Cassia
was
great
in
many
ways,
but
very
busy,
and
it
took
almost
an
hour
for
us
to
check
in
due
to
errors
on
Cassia's
part.
I
had
painstakingly
booked
suitable
rooms
for
us
all
-
my
niece,
her
wife
and
their
toddler,
their
nanny,
and
myself.
3
separate
rooms,
2
being
exactly
the
same
kind
next
to
each
other,
and
1
(mine)
different.
We
arrived
just
after
check
in
time
(15:00)
and
were
told
that
the
booked
rooms
weren't
available
and
they
would
upgrade
us
to
3
x
loft
rooms
next
to
each
other,
which
would
have
been
fine
had
there
not
been
a
toddler
(toddlers
and
stairs
combo
is
not
good
and
dangerous),
so
I
explained
this
and
asked
them
for
the
rooms
we
had
booked.
After
waiting
for
ages
(with
loud
music
playing
all
the
time),
they
offered
my
loft
room
for
immediate
check-in,
and
the
others
became
available
at
18:00.
It
was
not
ideal
to
wait,
especially
with
an
18
month
old,
but
we
made
it
work.
They
provided
an
excellent
quality
campcot
for
my
great
niece
to
sleep
in.
In
terms
of
apartment
size,
it
was
great.
With
a
full
kitchen
(which
we
made
use
of
often)
and
efficient
lounge,
bathroom
and
balcony,
it
was
good
value
for
money.
I
had
breakfast
for
2
included
in
my
rate
(one
can
choose
to
include
or
exclude)
-
room
is
for
2
persons,
so
even
if
you
are
1
person
in
the
room,
2
breakfasts
are
available,
and
that
was
great,
because
a
few
times
my
niece
and
family
went
in
my
place,
or
joined
me
for
breakfast.
There
was
an
enormous
variety
on
offer,
and
the
breakfast
is
highly
recommended.
It
was
a
great
space
for
my
great
niece
❤️
She
loved
the
indoor
playroom,
the
'beach'
pool,
and
there
were
places
close
to
Cassia
to
visit
that
one
could
get
to
easily
with
a
pram.
There
were
also
lots
of
indoor
and
outdoor
areas
for
her
to
walk
/
run
in
-
a
great
place
for
toddlers.
Close
to
restaurants,
night
market,
etc.
and
there
is
a
shuttle
service
available
too.
Cassia's
website
reflects
a
kind
of
hostel,
single,
young
people
vibe,
but
honestly,
there
were
many
families
with
little
and
older
children
visiting
at
the
time
we
did.
It
is
a
family
place,
with
lots
on
offer.
I
feel
that
changing
the
website
to
reflect
the
actual
clientele
who
come
to
Cassia
can
only
be
beneficial
for
them.
I
would
go
back
to
Cassia
for
the
sake
of
my
great
niece,
but
if
traveling
on
my
own
to
Phuket,
I
would
choose
somewhere
else.
