    One of the worst hospitals in Barça. Went yesterday with my son to emergency. He had an accident in school and needed stiches in his chin. First assistance was great, but later after putting an anestesia cream, the lady doctor who came to put stiches at 14:12 3.02.2023, was horrendous. My 3 year old on was shouting from pain as cream wasn't working, they refuse to put an extra anesthesia, told me off. The same nurse, who attended us before, was so rude. Don't understand how such a heartless doctors can work in kids hospital??? I get that hospitals are busy, but this was unacceptable. And this was through schools mutua. Wish I had gone to local Cap. Disgrace.

    We've been to Urgencias/Traumatology 5 times with my children and 4 out of 5 times it was horrible. Badly organized, huge waiting time (last time I had to wait over 80 min even though I had a cita previa). Dr. Oriol Ferràndiz has never been nice to us, he looked like he didn't care about my daughter with her broken leg at all. There are some friendly people working but I've promised to myself to never come back again.

    Dental treatment was adequate but many of the staff show cero empathy with the kids. I can only describe some of them as mean. The setup is like a factory line. I usually love efficiency so that's right up my alley but I do expect a minimum understanding of the fair and pain children might experience in these situations. We changed to a pleasant place that my child likes going to where she gets the same dental treatment for a similar price. (The dentist responsible for my daughter was actually nice but there were too many interactions with those that were not)
