Nice place to unwind. Not so much people unlike nearby beaches. Last Sunday the beach not to good just good for baby surfing. Water not still. So we decided to swim on their pool which were big enough and we enjoyed it. Its not that hot the entire resort because its surrounded by greens, trees and nipa houses. The place we stayed for day tour quite small but complete amenities. Aircon so cold while using. Patio for cooking snd tables for lunchtime just enough. We are all 14 pax.

Our stay in Paseo Verde was so relaxing, this is good for nature lovers. Very quiet place to relax and enjoy the nature. The shore is very wide. Very clean, they maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings and espeially the swimming pool (no chlorine) and super clear. Swimming pool lifeguard is always there. The room is clean and big, this is the great place to stay in Laiya compare to other Resort. 100% happy and satisfied! We will be back again to this place.

The location itself is good, by the seaside and quite clean. There is an adults pool and kids pool if you don't want to go tlby the sea. But there are many available activites also. The rooms were okay, I think they could improve the bathrooms as they weren't really clean. For the price its definitely affordable as they come with breakfast.

Staff are very Friendly and approachable. When we arrived in the resort kuya approached us and he gave us instructions where we can park and also he provided some trolly to put our stuffs. The beach resort has 2 pools one for kids and one for adults. The resort is clean (no Flies) which we love unlike other resorts it has many. The room is a little bit pricey but its worth the price because both room has AC and own CR with bidet and heater. It could have been better if they have more pillows in bed like if its for two they can make it 4 pillows instead of 2 pillows. The resort at night is so peaceful and relaxing because no one is making noise, unlike other resort videoke is everywhere. Kitchen wares are also complete and it has water dispenser and refrigerator. They also offer some water activities that you will love, you can ask the locals there so they can assist you. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this beach resort. πŸ‘Œ See you next time!

Nice for the family. Good amenities, only WIFI is slow in some area of the resort, but overall good place to enjoy the beach. With pool and a life guard is present all the time, you will feel safe to let the kids enjoy the pool by themselves. Very accommodating and nice staff. Our stay offered free breakfast.

Guests and locals still don't know how to dispose of garbage properly within the resort and at the beach front. Had to pick up some rubbish from the beach. The water turns murky after a rainfall probably because of the smelly water from the creek beside the resort flows out towards the beachfront. They should have also banned boom boxes inconsiderate guests play as if they have the resort to themselves. The "lifeguard" assigned to the pool is mostly busy looking at his phone. The plus side is that the toilet has a bidet and the bathroom is clean. However, toilet paper is not included. As usual, the "environmental fee" the local government collects is used elsewhere.

Nice place to stay, quiet and relaxing. Pool is Ok, access to beach is walking distance.

The location is nice since its a few walk away from the beach, but the service is poor and the room was given to us with a broken light at the dining area outside, the staff are hard to find.

The best resort I've been to in Batangas! The location is great, with the beach front access. The beach is perfect, almost white fine powdery sand. The resort is clean, with great service from the staff. The breakfast included is delicious too! Highly recommended!

Pros: 1. The room (Gloria) was plentiful for our family of 9. There were 3 unused beds because they provided that much. 2. The beach and their area are clean. 3. Security was ample. 4. Pool policy was strictly enforced by lifeguard on duty. 5. Complimentary breakfast was served which I forgot πŸ™‚ Cons: 1. Safety could be improved regarding the falling coconuts. My nephew was almost hit by one. 2. The ceiling fan was working, but with only one speed which was really slow for our liking. My family really appreciated Paseo Verde specially my wife. So I guess there will be a 2nd time..

The place is clean but our experience at the resort was incredibly disappointing. Right from the start, the security guard treated us rudely. Instead of addressing us politely, he confronted us about being noisy, even though we were far from it. Ironically, there were other guests around who were loudly shouting, yet they seemed to be exempt from the same rules we were subjected to. The most frustrating aspect was the inconsistency in rule enforcement. It felt as if there were different standards set for us alone, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment. In response, we decided to relocate to the beachfront, hoping for a more lenient atmosphere. Even there, our attempts to enjoy some acoustic guitar music and casual conversation were met with unreasonable resistance. Despite taking care to maintain a reasonable noise level, our guitar playing was met with stern opposition. We were asked to keep the volume down, even though we were barely reaching 30-40 decibels. This was perplexing, especially since there were no other guests or nearby rooms that could possibly be disturbed by our modest music. What adds to the frustration is the contrasting observation that neighboring resorts allow loud karaoke sessions without any restrictions. This only highlights the arbitrary and inconsistent way in which the rules were enforced at the resort. It's disheartening to realize that our experience was marred by such biased treatment. In light of this, it's difficult to view the resort in a positive light. Our experience was far from relaxing or enjoyable, and we're left with a sense of disappointment. It's clear that the resort's approach to rule enforcement and guest satisfaction needs significant improvement. CATEGORIES: TEAM BUILDING:0/5 (NOT RECOMMENDED) FAMILY :4/5

Resort- easy to access, clean, not crowded, large swimming pools, a good place to chill because it has chairs outside. The beach is always lowtide when we stayed, You can take a lot of good photo here. They serve free breakfast which is so good plus the kapeng barako. Rooms- complete beddings plus towels, CR is good, it has hot and cold shower, stove and other utensils were provide, cool aircon, ref and water dispenser are available. They even have sampayan for your clothes and towels. Staff- accomodating, they have life guard present at the pool area, they were Security personnel, though there's this one boy staff, who we requested to take us a photo, but it seems that he was so lazy, that the photo end up more like he was taking the sand. Overall, we had a nice stay at the resort.

The place and the view all around are very beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are excellent. There is wifi signal but you need to go near their office building but at the room doesn't have any more signal. The swimming pool is beautiful but the water is very itchy, it looks like old water and treated with chemicals. The beach is shallow and rocky, i didn't enjoy swimming. There are lots of mosquitoes, you better apply off-lotion all the time. But the management shoud consider fumigation. The breakfast meal is perfect!

The resort is quiet, clean outside environment and serene. The swimming pool lifeguards on duty are well active to keep the kids safe. The staff are very helpful and welcoming to host their guests. It was mango season, and they let me collect and keep sweet mangoes that fallen on the ground. The only downside is that the bathroom smells like a strong sewage.

Not a good place to party and enjoy the resort. The pool is good but no hotspring like in Pansol, Laguna. The family room/ cabana is quite unhygienic. Videoke is not allowed inside the resort but the neighboring resorts has videokes that are too loud so what's the use of not allowing it inside the resort? The beach nearby looks like a resting place for fisherfolks. I can see lots of boats docked in there. The water from the beach is not that clean. I saw the beachline receeds a few meters back in the morning and I saw mud from the ocean floor. The pictures I saw from their website is a lot different in real life. We didn't enjoy the beach nor the pool at all. Will I be going back? Not really, there are far more clean beaches nearby like Stilts, Calatagan, etc.

Witty whoever came up with resort name but that’s all about it.Actually it’s the worst place I’ve ever been. Why?! No Wifi, road to the resort an obstacle.probably the previous review are all friends and relatives. Lucky we’ve just booked it just for a night.I suggest I rather hire a private pool with the amount I spent.Dissapointed and never again 😌

Decent place to rest withthe family. Road to the resort is a pain to go through and the beach is overcrowded due to sharing with other resorts

The room accommodation is great. They provided the cooking tools needed. They have refrigerator, water dispenser, and stove. The rooms are air-conditioned. They also have heater. No need to bring towels and blankets. Although the water on the sea is not that clear compare 3years ago when we went there. I hope the local government will coordinate with the DENR and Dept. Tourism to rehabilitate the water before it becomes like the water in matabungkay. Good thing the resort offers pool and we enjoyed it so much. For those who can't stand cool breeze, i suggest to book during summer daysπŸ˜…πŸ˜†πŸ€£. I gave 4points only because they don't accommodate dogs 😒😒😒. PS I was not able to take pictures of the whole room because i spent more time in cooking and swimming.

The place is nice and clean. The villa is big and can cater to big families. The pool is ok but during our visit beach is not that good compared to other beaches (water not clear with lots of boats parked by the shore.

The place is very good. If you like a good, chill atmosphere and drinks with friends and families, b.y.o.b. security is good especially at night. It is very exclusive despite having so much neighboring accomodations. The beach is right outside the rooms and the beach contains very fine grains of sand 500m+ from shore. Bring your own portable speakers for added background music for more immersive experience. You can cook but bring extra utensil. Gas & stove is free and a grill. Rooms are very spacious and very air-conditioned. 4.5 solid stars! Additional info.: You can not bring pets and tents if you're into beach camping.

The resort restrict you from bringing a loud sound device or doing karaoke so as not to disturb other guess. But the adjacent resort wont allow you to sleep because of loud karaoke from their side. Doesn't make sense. Small place, too crowded. Its like divisoria in the beach as well. The San Juan town charge you with environmental fee, but the sea is full of trash.
