You MUST be able to communicate in Spanish-Nobody speaks english here.Water is only heated and pressurized for a few hours each day.Located right next to the main street so very loud motorbike traffic is pretty much nonstop 24/7.Definitely bring earplugs to sleep - SERIOUSLY!

We stayed three nights at hotel Don Perez in Bani for my father’s funeral. I was very surprised how convenient and comfortable it was. The staff members were really nice and accommodating. I am planning to go back to visit my family next year and I definitely stay again in this hotel.
