    A cafe owned by municipality of Bayraklı. With a huge garden and beautiful sightseeing of İzmir. Located at the hilltop of Bayraklı near the coast guard radar station. Also has outdoor playground for toddlers.

    Walk up to Teras cafe and you will feel the difference in altitude , you will also be rewarded with one of the best panorama views of Izmir. You might now want to enjoy a tea or a soda (I have no experience with the food offered), relax and think about your favorite route down

    View was excellent, breakfast quality was good when we think performance/price ratio. Yes prices are cheap-medium but not expensive.
