'Smriti Chirantan' is an installation with the names of 194 martyrs of Dhaka University. The initial design of the installation was done by architects Abdul Mohaimen and Mashiuddin Shaker. Entering the main gate of the university through the 'Mukti O Ganatantra Toran', a short distance away, in front of the VC's residence, you will see 14 small and large granite stone walls as an example of the sacrifice of Dhaka University with the great liberation war of 1971.
