Customer service from front desk was actually good. Most of this they have no control over, it's just the budget of the AF. I had no problems voicing problems and concerns. Was not impressed at all with the hotel though. Reminded me of condemned Marine barracks that I used to live in. Half A/C blew hot air and half blew cold air so I had to sleep with the windows open, There's inadequate lighting in there, Toilet seat was almost broken off, one sink didn't drain at all. The room just looked condemned, trim was awful, it really needs a good update. I kept getting shocked every time I pressed the elevator button I could have stayed at a Hilton for cheaper. The reason it doesn't get a 1 star in my book is because there was no mold present and it wasn't filthy.

Nice place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Some other thoughts... 1) Cost was about half of what the hotels in the area were charging, so it was worth saving the funds. 2) It's not a Hilton or close. What it is, is a nice, comfortable, short-term staying place. 3) The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had no issues other reviewers have indicated. 4) Pretty convenient to about anything you might want or need to do.

This place was just not good at all. There was no AC in the room, just a heater by the window that was one 24/7 and I couldn't switch off. Even with both windows open and the outside temperature below 50, it would still be so hot in the room I couldn't sleep. The buildings are down the street from the actual hotel office so there isn't much option to go to the front desk for things. Another Lt in my class had a room with a bedbug infestation, and the office was reluctant to deal with it and switch her room, didn't seem apologetic at all from her description. There's a floor lamp in my bathroom(pictured) because the overhead light doesn't work. The ceiling fan doesn't work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom also doesn't work. This is on top of everything in the room being very outdated. My room had someone's sock left in it when I got there, as well as dead moths left around. My classmates said they had cockroaches and spiders as well. I hated being in this room for 3 weeks and the only good thing it had to offer was hot water in the shower. And speaking of water, the tap water was disgusting and undrinkable so I had to go buy water from the Commissary. 0/5 will never return.

Nice place to stay, the rooms are showing their age but they are kept clean and in good working order, the staff is very friendly and helpful,. One thing to be aware of is that on this side of the base everything closes by 7pm, we couldn't find a place to go eat on post and ended up going off base.

Customer service is five stars but dear God, it is awful not having any control on turning off the heater. Rather sleep in my car than sleep in my heated room

Very dated, heat doesn't work well, either too hot or too cold. Staff are very nice. If you don't have a car to get around and it's cold it's boring around here. They have a shuttle to get to the commissary, BX, and USAFSAM school house.

Stayed at the DV suite in Dec 2023. It was clean but dated. The suite had a minibar w/ small fridge, but no plates or utensils. I think a Holiday Inn would be better for the money.

Arrived and had to immediately call the front desk to ask if they put me in a room that was being occupied as the toilet and bathroom floor had urine all over them. They claim to have daily housekeeping services, but if you want your room cleaned/touched up/fresh towels/garbage taken out etc., you have to call the front desk and ask—sometimes they’ll show up, sometimes they won’t. I have 4 lamps in the room and only 1 works. TV doesn’t work—apparently the cable went out a few days ago. The bathroom light stopped working so I’ve been getting ready/taking showers with the light from my phone. For $94/night, I’d rather give business to a place off base but unfortunately, our entire class was mandated to stay here. I could deal with this for a night or two, but 3 weeks is far too long.
