    We just moved to Dexeus from other hospital but we can see too much difference between of them. Every work from Dexeus doesn’t wanna move their asses and they talked in bad mood that nobody know why. Only one doctor is fine that at least he is nice with us and smile all the time. But we don’t know what can we say with this hospital. They have service much worse than public hospital. We don’t know why we spent too much money for this kind of service. And Dexeus Hospital without doctor who have experience very much. We can see the young doctors who work for inspection that they couldn’t work fine about of their job. But even we said so much then there is not other way to change it. This is Spain style.

    I’ve just had an appointment I made one day before online for the digestive department. I’ve arrived 20 minutes earlier and checked in at the reception. My appointment was at 12:20 PM, it’s 1 PM now and they still haven’t called me. I’ve decided to leave and go find myself another hospital. In general, the staff is nice but you always have to wait hours even if you have an appointment. My doctor only has appointments in one month in advance so it also takes a long time to get to see your doctor. Overall, I don’t recommend this place.

    I did my pre-natal there, by recommendation of a friend. My doctor was the best doctor one could have (Josep Mallapfre) and everything was very good for 9 months. For the birth, however, it was a mess. No one was prepared, the cleanliness of the place horrible, no information or help whatsoever, they waited too long (we're too busy, this is what they said) and my son was born with forceps, and a broken clavicle. Also they forgot cotton inside of me and I had an infection (gross, I know). Since that day, I shiver just passing in front of that hospital. I am never going back there, that is for sure.

    I never recommend anybody going there for any kind of infertility treatment. Very unprofessional staff, from Doctors to Administratives. They charge you for treatment/ procedure that never performed, never look at the Lab results, scann, etc. you provide them before treatment. Very expensive and false promise that all would be fine at the end, we are sure!!! Please do a thourogh investigation before choosing infertility clinic in Spain.

    If you can avoid going there, do it at all costs. Waiting for 4,5 hours for my x-ray results while being in pain and not offered painkillers or even a cup of water.

    Went here to deliver baby. Bought “upgraded” room but three issues: lack of cleanliness, poor staff communication and management, and lack of service mentality. The staff was attentive (too much so in their repeated visits). Instead of coordinating entry to the room they came in at all hours of the day/night and really disregarded the already sleep deprived parents and newborn. When in the room they often entered to discuss who was covering which room (as if management and the service director hadn’t done their jobs). In the hallways you could hear the staff screaming and barking at each other like vendors in the Boqueria. Regarding lack of cleanliness see attached photos. Even the window was missing its shutters meaning full sunlight at all times and neighbors across the street being able to see all of your intimate parts and moments (frequent postpartum and new breastfeeding). Finally, service was promptly (push the button) but not helpful. They approach in a robotic fashion with routines and schedules driving their activity. When concerned about lack of feeding they refused to weight the baby (“They’ll do that in the morning”; at 5am). When asking to discharge they don’t rush and don’t provide a time when this can even occur. No discharges on Sundays. (“You need to wait until our physicians decide to come.”; told in the mornings but mid-day still waiting) When asked to fill out a mandatory form they don’t have any pens in the room nor did the nurse offer to get one. Hospital also doesn’t offer circumcision due to it being considered “cosmetic” (but they will pierce the ears of newborn girls). A poor experience. Will deliver elsewhere and suggest you do as well.

    Absolutely upset and disappointed with the way I was treated. I had a small operation here on Friday evening. I was told I'd be there for no longer than 3 hours which in the end turned out to be 5 hours. It wasn't because of any complications, it was because they had completely forgotten about me. Please don't get me wrong, the doctors and anaesthetist were kind and supportive, but my experience wasnt pleasant. I was left to recover and I requested help to go to the bathroom and I waited over an hour and no one came to assist me so I went alone whilst attached to an empty drip. I rung the bell several times and nothing. My partner asked for assistance and after over an hour someone came and said everything went well and that someone would shortly come and take off the drip and deal with me. The nurse came and although he was very friendly be didn't tell what about any post op care and told me I could leave and just pass by the reception. As I walked towards the reception a nurse stopped my partner and I telling us we shouldn't be there. I explained I had just been operated on and no one has told me anything, whether I can drink, eat or need to take anything. She said, drink liquids and this is the way out. We went down the main recpetion and asked for them to call us a taxi, they weren't busy and they told us they couldn't and to go outside to the taxi rank. Bare in mind I was still half recovering from the anaesthetic and could hardly walk. I was left very upset with the whole service and this is not the first time. The staff were very insensitive and have had me waiting far too long many times and I feel that this apparently renound hospital for care towards women has lost all my respect and I want to warn other women of the insensitivity. They only want your money and don't care about the patient at all. I have had a very traumatic experience and today I must visit my GP as I'm in pain and have no idea what is meant to be my post op care. Very angry and disappointed. I would like to say my gynocologist is a wonderful doctor which I have been seeing for over 3 years but sadly when I wanted to see him he wasnt available and when I was booked in to have a control the reception didnt book me in with anyone despite the delicate nature. Staff didn't have any tact and this isn't the first time it has happened to me and i believe staff need to be trained on how to deal with patients on all terms.

    Horrible! If you are pregnant, look for another place. My experience: 1. The doctor didn’t explain anything, only what I couldn’t eat. Didn’t ask anything about how I was feeling, if I had nausea, or anything. Didn’t ask if I was taking or had to take any medications due to other conditions. Didn’t say anything about exercising, she literally gives no recommendations on anything unless you ask, literally she didn’t even say anything about the supplements one is supposed to take, I had to ask! If this is like this on the first appointment I don’t want to imagine the rest. 2. You get an appointment at 10am and the day before you are given by an SMS 2 different a appointments, 1 at 10 and the other one at 11am without any previous notice and you are not even told the name of the doctor! 3. On the phone they said my insurance was accepted, when we got there it wasn’t because Dexeus Mujer is not the same as the hospital (they don’t tell you that on the phone) and we had to pay 225€!! 175€ of those for an eco which it’s not even printed !!!!! 4. Our 10am appointment started at 10:55am!! I can accept 20-30min of delay but not 1 hour for a really expensive service. 5. The nurse sees you with disdain if you talk to her in Spanish instead of Catalan! They praise themselves online of speaking so many languages that getting this kind of attitude for a really expensive service is unacceptable 6. You are not allowed to record on the eco because they do it for you in theory, but they didn’t because “it was too early” but they didn’t say that upfront, just after I asked and all the moment had finished Overall the experience was very poor and I am very disappointed of having had my first eco here, they made my experience quite sad. Won’t be coming back

    Is the most desorganizar hospital I ever step on , don’t come here !!! Really , bad attention , not personal at all , doctors doesn’t exist here I think is like one for every 30 patients .. Everything is a mess .. try to go to other place this is just fancy place , but they don’t gonna give u a good attention straight up!     I had a baby back in January, my whole experience was okay, and its because of the staff. Not really professional, always giving some type of attitude. when it came the time for my wife to eat , they complained why she didn't finish eating. For some obvious reasons, she had to stop eating and feed our baby. The room was not okay, dusty bed sheets, shower broken , the sofa-bed was dirty. Also they were very forgetful that I had to ask them three time for one simple thing. I know this is not a 5 stars hotel but come on.. at least make sure they clean the room and hire people who will do their job correctly. To be honest, I was surprised this hospital was like that, my sister who happen to be a nurse, recommended me this hospital. Definitely this place needs to work on many things. and you can tell by he review it has.

    I was beyond impressed not only at the attention and quality of care that my 82 yr old father received, but how kind, compassionate and patient the staff was with him and my family both. I loved the concept that all specialists are located in the same campus so they can assess the overall health issues before surgery. The US could learn a lot from this model. Every doctor we talked to from Dra. Blanco, Dr. Migliori, Dr Ribas to Dr. Rodriguez Lecop, everyone was top quality, knowledgeable, informative, interested, straightforward, diligent and excellent bedside aptitude. It was an honor to deal with such qualified professionals. I had peace knowing that my dad was in the best hands possible. He had triple bypass heart surgery and he is doing fantastic. The hospital was spotless clean every day , and they even gave my dad a rose for Saint Jordi holiday. Thank you all kindly from the bottom of my heart.
