The rooms were great and the location isn't so bad either. Nice and quiet at night and during the day. I will say that the owners are a bit rude. I stayed there for four days and before I left I cleaned the room and returned their keys and before I left the property they came up to me and accused me of burning up the microwave. I tried to explain to the gentleman that I only used it one time. Then he told me if I wanted to stay there again I would have to pay 55 dollars. I besides that it was a nice quiet stay and no other issues. I won't be going back there because I'm not paying for damages I didn't do.

No breakfast even though it's advertised, no shampoo or conditioner, and the hair dryer didn't work.

After i stayed in Americas best value in Victoria, i decided to stay the next day in Baytown.I guess this is the only hotel that i dont have to use my disinfectant spray at all, since it’s very sparkly from the table to tops to toilet. Overall its clean.Kodus to the cleaner of the room,he/she did a great job! Check-in is quick and easy. Would recommend this hotel, also the price is right.

Had to evacuate Louisiana last month due to Hurricane Laura. When I got to Baytown I pulled off I-10 and settled on this location. There were many other motels to select from but the very clean outside appearance of this one caught my eye. Motel is very well kept up. Pricing is very reasonable. Rooms are extremely clean. (Direct TV....many channels ....fridge .....microwave ....onsite washer and dryer for guests, etc). The staff is very efficient and thorough...keeping towels and linens changed out every day. Did see the manager, Lisa, outside in the parking lot sweeping up as well as helping with the rest of the staff. This is one of the best run motels I have ever stayed in. If I am ever forced out of Lake Charles again.....I will be taking up temporary residence at the Americas Best Value Inn - Baytown, Texas.

They saved us during the winter storm. when we have been without lights for over 48 hours. Even though the whole area was out of water they made a way to provide water to it's tenants so they could brush their teeth and flush toilets. Made the best of a very bad situation. Thank you so much for saving my family. Very Clean and very reasonable price.

My company booked my room at this hotel, ended up staying 3 nights. Front desk lady was very professional and well presented. The room on the other hand was not so great. It's suppose to be a Non-Smoking room but the room smelled like smoke and oil based paint. The bed sheets had holes, tears and cigarette burns. On the 3rd day I found 2 COCKROACHES on the bed after sleeping. Didn't say anything simply because it was the last night staying there. Besides that, theres a dining table for 2 people which is very convenient, fridge and microwave was nice. The DVD player was a nice touch, my TV remote was not working so I got a new one and a few hours later it stopped working too. Also the shower head hurts when you shower, theres a lot of pressure and the water hurts you when it hits you. I mean it. Long story short, you get what you paid for. Good if you stay for a few days but would not recommend for a family staying a while.

Did not mention anything about pets while booking online nor in the signing of room policy until the end where it states “an additional charge of $100 will be added if a pet is found.” The night booking agent didn’t know what to do when I asked him to go ahead and charge me because my service dog would be staying with me. He called his manager three times and then only offered to cancel my room with no charge. The room was nice but the people were not. I do not recommend this place. They now have signs posted in the lobby that say “no pets allowed”

Rooms were clean, the place is decent. Rooms had noisy ac units, no coffee in the rooms like most places. Front desk lady was nice. If your in the area it’s worthy enough for a place to lay your head.

Its a good place to go but quite to expensive for the accommodations they don't have no continental breakfast or anything close to that they don't offer any type of subsidies are extras and they don't give deals or discounts & definitely doesn't show appreciation for returning customers or clients

America's Best Value Inn in Baytown is by far the nicest Motel I have ever had the privilege of staying in. Beautifully decorated clean no bugs no foreign substances on the walls, And what a nice touch having the CD player in there. the staff was very very nice, they definitely have raised the bar for other motels Not only in Baytown but in all of Texas.
