Clean and well trained staff. Unfortunately the air con on my room not working. I also noted a danger on the small balcony outside the 5th floor room. The wall is only knee height. I think rather dangerous and easy to fall over.

Hotel is ok to spend the night if you are connecting between Ko Samui and Krabi but definitely not if you stay more. Breakfast is terrible!

The rooms are fine and clean . Bathroom is ok room is middle size ( for my nation) view is good . Stuff welcomed and nicely. I had a Chance to see to room before I buy . So all was confirmed 😌 lobby and restaurant side looks good even with some toys 🧸. Possibly on my next visit to Surat Thani I will come by again to this hotel .

Our room was comfortable enough for a two night stay, especially for the price. Only at best lukewarm water in shower, no wall heater to adjust temperature. Breakfast was mediocre, but you didn’t have to leave hungry. Wifi works ok, but we have had much better on our road trip through Thailand. The staff is very courteous and very helpful.

Very basic but just adequate for like a day stay. Beds r old. Curtains does not block sunlight. Breakfast is terrible. Next to river which seem a nice idea but there r late night motorboats that goes by.

One of the best hotel that I will be staying in Thailand. The riverview from my room, the room facilities, easy to get halal food for breakfast, lunch n dinner just across the river.
