, and was told housekeeping was closed for the night. I asked about an after hours protocol for guest needs, and I was told I needed to speak with the manager. I requested she come to the phone, and I was asked to leave my room to come down to the office and request the manager, because she could not step to the phone. And another morning, the toilet was stopped up, and we notified them of it immediately. However, my family had to wait hours before someone came to fix it. Maintenance also doesn’t have any after hour protocols. If you’re coming in after a 9, or have needs in the middle of the night, don’t come here. Kids are unpredictable so don’t bring them here; the hotel isn’t setup to accommodate needs after hours. Lower costs shouldn’t mean bad service.

The room is nice and clean, but the so called breakfast only has coffee and plastic package of pastries, and my car wheel is frozen to a pool of water. No walking distance restaurant and convenience store

"The Adequate Inn" The room was clean and very convienently located to everything we wanted to do. But for $10 more, we could have stayed at a much better hotel. There's a very unwelcoming vibe. They made us wait 30 mins before we could get a room but there were signs on the couch saying "no sitting ". The bed was really lumpy. You need new mattresses! There was no breakfast. Just a bowl of Twinkies and bad coffee. But at least I didn't see roaches or bedbugs like many of the super ghetto motels on Pulaski highway...

Rooms are clean, service is excellent. The only drawback is the mattress which sinks. The hotel is value for your money

The room itself was ok, pretty spacious and clean. Wi-Fi is not the fastest though. The check-in experience was not the best, as the staff would have wanted me to write down (!) my credit card pin number so that they could type it in (which I obviously did not do).

It is so surprising there was no roaches, no bed bugs , very clean room, friendly staff. It’s improving a lot . Before it stink while entering now I didn’t feel any weird smell. Keep it up !!! Will be back again .

There was bed bugs on the bed on the pillows on the blankets everywhere. Disgusting you should be ashamed of yourself still had to place running with big bugs running around. Sad The room may have looked clean but definitely wasn’t. Cant you work the shower properly I understand it might be hard times and you need to book something cheap like this what is not worth getting teared up over.
