Sehr entäuscht ,für 9,80Euro, 9 kleine Fleischstücke in viel Soße und überschwemmten Reis. Also ich werde da nix mehr kaufen!

I visited this place with 7 of my friends for lunch. The host/chef, who I think is Ravi, was very rude and made a lot of sarcastic remarks. When we asked if a dish came with rice or naan, he sarcastically told us that "well, we can't put rice on pizza". This was just the tip of the iceberg on all the comments we had to deal with because we had placed the order and couldn't cancel. The food portions was very less and they charged more than necessary. Mind you, we found better Indian food in a corner of Mallorca than this place. The food we ordered first (which should have fed 8 people fully) hardly filled us. We had to order nearly the same amount again. The food was over salted and when we ordered again, we requested him to reduce the salt. To which he asked us to use Jogurt as he was fine with the dish! I don't know if he behaved this way because we were all Indians and was/is one too and he thinks it's ok to talk this way with us. This is really the first time that we've paid over and above for bad food and even more horrible experience. I do not recommend this place.

Quickly served. The food was bland, the cauliflower was undercooked even though the curry was bloody hot felt like lava in my mouth.

If you like indian food, you can't miss this tiny spot in Bamberg. There are only two tables, but guests are willing to share it and talk to each other. The Chef named Ravi is a real one-man-band. He runs this place on his own and he does it with heart. Food is delicious, everything is cooked from fresh ingredients and Ravi gives you the samples of sauces to meet your spice expectations. Fair prices and unforgettable food memories at this modest place. Thank you Ravi. Highly recommended!

Portionen extrem klein, wenn auch geschmacklich solide. Preis-Leistung passt daher gar nicht. Servicekraft (Inhaber?) auch eher unfreundlich. Würde ich nicht nochmal besuchen...

So lecker! 😍 (Bitte anklicken, dann öffnet sich die ganze Rezension 😉) Sitze gerade noch am Tisch und tippe meine Bewertung, da ich begeistert bin von Ravis Essen. Habe mich gerade etwas mit ihm unterhalten. Ravi macht alles selbst und ich finde auch, dass man das schmeckt! Ich hatte die Nr.7 (Shahi Bengan) und bin nun ziemlich 'geflasht' 😊. Seit Kurzem hat er sein kleines Bistro auch optisch auf den neusten Stand gebracht, woraufhin er mir nun aufgefallen ist. (Habe ein Bild angehängt.) Ich bin jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier. Beim ersten Besuch hatte ich mit meinem Freund die Samosa im vorbei gehen mitgenommen. Die waren klasse und wir haben auch gemerkt, dass sie SELBST gemacht sind (nicht wie so oft aus der Tiefkühltruhe.) Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und werde Ravi auch weiterempfehlen! Ravi runs this place by himself, which makes this small place feels like a home kitchen. The food is good and Ravi a sincere cook. Highly recommended!

Food very good. Should have asked for extra spice but taste was nice. Very small place with 3 tables outside. More like take-away Food is cooked and served by Ravi Nice change from German food.

Tasty curry and very good naan bread. Portions are small and not much meat in the chicken Korma. Friendly service.

I visited this place with my Mother and Sister who were craving for Indian food. Ravi served us fresh and authentic Indian food that took us back to India for a while. We got complimentary Tea at the end :)

Challenged chef Ravi for spicy chicken Tikka masala. He let me taste three times before serving. I was able to handle the tester but not the actual dish. I failed to finish everything on my plate. But the food was nevertheless fantastic. Highly recommended!

Go for having a great Indian meal with delicious samosas.. love it !

A small neat place, be ready for a good treat of indian cuisine. A limited menu, but everyone will find something soothing his taste bud. Though the Chef may seem unfriendly at the beginning, he is a genuine gentleman from Delhi and is open for a small talk too! Just don't start judging yet ! I would recommend this small treasure-hunt for everyone! PS: His selection of beers is huge, unfortunately I couldn't drink since I had to drive, don't hesitate to sip the beer that should go well with the dish. Viel Spaß!
