Civil & Modern Decor. The rooms are clean & pristine. The view is quite serene except for the 1 mile of visible traffic. Getting here from Gulshan is just traumatic. It's close to the airport which is great for travelers but not for locals. The outside is where taking pictures is ideal. The plants are not well-watered from all the dust blowing around, but they still bloom frequently. There are multiple pools for swimming, the water is usually clean but sometimes cloudy. The staff are well-trained, and won't bother people appropriately taking pictures. There are some cafés next to the pool, I don't know which one it was but their blueberry croissants were indulgent & their lattes were just as well as expected, although a little added sugar was necessary in my case.

Most prominent five star hotel of Bangladesh which is run by the Armed Forces. The Interior designs are very unique and gorgeously beautiful. I went on a buffet there. They have many different types of food and most of them are very delicious. Above everything I love there desserts.The staffs are highly well mannered and overall environment is great.

This is a well reputed 5 🌟 luxurious hotel in Dhaka. Situated near nikunja 5 minutes far from Sahjalal International Airport. I got the opportunity to visit this place through a interview with Qatar Airways. It was a private event so the recruiters requested everyone not to take pictures of the event . so I didn't took pictures inside the hotel. The lobby and reception area is beautifully decorated and done well interiors. One can feel the luxury just after entering in this place. I didn't stayed there so I can't describe how their rooms are!

A beautiful place. Went there for an all you can eat dinner buffet during probably their Italian festival week. It was a good experience. The place was beautiful, the ambiance was nice, the people were friendly, the environment was family friendly too. The food was good. Some highlights were their pasta from the live station. The white sauce ravioli is one of the bests I've had. But what stood out about them was their desert counter. The crème brulle was good, the assortment of mousse were Great and the white forest blueberry cake was the best! However their lamb shank in rosemary sauce tasted nothing like it should have. Didn't like it at all. Overall a much recommended place.

I’ve only attended dinners or seminars at this hotel, and in both cases I found the hotel to be pretty good at their service. The food quality in general is very good and most of the times it is more affordable than the other 5 star hotels. Nice decor and well maintained, good service and ambiance.

Entrance is nice, reception at first floor with curved road with flowers both sides, really impressive. Staffs are cooperative and professional. Rooms are spacious but not so mdern. Food is good with nice restaurant. Best part to me is back side of hotel 🏨. Nice swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ , green walkway, green zone, a pond, poolside restaurant etc made it unique

Nice place. Excellent gardens and pool surrounding the main building - with enough space for a running route (1km apparently) and a tennis court. It's a bit of a drive from Gulshan - traffic dependent - but nicer than most hotels. Rooms are a little dated but made up by the nice surroundings.

Good food. You can enjoy a good cup of coffee in their chit chat bar if you desire to stay cheap and also you can enjoy luxury at their italian restaurant. On the other hand their buffet is also good value for money (as you are enjoying the 5 star status)

The BBQ buffet was really nice. One tip: There are 2 BBQ buffet in the same floor. The one on the terrace is better. You can eat there even if you get a table in the closed room. Its really easy to miss out. So be careful on that

Most gorgeous & well-organized five-star international chain hotel in Bangladesh. A beautiful ambiance and some tasty snacks are available in the adjacent cafe. Love the spaciousness of the whole property with proper parking systems. The grand ballroom on the upper floor hosts a number of good shows as well as other events.

The hotel is well set out, the staff are kind and service was really nice. Just the location is a bit inconvenient, you hear the traffic all night, however based off of the construction in the surrounding area you can tell that Dhaka is still very much growing and improving. I cant wait to see all the new developments in the upcoming years.

I stayed here for 4 nights. One of the cool hotels in Dhaka city. At the same time, it’s a bit old, compared to newer hotels. First of all, the surrounding area is awesome. It gives you a resort like feeling. The poolside is super cool. You can stay there for hours. Although, there are seasonal mosquitoes at night, which you cannot avoid. The pool itself is pretty big. I loved swimming there. Really good experience. I used the gym probably for 3 times. Used the treadmill. It’s good. And the view feom the gym is fantastic (pool view). They serve infused water in the gym to drink, which I found to be a plus side. Now comes the room. I stayed in level 3 with a pool view room. It’s spacious. Although at first I took a room with the package which was bit small. Later I changed it. If you prefer quiet rooms then don’t take the front-side ones. They have street view and all the vehicles continuously gives horn, which is frustrating. Rooms on the other sides are okay and quiet. The amenities in the room is good. Apart from the telephone which is quite old. The breakfast experience is good. Loved the black coffee. However, the newer five star hotels serve better breakfast in my opinion. But that doesn’t mean it’s bad (no way). Had buffet dinner once. Absolutely amazing. I ordered from In Room Dining several times, food tastes good. Also the hotel is great if you’re a runner. I ran by the pool and pond area in early morning. Awesome experience. Very good experience. Will visit again hopefully.

we went to an Italian buffet, there was an offer. it was one of the best buffets I've been to. there was a wide array of foreign food and I had a blast. however, compared to 5star hotels and resorts outside of Dhaka, the pool was a bit small

Rather dated hotel, management should look at improving the state of the hotel for a more comfortable stay. However, big plus is the service of the staffs, notably My Monir at the concierge. He goes all the way to help you pertaining to your needs. He is very detailed and caring towards the needs of hotel guests. 5 stars rating to him and the team.

Firstly there was soo much mosquitoes even in day light that they will eat you alive.and dengue is spreading all over this season so it’s a really health concern for the all guest. Was there to pickup my friend but the staff were behaving with me like i was some sort of uber driver,and asked me even if i was one.Why would even staff will ask that question to there guest??? What kind of behaviour is that? Also they claim 5star hotel which i highly doubt! My friend also didn’t got any complementary breakfast which is shocking! there was many other 5 star hotels which offers breakfast even within lower in price,and also behaves nicely with there guests. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone this hotel,better go to Holiday inn,pan pacific,intercontinental. (How many mosquitoes do you see in the photo??)

Comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly, hotel has gym, pool and green and beautiful garden where is nice to walk or to make jogging in the evening. Also there is cafe where you can enjoy delicious pastry or just to have a drink with a view on the pool or garden.

I've had a Grand Arabian Iftar Buffet party at Radisson Blu this year and of course, it was super amazing. The range of Iftar items in Radisson is very wide. There was so much food that though we took every single item in small quantities, we could hardly take the dinner later! Starting from Dammam and Arabian spicy items ( I forgot the names of many... 😅), there were wonderful Turkish and Arabian desert items, which I never even saw in my life. Their taste were celestial!! In dinner, they provided Whole Lamb Turkish Biriyani, Ramens, a wide variety of salads; chinese items like Fried Rice and common Chinese Salads and Chilli Chicken. But above all these, the Arabian buffet Iftar and dinner simply touched my heart! I must mention about their deserts separately. They were amazing! Many of them were new ones, which I tasted for the first time in my life going to Radisson. The drinks were superb too. The food items were outstanding if I sum up all. Now about the environment; man! What do you expect from Radisson? They'd provide you with the worst dining environment which you'd never gonna forget in your entire life? OF COURSE NAH!! The environment was fantastic. After the Azan, the hall as a whole went to total silent mode. The staffs were super helpful and jolly minded as well. They were very much happy to serve us. I'm an egg lover. So, when I asked for an egg while taking Whole Lamb Biriyani, the service man gave a huge smile and then provided me an egg and asked if I needed more. Its a rare scenario in Bangladesh, of course. As I didn't go inside the hotel beyond the dining hall, I don't know about the rooms. But certainly, it'd not be an exaggeration if I give 5 or even 10 star to the room condition. Come on!! Its Radisson my friends!! And I highly recommend Radisson Blu to the foreigners who want to stay in Dhaka maintaining a good standard. I can assure, it wouldn't upset you.🤗 The parking space is also fine. I came here for the basement bar, which is more like a night club. They had live music and singing on stage as entertainment. The bar is a bit simple but “cheap” given the high prices of liquor in Bangladesh. Environment is cigarette smokey but tolerable. They serve liquor until 1:30 am.

Everything is great, if they add the rubber mate in bathroom for safety during shower, then will be excellent. Very nice view from the room. Smoking area designed really good for me when I need talking to my Team.

I went to this hotel for purposes, one is for attending a wedding reception and the second occasion was attending in a ILO programme launching ceremony. I liked the food and services. But I have no idea about room accommodation and its quality. Similarly, I don't have enough idea about room services as well.

I went to a conference. It was nicely organized. Lunch was arranged at the 'Antora' hall. Though didn't like the food custom made for foreign guests but their service was top notch.

Worst buffet I ever had in a five star hotel. I admit there were b1g3 offer, but previously we had buffet on offers and those were far far better. Didn’t expect this to be that bad. Only the good thing were desserts. They didn’t have any fried rice or Chinese items. Even the number of items were really low. The items we tried didn’t taste that good or mention worthy. Only they served a gravy prawn which was a bit good. Other than that nothing was that good. Even the pizza felt horrible though they said it was Italian night or sth like that. I didn’t felt anything Italian about the night actually neither there ware any good item which wasn’t italian. Anyway. Major dislike.

Neat and clean, well decorated, tight security. The cost is very high but no objection as they serve the upper economic class. I think most of their stakeholders are foreigners.

The staff is amazingly friendly and charismatic. They guided me through everything regarding whatever I wanted to do in Dhaka. They have great tips for travelers. The restaurant is really good and it has a good variety of foods. The staff in the restaurant is also really concerned with customers' well-being and comfort. This hotel is a role model for customer service. Michelle in the front desk was the real MVP during my stay! She represents everything tourism and hospitality is about.

This is a five star hotel. But I went there to attend a wedding. I think a programme like wedding should be limited with a particular number of people. Huge crowd made my experience really horrible. And as for the foods, it was amazing as usual.

Very expensive for 8 hours staying. The bar downstairs smells very bad.petrol and very bad smells. The drinks on the catalog rlthey gave me has different 0ricea than i paid. To be more specific i ordered a haig whisky which has 8.500 taka (about 7 euros). When i asked them to pay they bring me a receipt to pay 14.500 taka (about 14 euros)!!!!... They had fees which was in the catallog but you need glasses to see them.(very very small letters). I don't want to mension how much they paid for corona beers (1400 taka + about 50% fees) or a bottle of wine....

Quite satisfied. But service/food quality does not match the price

The stay was undoubtedly nice, had dinner with Margarita pizza, one I got of highest quality giving me a desired satisfaction, morning buffet breakfast of wide varieties with top quality, room view of garden, sight of tree tops associated with foggy view - all these leading me to a dimension of enjoyment.

Staff is friendly ans helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Nothing fancy but all the essentials. Breakfast is good, but for dinner perhaps a bit shallow.

Hotel was great except front desk. you have to be very careful when I come in the front desk to check in gentlemen man told me only available room was 68,000 taka but online there was plenty of available room for $130 I felt like just because I am a foreigner he tried to sell me the most expensive room…saying there was nothing else available so before you paid the front desk always look at online match the price and ability …

I went there for official dinner. There were many items including sushi, tacos, Asian and western cuisine. It is good that you can find each type of protein, not only chicken items. There were roasted turkey, beef rezala, mutton and beef steak, tandoori chicken, fish fillet, prawn. However, number of items were less comparing any low cost buffets. The cheese section was rich. Fruits were diversified. Salad bar was perfect for vegetarian. 2 types of soup were there and both were delicious. Bread and dessert section were worthy of money. Dessert section had the highest varieties. However regarding taste, I had very high hopes. Somehow the taste was not extraordinary. The steak were dry, not juicy. Desserts were too much sweet.

Good breakfast buffet, spacious room and bed. I like their gym. There was wedding during my visit so the swimming pool was closed. I could see the pool from gym and it was such a beautiful event by the pool.

Its one of the best five star hotel at Bangladesh. Their environment is also good. I have joined some seminar there. Their professionalism and management seems to me excellent. Though the room rent or others cost is high, i think its adjustable with their service.

Nice Environment. Cordial staffs. Big ball room. It's very popular for arranging IPO forthcoming companie's road shows. Prayer room in 1st floor.

The place is classy. Behaviour of the staff is very good. They are very helpful. Inside view & smoking zone is very nice and cozy.

The ballroom at the Radisson hotel provided an exceptional setting for our professional symposium. The room was beautifully designed, spacious and well-lit, with a stage and audiovisual equipment in perfect position. The staff were outstanding, professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout the event. Overall, an excellent experience.

Loved their coffee and croissant as afternoon snacks. The place is good arranging meetings, seminars and dialogues. They are properly maintaining the COVID-19 protocols. Lunch and dinner are also delicious and worthy of the price. Options for car parking are good. You can also order for take-outs.

Overall a decent place to spend a night in Dhaka. We stayed with the honeymoon package for one night. The rooms were a little dated and the breakfast buffet was subpar compared to other 5 stars in terms of the range of available items (but we were both very full!)

Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden is one of the most famous and top rated hotel in Bangladesh. It has a wonderful sight view. All the services of this hotel is very high quality. They are trying to make their customers satisfied. It is also a 5 star hotel.

I attended a conference here, One Health Conference 2023, and experience is awful. When they served morning snacks, items finished early and they haven’t refilled the serving area so we had to wait. Again, the attendees had to wait long time for lunch. The lunch was really really bad, tasteless and cold. I didn’t expect such low quality food from a 5-star Hotel. The staff service was also not good, they should respond happily and behave politely with all guests.

I received the most welcoming and warm attitude from your staff. Everytime I asked sth from house keeping they provided very fast. Also,The pool and hotel’s facilities are pretty awesome. Greeting us Everytime with freshly squeezed juices is a very thoughtful and nice gesture. Thank you for this🙏🏻 And I want to thank restaurant staff with their amazing food and warm welcome. I stayed here recently, and it was awesome! Checking in was quick, and my room was super comfy and clean. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and the pool and spa were relaxing. The staff was really nice and made the stay extra special. Plus, the hotel is in a great spot with easy access to cool stuff. Highly recommend for a fantastic stay!

With the airport and the diplomatic zone nearby, the hotel is in a prime location. Both the employees and the visitors are welcome to relax in the lovely and tranquil water garden. The hotel has a number of services, including a conference room, a business center, a fitness facility, and a swimming pool. The personnel is helpful, competent, and kind. They constantly go above and beyond to ensure that visitors have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
