It's a nice beach resort located in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas. Great choice if coming in big groups, booking ahead of time is recommended. Contact numbers are found in their website. Different huts or cottages with AC to choose from that will suit your needs. Bringing in of foods and cooking are allowed esp. to those who will be staying overnight and renting a room. Pots and pans are provided in the cottages incl. 1 gal. free purified water and use of gas tank and fridge. For those who doesn't want the hassle of cooking, there's a restaurant that can cater to your needs and serves good dishes. Different water activities are available with a fee. There's a chapel inside the resort, also a pool and a convenience store. Ample space for parking. Definitely, one of our favorite places in Laiya! ๐Ÿ˜Š

If you want something affordable but offers the white sand beach of Laiya, then this resort comes too close. We booked a suite for 10 pax, and it has all the utensils we'd need for cooking. The beds are also nice โ€” not the best, but still comfortable. Beachfront, too.

The staffs are accommodating from the time of reservation up to our check out time. They have clean cottages and bathroom. But they have entrance fee for the pool. What I like about this place is that you can bring and cook your own food. The kitchen utensils are also provided. Best of all it has a nice view of beach and mountain. :)

Poor resort. Poor money making scheme by this resort. You will be required to pay entrance fee even if youโ€™re just going to eat at their restaurant.the entrance fee will be asked in your exit. (Should be exit fee ๐Ÿ˜’)

Been here last Feb 4th. Rooms are very nice, best value for the buck. Thou we experienced some water interruption for more than 3-4hrs. The sand by the beach is fine as sugar, and white like almost you're in boracay. Apparently the seabed is pebbled and rocky. I highly recommend wearing some aqua shoes.

Its a great place to unwind with your friends and family. The resort was great and rooms are awesome. One thing i observed, there are only 1 or 2 electrical outlet in the room were we stayed. But overall its still a good place for relaxation.

Checked out the place for office team building event. Value for money pricing. Great wide beachfront for activities. Swimming pool is quite small. They have rooms to fit groups.

Extremely bad managersโ€ฆ. Came for a day trip to use a hut. Was told only have to pay โ€œentrance feeโ€ if we used the facilities (which we did NOT) but was told we had to pay the entrance fee and additional penalties when we left. Which was the same fee to book the hut!!! Showed them the discussion but they insisted that you must pay or the driver of the car rego will be charged (with added penalty) Never coming again !!!! Extortion is the game they play

The location is great and so with the beach. There are no strong waves. The beach is swimmable that we stayed in the water for almost 4 hours.

The beach is right at the back of the resort so it's very accessible.Beautiful and clean cabanas and the beach is good for swimming. There is a good number of watersport equipments for rent privately at the beach area ( not from resort) The resort itself is clean and peaceful.Theres two pools and I enjoyed it much by myself for a night swim. The restaurant is not so active though. The rooms are clean but a bit expensive. All in all it's still worth it. Fresh and sheets and well kept rooms. Washroom was nice.

The pool was not that perfectly taken care off (leaves are not completely scooped by the person responsible) plus the sand is full of ants.Even frogs are scattered when it comes at night. Despite of that, their rooms are fine for me. Plus, there are a lot of clean and functional comfort rooms available even outside. the beach area is a pretty nice place to chill out too.

Love this place for the beautiful golden and fine sand it's cheap accomodation. They offer water activities like banana boating, jet skiing, kayaking, snorkeling and island hopping that surely you will enjoy.

My family frequent this place for a little over two years now, and we usually stay here for 3-4 days per visit. The resort is very refreshing given that they have accommodations that resemble a bahay kubo. This is our go-to accomodation when we visit here. The ambience is very relaxing especially on weekdays when the resort doesn't have many guests. Hanging out in the morning in their bahay kubo's open area while drinking coffee is such a treat. You really feel like you're in the province. Maintenance for their kubo accomodation is somehow not impressive but not bad either. There are some imperfections in the facilities like leaking water but that's just minor inconvenience. The pool, although not heated, is still fun to use. Their kiddie pool normally has lots of children playing and having fun - particularly on weekends. The beach is not bad either. The sand is light, but is not very fine. There are rocks near the shore so you have to walk for a few minutes into the sea to get to a spot with no rocks. The sea in this area is shallow. You could walk 20-30 meters into the water and it would still be knee-deep. Lots of water activities in this resort and the adjacent resorts as well. My family loves staying here, and it's really worth the price and travel time.

Just stayed here for a bit to rest cause we drove all the way from Muntinlupa to Laiya, San Juan. Their facilities were nice, the pool and beach cabanas. But they're shower rooms could use a bit of cleaning. Parking area was wide too. Unfortunately we did not check in here so we don't know how their rooms look like but from the outside it looks good, each room had its own lanai.

It's 2.5 hours from Metro Manila. It's a good choice to get those packages with catering because all the food served were so good and the service was very good. They have different bungalow houses to stay in, cottages, and nipa huts. The sand was fine gray, low-level water, and clean. They have banana boats, flying fish, swimming pools, etc. Videoke is prohibited; you can cook and grill, though. They serve the best maja banca that I have ever tried.

the resort is clean and nice, food is affordable and delicious, swimming pool is small, water is a bit muddy on the beach front, if you will look at google map, resort is near a river outflow from nearby town, there is a bad smell coming from the river as well, swimming on the beach is a scary thought actually, the resort is good but the water is baaaaad

โ–ช๏ธWe just found this by chance. It was easy to find because of the big signage. The resort has a swimming pool. There were also a lot of cottages. We booked a beachfront room good for 8 people. There were 4 beds with 4 pillows on each bed and blankets. The room was clean but not enough space to walk around but it's already enough for sleeping. The mattress and pillows are comfy. โ–ช๏ธThe bathroom is outside right beside the bedroom. The bathroom is small but it is clean and well maintained. There is a divider between the shower and toilet area. โ–ช๏ธThe kitchen is complete with pot, pan, gas stove, plates, spoons, fork, glasses, water dispenser (hot/cold), bbq grill. โ–ช๏ธThe cottage also has a faucet beside the entry way to allow us remove sand in our feet before we come in the cottage. There is also a foldable clothing rack outside the cottage to help us dry our clothes. I found this really useful. โ–ช๏ธWe cooked our own food during our stay. We also bought our own toiletries. โ–ช๏ธThere is a small store inside the resort where you can buy stuff. They also sell charcoal and ice.

Nice place but room for 15 person did not suitable for a big group..ร ircon also not cold, there must be a dispenser for hot &cold water..

  • 4/5 Kenneth C. 8 months ago on Google
Fine. Just fine. Hoping they could standardize including towels and toiletries on their package. Plus I heard pricing is comparable to others that have better facilities. Rooms - functional, good for multiple people. Beds felt a bit old and used. Sliding doors were creaky and makes a lot of sounds. Utilities - lacks towels, toiletries. Tho they have a convenience store in house, those should be included (at least) Facilities - other neighboring resorts are full of life. Lighting, buildings and facilities felt worn out compared to other resorts If the pricing is good, then I guess it's fine. But if it's the same, then it's around 3.5/5 at best

The place is peaceful with huge parking lot. I like the convenience store the price is not too high. I just got bruised twice to the stones scattered near the shore. Overall experience is great.

Quite far from our home in Sto. Tomas. A very good place for the family to spend the weekend!! The water is cool and clean. So far there was no traces of stinging animals like sea wasp or jellyfish. LOL

First came here in the early 90s with our little kids. Still a very nice place to hang out with friends. Very nice staff too! It was nice to be back! Fond memories.

The experience was worth the long drive to get there. A little routine maintenance was going on when we went there, but was hardly noticeable and did not affect our stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, food was reasonably priced and tasted great; the Lomi bowl is good for two and is highly recommended.

Nestled amidst the captivating coastline of Batangas, Philippines, Kabayan Beach Resort emerged as an idyllic haven for our recent family and friends getaway. With its pristine beach, inviting pool, and comfortable accommodations, the resort provided the perfect backdrop for creating unforgettable memories with my friends. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the resort's friendly and accommodating staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Our spacious and well-maintained room offered ample space for our family of four, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sun-kissed adventures. The resort's beachfront location was unquestionably its crowning jewel. The vast expanse of soft, white sand stretched as far as the eye could see, inviting us to bask in the warm tropical sun and build sandcastles that rivaled architectural masterpieces. The gentle waves lapped against the shore, creating a soothing rhythm that lulled us into a state of relaxation. For those seeking a refreshing respite from the sun's embrace, the resort's sparkling pool beckoned us with its inviting waters. Children squealed with delight as they splashed and played, while adults enjoyed leisurely swims or simply lounged by the poolside, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. As the sun began its descent, painting the sky with hues of orange, pink, and purple, we gathered around a bonfire, exchanging stories and laughter under the starlit sky. The warmth of the fire and the camaraderie of our loved ones created an unforgettable moment that will forever be etched in our memories. Kabayan Beach Resort also offers a delightful array of culinary options, catering to every taste and preference. From fresh seafood delicacies to savory Filipino dishes, the resort's restaurant tantalized our taste buds with its delectable offerings. We savored every bite, indulging in the flavors that perfectly complemented our seaside adventure. Our stay at Kabayan Beach Resort was truly a memorable experience, filled with moments of joy, relaxation, and togetherness. The resort's pristine beach, inviting pool, comfortable accommodations, and delectable cuisine provided the ideal setting for creating lasting memories with my family. I highly recommend Kabayan Beach Resort to anyone seeking a tropical escape that promises fun, relaxation, and unforgettable moments with loved ones.

It is an okay resort for a quick and cheap summer getaway. But if you want to have good memories with your friends and loved ones then there definitely are better options.

Good place to relax and enjoy the beach! We occupied the dormitory type and the room was comfy and clean! There's 2 shower rooms, 1 cr, and 1urinal for men. The resort is located where you can enjoy watching sunset and sunrise! The stars at night are amazing too! There are tables and chairs and cottages near the beach if you want to gather near the beach at night. The staffs are kind and accomodating! You can buy pasalubong such as keychains, balisong, kakanin by the beach in the morning. Go check this place out! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Excellent, we were there on July 6-7 at kabayan beach resort, the place was very beautiful, the beach, we stayed Magnolia house, it was perfect, beautiful , the house is just about 5 meters away from the swimming pool, with trees in front, clean, cool aircon, matresses were very clean, the kitchen was complete withe stove, cooking utensils, grilles, perfect, we cooked our own preferred foods and grilled fresh fish from the ocean directly from fishermen selling their catch, but most are the very courteous staffs of the resort, to name Rey, who was very attentive carrying our baggages on the cart and Noli from the convenient store of the resort all other staff were so courteous, we arrived half an hour ahead of check in, but the staffs gladly allowed us early check in. Thank you very much, we will be back soon๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
