They have a fridge, microwave, silverware, plates and bowls on the 4th floor for everyone to use. There are 4 showers/bathrooms on 2nd, 3rd so you never need to wait for a shower. You can wash clothes on 3rd floor or hand-wash them and then hang them on the 4th floor balcony. There is also a hot and cold water machine on 3rd floor

This is a small but beautiful hostel with good customer service. Guests have good manners to each other. I really like this accommodation. Love to stay there! Pat.

Amazing family run hostel with small but clean rooms and a really cool rooftop patio with a view! Room was a little small but comfortable, we had coffees every day in the little restaurant in the lobby which were tasty and reasonably priced, location is great being walking distance from Chinatown, bus station and the MRT. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re thinking about it.

Really clean, super helpful staff. Great extra service with printing visas, boarding cards etc for 5 baht per item. Also sorted a small amount of cash on my debit/credit card at only 3% which is better than an ATM. Good location, loads of street food, relaxed and happy.

The hostel is owned by a friendly family. Facility is new and very clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, too. It's just 10 mins walk from MRT station. It's also close to river side and some tourist attractions.

Located in a common man neighborhood,dorm room given to me has excellent ventilation with comfortable bed and fresh linen,blanket.bath rooms are very small but they are keeping it clean enough.Walkable distance from hua lampong station where you can get easy public transport of metro and buses.There are several cheaper house restaurants everywhere in the area though limited options for vegetarian like me.

I had a very pleasant and memorable stay back in late February 2023. The staffs were very helpful in accomodating requests from providing things such as a hair dryer to helping me and my friend to book a taxi to get to the airport ASAP with a very reasonable price. The room was clean and comfy. The bathrooms were also very clean even though it was a shared bathroom. They also had a water refill station which was super helpful. The location was very strategic (around 10-15 min away from Hua Lamphong Station and ferry pier to ICONSIAM by walk) but it was kinda creepy at night so please be careful if you were going alone. In the morning the alleyway in front of the building was very busy (I guess it's a market?). I'd like to stay here again next time. Value for every money spent👍

Its a nice hostel, the staff is really polite, and the prices are fair. I stayed on the double room with a friend and it was comfortable. Ac/dc ok. Shared bathroom.

It has just what I needed, a clean room, tidy and silent, and very close of attractions. I went walking from there towards Lumpini Park, Big Golden Buda, MBK Center, Patpong Market, Mahanakhon Tower, Asiatique Riverside, etc. Ambience is familiar and owners are gentile and handsome. Good place to mix yourself with locals.

The family who runs this 0pace is absolutely charming. So welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room are big and so are the multiple common spaces. Close to the bus for the airport and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, the family who run the hostel are the most lovely people ever! As a queer couple, we felt so welcome, comfortable and safe. The space was super clean and tidy, the deck was a fab place to sit and enjoy the view of Bangkok, and the surrounding area was both relaxed and quiet while also being really handy to buses, the pier, and things to do. Couldn't recommend Urban Hostel more!

Unbelievably clean and modern hostel! Free towel is provided everyday. Staff clean room and toilet on daily basis. If you have been traveling south east Asia. You must of got your face grimaced at toilet! I stayed here ages ago. I keep reminded of this one whenever i visited other backpackers. Plus, they gave me free thai style desert for free!

Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Just ask them anything, they will try their best to serves you. Hostel is clean, beds are comfy, have a rooftop for you to hangout at night. Not so expensive. Will come again.

A nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and hospitable. I love the rooftop thing they've got going - it's a good place to chill. It's decently clean too. And there are a few decent food places near by. Only thing is that it's abit far away from the MRT. You have to walk almost 20 mins and cross the big main road to get to Hua Lomphong.

Second stay at Urban Hostel, and will be my first choice in Bangkok if it can maintain its service. Clean, quiet, and spacious--important in a hot, humid city like Bangkok. Excellent staff support--24 hours if needed. Plenty of bathrooms and they appear to clean them 2-3 times a day. Small traditional market right in front of the hostel in the morning with a few food stalls in the evening, giving me a local experience while tourist sites are not far away. You can see the Sky Bar from the hostel. The train station, the subway, the Shangrila Hotel neighborhood, Chinatown, and the new hip bar streets are within 5-10 mins walk.

Clean rooms, firm but comfortable beds. Air conditioned rooms. Lovely staff, excellent street food nearby. Easy access bus stops.

Highly recommended!! This hostel was seriously the best hostel, their staff are really helpful, polite & superb friendly. The hostel was fantastic, cozy,comfortable with urban concept and also very affordable and value for money. All facilities that they provide in here are extremely great condition and superb.

Awesome. I stayed in this hostel many times. First, their lobby has AC which is very veeeeeery good. And at the spacious lobby, are a number of chairs and tables which you can use to read a book (from their shelf) or eat food (from their menu). They have 2 laptops which anyone can use in case they needed to search something online. They have board games available too. Very clean area, thanks to the housekeeping staff. They have a balcony at the 4th floor which is surprisingly very chill even when you’re at the center of Bangkok. You can bring food there. In every floor they have a fridge for everyone to use. On the third floor is a kitchen as well for anyone who would like to cook, this floor also has a couch set like the second floor. The receptionist is helpful. The owner is chill and likes to mingle with all the guests. Even his father sometimes speaks with guests. The staff are extremely kind and approachable. Rooms and beds - I only booked the dorm, and although there are more than 10 beds in there, there was privacy because of the curtains covering you while on your bed. Lockers are big enough. Beds are okay.

Awesome hostel!! Place is family owned and they are approachable and willing to help you with anything you need. Staff is just as friendly, always go out of their way to help you. Price-wise is really affordable. What you pay is what you get. I definitely recommend this hostel to anyone who wants a great place to stay and to receive a service that exceeds your expectation.
