Most foreign tourist are disobeying SOP and not wearing masks in the hotel lobby, elevator, and hallways with staff saying nothing to them. This causes other guests were following rules to be very uncomfortable and we will not stay in this hotel again. The rooms are nice with balcony and kitchenette and the staff is also friendly but unfortunately they are unable to implement safety standards to make their guests comfortable.

To get to hotel, you can take the smart bus to Laguna from the airport. enjoyed my stay very much. The swimming pool also is great, opening hours 8-6:30pm. There is a shuttle boat to the beach which is around 3-4 mins ride. The boat comes every 20 mins. Evert staff of hotel was really good and friendly..

Avoid , better hotels with much better staff and facilities nearby. I'm a regular customer in Phuket , and this one has been by far one of the worst experience I have ever had in the island. Rooms need an upgrade, especially the lofts are not cleaned and maintained properly, water in the shower smells of sewage. housekeeping is every 2 days only, breakfast was one of the worst breakfasts i was served in Phuket, Staff at the front desk ( and manegement) have no idea of ehat they are doing and they will not care about you if you have an issue trust me. They are just not trained properly , beware of extra costs at the hotel, I have been charged 4.000 THB for a 10 KG laundry ( yeah it's 400THB a KG) , the manager at the front desk that took my bag in didn't bother to mention the price in advance or at least warn me and they only told me the price once the laundry was all done. Clothes should be weighted in front of customer and price should be discussed upfront at reception, like most other places, well done to their training department. Also Be aware that the price they show on the bag tag is per /100 g and not per Kg like most othe places in the island. I was going to send my family to stay here whilst on holiday but I will avoid it now. We Checked out 2 days early as as we felt disrispected by the Company and staff. Also there was a lack of respect from their staff towards me and my partner at checkout, I expected better from a 4 star hotel and an Accor member. Stay away

Here are the pros and cons of this hotel: Pros: - Friendly staff. They are always smiling and great hospitality. - Clean room. There is small kitchen you can cook small dishes such as omelette. - Delicious breakfast. It's a buffet-style. I enjoyed omelette and Thai-style noodle. Cons: - Sofa had a bad smell due to sweat from previous customers. - Our room was cleaned only once every two days. That is ok but as a note. - There are only two bottle of water that is not enough for two of us. But I could get additional water by ordering to front desk, although it took some time to receive. Overall, my experience was good. By the way, almost of all customers are Russian that is unique experience for me as a Japanese guest :)

Very nice hotel and the location is strategic. Service is good. Nice pools and lagoon. The beach is clean and enjoyable. Ample parking spaces. The 1 bedroom units have small bedrooms and feels cramp. Breakfast was nothing to shout about.

I just LOVE this place. Here is everything you need and with very high quality! Rooms have stunning 😍 views: just check this out in attached photos. Service is SUPERB! Special thanks to Polly who helped me all the way from my first letter up to all issues I faced with during my stay. Hotel has very nice beach! The lagoon is beautiful and a boat drives us through it from the hotel to the beach and we enjoy beautiful views each time. Breakfasts are very good, rich with vegetables and fruits, dishes are mostly for those who like Thai cuisine. Laundry is good but rather expensive which is actually normal for the hotel of such level. Room service and front desk work good. Also want to mention that location is ideal: very close to Boat Avenue where you can find everything and right in front of the ocean 🌊 . Strongly recommended.

Value for money. 2 Bedrooms Loft Water is perfect. Love so much the space and view. Beautiful beach is easy to access. However, the hotel may have a big challenge on cleanliness. Room has full of dust everywhere. Bathrooms were not clean properly, reported several times about leaking water in the bathroom but it was not fixed.

We celebrated my wife's birthday here and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much to everyone at Cassia for making out stay memorable. The rooms were great. Service was excellent. Lagoon & sea views were just awesome. Fastastic amenities with free shuttle boat to get you across the lagoon for a private area on Bang Tao beach with beach chairs. My only feedback for possible improvement would be to allow for Halal breakfast options for Muslim guests. We could only consume salad, bread or eggs, since most food dishes contain pork. Perhaps provide 1 or 2 chicken/beef alternatives. I will definitely return.

Perfect place to stay in Phuket! The hotel has so many great facility such like gym, boxing class, pools and also a boat transfer to the other side which is close to the beach. The room is huge, clean and comfortable! Apparently food is moderate and no vegan options. While I am staying, there are 2 time of electricity cut off but not sure if its only happen on that day tho. Parking is available and safe. The area around the hotel perfect for jogging and there also a bunch of great restaurants in the area.

I was very disappointed with both the service and the room. I had booked this when though it was not on the beach after looking at the reviews. We wanted to book a suite for a comfortable stay. Even though it was a bed room suite, the space was very limited. Bedroom was just fit in the bed, and very small bathroom etc. In addition to this, the service was very poor. They clean room only once in 2 days. Nobody accompanies you to the room, you have to take your luggage yourself. Pool towels were not available most of the time. Breakfast was not included with the room and per person charges were too high. I have visited Phuket many times and whati like most about Thailand is the service which was completely lacking here. I would never stay at such a place in Thailand when so many options are available for similar cost.

Love this hotel. Breakfast is delicious and there is a good spread. Staff are attentive and prompt. The lagoon view from my 2 bedroom apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, with even a electric steamboat, we wished we discovered earlier. We took the ferry to the beach opposite and the beach was amazing. So pretty. Waiting for sunset was worth it as it was lovely. 5 mins away is a family mart and a few cafes/restaurants. 15 min walk away is Boat Avenue where a night market is held every Friday night. Tops supermarket is near there.

Great location near a small lagoon. Connected to a bigger lagoon in the Laguna Puket area. The rooms The were nice and they have a nice breakfast spread that's included in the hotel rate. The hotel hallways going to the bedrooms are depressing. But the rooms are nice. Stayed in cassia . The middle of the building has a big open area where you can see the buffet area from the floors above it. That part of the hallways look nice. Nice swimming pool in the back. Plus this resort has a shuttle boat to take you to the beach or other Laguna Hotels.

It’s a good hotel with very nice staff and helpful people. The rooms are a bit aged already, while the whole colorful theme is a little bit too much for my taste. The restaurant is playing the music a bit too loud during lunch time, so that you can hardly talk or understand people. I’ve had a nice view, towards one of these artificial lakes and the ocean. If you’re fine with a hotel with many rooms, “party”-lifestyle and hotel guests that aren’t aware about their swimwear being too tight for their massive bodies during breakfast, then the price ratio is worth it. If you’re looking for a resort that gives you a personalized experience, this isn’t the right one for you.

I spent a week at Cassia Phuket and the experience was amazing! They have everything you need right at the property, you really don't have to leave unless you want to (or go to the beach of course). Wifi was good, room was clean, modern and spacious, the service was quick, and breakfast was great! I would totally live here! Highly recommended!

Vacation with my husband in April 2023. Hotel pros: 1. Good location: a free boat runs to the beach + you can walk in 10 minutes. Also within walking distance are all restaurants, shops, pharmacies and entertainment; 2. Have your own sunbeds and free towels for the beach; 3. Funny and cute hotel interior. Cons of the hotel: 1. The hotel is very worn and in many places it smells like sewage; 2. Cleaned in the room poorly, towels may forget to put a complete set; 3. Breakfasts are tolerable, but very monotonous. Tables are poorly cleaned; 4. A very strange and uncomfortable suite room layout: a small closet for things without shelves, but at the same time there are a huge table and a dressed-in cabinet where the hotel offers to put things.... For me, this is an illogical pile of useless stuff that do not add comfort - as a result, I had nowhere to put things, because there are no shelves in the room at all))

I stayed here with my husband and 3 daughters. It was an absolute wonderful stay. We had never been to Phuket before. This hotel was a beautiful with the lagoon views. We enjoyed the food, pool, and Tuktuk around laguna area. The staff were incredibly nice I really appreciated for those staff (Chantel, Ice and Pumpui) of you are very helpful and escort us. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The breakfast has lots of choice and also little shops nearby like a FamilyMart and coffee shop and night market in laguna village. And if you want to go to beach, they have boat service only 5 mins to the beach, there is very nice too. We are really grateful for such a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be returning :)

Their Roooms are a little small, however, it is a perfect minimalist apartment for a couple. Nice views, great breakfast with lot of choices for both cold, hot breakfast items, fruits, cheese, many options for bread, fresh salad, tonight and they must gotten on and on. Perfect for family with small kids. Staff is really very friendly and helpful. Great free WiFi as well

Cassia was great in many ways, but very busy, and it took almost an hour for us to check in due to errors on Cassia's part. I had painstakingly booked suitable rooms for us all - my niece, her wife and their toddler, their nanny, and myself. 3 separate rooms, 2 being exactly the same kind next to each other, and 1 (mine) different. We arrived just after check in time (15:00) and were told that the booked rooms weren't available and they would upgrade us to 3 x loft rooms next to each other, which would have been fine had there not been a toddler (toddlers and stairs combo is not good and dangerous), so I explained this and asked them for the rooms we had booked. After waiting for ages (with loud music playing all the time), they offered my loft room for immediate check-in, and the others became available at 18:00. It was not ideal to wait, especially with an 18 month old, but we made it work. They provided an excellent quality campcot for my great niece to sleep in. In terms of apartment size, it was great. With a full kitchen (which we made use of often) and efficient lounge, bathroom and balcony, it was good value for money. I had breakfast for 2 included in my rate (one can choose to include or exclude) - room is for 2 persons, so even if you are 1 person in the room, 2 breakfasts are available, and that was great, because a few times my niece and family went in my place, or joined me for breakfast. There was an enormous variety on offer, and the breakfast is highly recommended. It was a great space for my great niece ❤️ She loved the indoor playroom, the 'beach' pool, and there were places close to Cassia to visit that one could get to easily with a pram. There were also lots of indoor and outdoor areas for her to walk / run in - a great place for toddlers. Close to restaurants, night market, etc. and there is a shuttle service available too. Cassia's website reflects a kind of hostel, single, young people vibe, but honestly, there were many families with little and older children visiting at the time we did. It is a family place, with lots on offer. I feel that changing the website to reflect the actual clientele who come to Cassia can only be beneficial for them. I would go back to Cassia for the sake of my great niece, but if traveling on my own to Phuket, I would choose somewhere else.

Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and polite staff especially the receptionists. The location is perfect, it is near the beach and walking distance to night markets.

This place was worth for every penny! It’s very comfortable and clean. The staffs are so so nice. I would really recommend to stay here. This place is suitable for families and couples. I loved this place and of course next time i visit Phuket, this place is definitely where i would stay for the whole trip 💜💚❤️👍🏻

I'm in awe of the hospitality of this place. I got milk the first day I stayed here, the second day I was quite surprised that the waitress remembered that I asked for milk and she got me milk again and nobody usually does that. The suites are fab, there are 3 swimming pools connected through tunnels, the beach is right opposite to the pool and you can take a ferry there. Love this place till date. Made some of the best memories of my life at Cassia:))

Reasonably priced hotel complete with all the amenities you need. It is located in a nice area not far from Boat Avenue, with lots of bars and restos. The room is spacious, stylishly furnished and my favorite the comfy bed. The beautiful Bangtao beach is just a walking distance and they still provide a shuttle boat to get to the beach faster. Superb staff and management, we always felt well taken care of.

Overall the experience was great. With one minor complaint. The gym is incredibly dirty with equipment that has mold growing on it, rust from sweat and no way to clean it off after your work out. The room was excellent with fast wifi, clean towels daily, trash taken daily, and space to cook for long stays. We loved staying here. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I loved my stay here in the 1st week of Dec 2021,amazing property with very friendly staff who are always ready to help and not to forget that it's at a very good location with many restaurants to eat at which are 15 min walk away from the hotel.Diego from front desk is very approachable for anything you need during your stay. The only down side is the breakfast, I think it can be a lot better.Apart from this I really enjoyed my stay a lot, can't wait to come back again :)

Decoration is so modern and fresh, bright and colourful. The little apartments are just perfect, with a little kitchen and extra bedroom. The whole hotel feels like really good value.

Great hotel. Nicely designed, fantastic pool, and amazing location near Boat Avenue for lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Lots of quirky design and features including pool tables, scooters available. Only marking it down for 2 things. No vegan options at all for breakfast except fruit so if you are plantbased I wouldn’t bother booking with breakfast and head outside to eat, or order in. Other thing is the very loud music blaring in restaurant and lobby. The volume is crazy. Lucky our room not in the main atrium part as sure it must carry up from restaurant.

I’d rate our experience at Cassia as below average! From time it to took checking in, food for breakfast and service provided by various staff. We booked hotel in the evening and reserved a 2 bedroom suite which advertised as king bed and a single. When we arrived 20 minutes later at 7:45 PM they did not have the room ready and my partner was standing at reception desk a good 45 minutes during check in to get the room. I wish the lady at reception would’ve told her how long it was really going to take to have the room ready so she didn’t have to stand at the front desk for 45 minutes waiting for the key to the room. There was no offer for coffee or soft drink while she waited. The room was not a king bed as advertised but a queen at best! The room was comfortable and the restaurant area is very colorful and nice to hangout. We enjoyed a couple of rounds of pool game in the lobby as it was rainy to go outside and enjoy the lake view. I have to say some of the staff is not attentive. We ordered coffee last night and they forgot our order until we went back and reminded them 15 minutes later that we are still waiting! Or in the morning - when we asked a staff member to wipe a table where I was sitting but clearing a near by table was more important and she never came back after she was done with the table she was cleaning, and I had to go ask another staff. I understand they are busy, but if you are in the hospitality industry and customer service is your bread and butter then forgetting customers or their orders is good way to loose future return of the customers or recommendation to others. And as a final note, breakfast was meh! For 400bhat I’d expect much more in terms of options! Oh and you better make it down by 10am or your options are all gone and the food is cleared by 10:30am and you are straight out of luck! There were flies the Pastries and bread. For such a big 4 star hotel, they have a very small gym and it needs to be booked day before and only one person at a time for 50 minute time slot . Even if the the person doesn’t show up for 30 minutes that slot won’t be given to another person.

My stay at Cassia was quite a surprise a very well designed modern and clean hotel. The service orientation was great.. The staff was very pleasant and very efficient. And the price was fabulous!

The apartments have everything you need for a good stay. Kettles, toasters and a fully functioning kitchen. The breakfast at the hotel is also pretty good. The main downside here is it is not on the beach. They have a shuttle boat during the day but it's quite a walk to go at night for a sundowner on the beach. I think the price reflects the fact it's off the beach. They do have loungers on the beach that you can use during the day.

Was fun the firs time. Many Long term Russian visitors that are hard to get to know. Used a booking site as their site is more expensive and they don't match. Pretty much full service here except for laundry. Resort Shuttles are working. Rides to Boat street. If you need to get to the beach just take the boat across the lagoon. All pretty chill. Stay of one month was quoted at 205,000 THB as the best they could do. 1/2 that on a booking site.

The rooms were good however they said there should have been beds for 4 . This was not so. And only linen for three people. We arranged and sent email.for transport and was stranded at the airport. I would not recommend this place. Because they did not deliver. Pictures were deceptive and showed staircase. There was none. False advertising.

The hotel is close to the beach and has a lake that connects it to the location. You can do a variety of outdoor activities and water activities including other outdoor activities such as jogging within the area of the hotel or recreation in the green area. Clean, safe, quiet, spacious room with living room Space for the kitchen and various cooking equipment that can actually cook food separately. The bed and pillows are soft. induce deep sleep i especially like. There are other devices provided, such as a set to do outdoor activities. Reasonable price. A little bit suggestion is Bottled water is provided too little and should be checked for customers with consecutive stays. I received 2 bottles only on the first day.

Got the room later than 15.00 pm but the staff offered us complimentary drinks which can acceptable. The room was nice and clean. Not hard to hangout because this hotel has shuttle service to Patong and Foresta only 100 per person. Lastly, the staff here are cheerful and helpful.

Our family had an exceptional stay at Cassia Hotel! From the moment we arrived, Mister Jules at the front office went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The service was impeccable, the rooms were cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. We truly felt at home away from home. Thank you, Cassia Hotel, for a wonderful family getaway! We can't wait to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cassia Hotel, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff led by the fron desk Mr. Jules. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was impeccable—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. I also had the opportunity to take advantage of the hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa. Both were top-notch, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and rejuvenation. Overall, my stay at Cassia Hotel exceeded all expectations. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities truly made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend Cassia Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway or business trip accommodation. I can't wait to return!

Currently staying here and extremely disappointed with housekeeping, the food and service. We required additional tissue in our suite and it took 4 calls and 4.5 hours to finally have someone bring to us. When I called and advised we called previously I was curtly told housekeeping was informed, I said yes perhaps but could you have them do so, it’s hour 4 and was disconnected. Breakfast is disappointing, coffee machines not working, items empty and when asking for them to be filled (pancake batter bag) 3 people address me and no one does it. I watched them all sneak back to another area and not address that both machines weren’t working. The service on that end is horrible. I was making a cappuccino with the only working machine and staff opened the cooler to replace the milk (wasn’t empty) and interrupted my coffee, completely I apologetic for doing so and simply walked away. Today was our first cleaning day and for a family of 4 they left 3 bath towels, no hand towels. I called to advise we don’t have enough towels for our family and was hung up on, however they did deliver additional towels so we didn’t have to share and hand towels. Dinner we decided to stay and play pool etc, we ordered the burgers which came with exactly 6-7 French fries, which were cold. We also ordered the loaded nachos and were brought small cereal bowls of separate ingredient. I showed our server the menu photo which had melted cheese on loaded nachos on a platter and they brought us a platter to spread the 15 nachos on. Another server came to engage and meanwhile the first started trying to build the nachos at our table using their bloody hands and a spoon. All was taken away and returned to us somewhat properly however the Monterey cheese that was to be melted was just the cheesy sauce…if we’d have finished our meal I can guarantee we’d be needing loads of toilet tissue to survive what this meal would do to us. The beach and pool are amazing, that’s about it. Extremely disappointed that this has been our experience paying a costly fee to stay.
