Simply Fantastic We’ve just returned from a two week family holiday. The hotel and grounds are fantastic, but it is the staff that make the place what it is. They are all so friendly and attentive and could not do enough for you. The food is truly exceptional, probably the best that we’ve experienced anywhere. There is a fantastic selection and the grilled meats are amazing. Our Daughter is a Coeliac, we were a little worried before we arrived but we were soon relieved when we met the staff. They went above and beyond and cooked specific GF meals for her. The Hotel cater for those people that want to do something all day, the activities and sports facilities are amazing. Alternatively if you want to it and relax, the staff will happily bring you drinks. There are a number of excellent pools and slides. There is a Secret Pool and Bar that is much quieter than the others which is nice to relax by. The bars have a great selection of cocktails and western branded drinks. The Turkish Sparking Wine was superb. The room are modern and impeccably clean. We booked last minute so had Garden view rooms, with older style bathrooms. The evening entertainment in the amphitheatre was impressive the first couple of times but then became very repetitive. The other evening entertainment is simply fantastic. The DJ is superb! Last afternoon there is a fantastic acoustic band on around the Xanadu Bar. The guys voice is amazing! If you like Clapton and Bob Dillon you’re in for a treat! The beach is really clean and raked every evening! There is a great jetty with a bar to sunbath and swim from. There is a great Gym with a resident PT. Would recommend without hesitation.

Exceptional in every aspect!! Fabulous staff. Top notch entertainmemt. Fantastic pool & incredible cuisine. Beautiful surroundings & priceless clean beach. Outstanding landscaped gardens & a stunning natural lake to admire the evening sunset from. An amazing spa to forget your worries. Incredible guest relation staff and reception staff to help you. The wonderful Anastasia helped us with the tour of the lavish surroundings. A golf lovers paradise. A joy for children and big kids 10/10

Definitely the best holiday hotel I've been too in Turkiye so far. Staff are excellent and the rooms spacious and clean. Lots of space around the grounds so it never feels like your on top of each other.

What can I say about this resort. Poor food, even ala carte restaurant are not good. When I was trying to book ala carte restaurant the guy on the guest relation desk said me that you look rich enough to pay extra 30 euros pp for the Chinese restaurant. ( is this comments are reasonable) I don't mind to pay until I get the quality of the food. Poor hygiene . Staff does not care about. Not coming back to this rubbish resort. Rooms were dirty and not up to date. Beware they wrote bungalow on the website but actually it’s a room away in the forest and completely separate from the main building. Which is annoying. Rooms are very smelly. In the breakfast they said it’s a fresh orange juice but it’s not.

The staff do not speak English very well at all. When you ask questions or ring down to reception you are constantly having to repeat yourselves so the staff understand. The majority of staff are fluent in Russian and Turkish. How can the resort falsely claim they have multilingual staff when this is not the case. Staff appear to talk about you and make remarks in other languages, this does not make you feel comfortable or even welcome. Food is poor not a high standard and not tasty. Even the a la carte restaurants are not good. This is particularly annoying when you pay so much money and you are better off cooking at home. Good facilties for children and that's why one star is needed. Noted that childminding service the staff do not speak English. So if coming from an English speaking country and you don't speak Russian or Turkish....Good luck! This is not a five star resort. Room decor is dated but the housekeeping staff do work hard and the rooms are clean. Very disappointed having first time coming to Turkey. Musicians on site playing are really good. Will not be returning to Xanudu or Turkey for that matter as it has put me off.

There is loud music all night. I stayed at a bungalow but the music was still loud. I cannot imagine how bad it was in the main building. Due to the river nearby there are lots of mosquitos, you cannot escape them even if you use anti mosquito spray. They also have a flaw in the building design. You cannot get from the lunch area to the pools with a stroller without an elevator. I find this quite annoying. As always in turkey the food and services are awsome. There are children facilities and activities everywhere. All the playgrounds are shaded.

Everything in this hotel is perfect, food, atmosphere, people. I recommend this place for everyone who wants to relax, have a nice time and have best experience.

Excellent hotel in Belek with numerous ideas of entertainment for children. The territory is huge, the sea shore is perfect, pier is nice and never over-crowded. What I personally liked there are A la Carte restaurants. There are 7 on the territory. 2 of them are included in your stay and others are for extra charge (fixed price 35 EUR per person). The staff is increadibly polite and smiling. They try to fulfill all your needs on each stage of your stay. Special thanks to Chef Bahadir, waiter Ahmet in Italian restaurant Dolce Vita, waiter Kerem in restaurant of Turkish cousin Kebab House. You are doing great, guys, thank you for your warm high-level service. The hotel is strongly recommended. One of the best in Belek!

The room where we are staying could use some attention regarding maintenance (loose door handle balkony and loose sealcap bidet). The space is very good, and the beds are good aswell, also the service and the supplied accessories. The resort is awesome and very well maintained. Some things are closed but there is no notification (indoor swimming pool and some activities at the fancy land). Besides that, a very good impression. The personnel is very friendly and professional. The food during the day is awesome and there is something for everyone, really everyone.

We are staying here currently and it has been the best experience! The food selection is great! The staff are amazing! Yulia at guest relations is so so helpful and resolved any issues we had swiftly and efficiently! Best customer service I have experienced at any hotel! Our hotel rep Anil was amazing and did alot for us! We are very greatful for their help and kindness. Will 100% come here again. The hotel itself was fantastic. Some would say it is quite dated but I think it is great for all ages and all the facilities are 100% 5 star. We have 2 more days here and don’t want to leave!! Would defo recommend Xanadu.

Currently staying in Xanadu. It certainly has exceeded expectations. A versatile hotel which caters for pretty much everything. The facilities for children are excellent and has heated children’s pools and spa. The only negative i would say is, one of the reasons we love to holiday in turkey is because of the Turkish Cuisine. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have any Turkish cuisine which was really very surprising to me. The food is mainly russian/European orientated. We were expecting adana kebaps/ribs/lamb chops/sis kebaps/turkish donner etc, but unfortunately they did not have any of the above.

I still can't wake up from the "dream". Everything was fantastic. Nice rooms, excellent food (hundreds of variations), excellent service, nice and warm people. Unforgettable!!!

A 5 star resort kind of in the middle of nowhere (but with taxi service)...but if you are one of those all inclusive hotel types who like to move from room to sunbed and not absorb any culture then this is for you. The hotel is very large modern building with added bungalow types. The pool area is stylised to look like greek/Roman ruins which is visually amazing but very fake. Close walk to the beach. Various other services such as indoor pool, a spa, a very basic fitness centre and a arcade type of place with ten pin bowling. There is even a mini shopping mall.

Seven of us went to stay here for four nights (five days), towards end of November to celebrate one of our cousin's 50th birthday. We were very impressed with the hotel, all the staff and activities organiser, 'Willy Wonka' . What an amazing guy who brings people together and ensures they have fun.. Whilst there was an International Convention taking place for the first few days, with several hundred attending/ staying, the service was amazing with all staff ensuring a tip-top service at all times. The last two days, when Convention people left, I was wondering if the service might slack, but no, we were still enjoying the fantastic service. Food was amazing and there was plenty of verity to choose from all the times. Having been to many destinations in the past with some great services, I have to say, this was clearly the best so far. I can imagine it gets very busy in the high seasons, but there is plenty to keep guests occupied and entertained. I would most definitely, recommend this hotel. Well done all!

Lovely hotel Xanadu resort , i was really spend good time here so quality and nice hotel and hotel decoration is very nice i like so much. Everything so good food room all nice . Just back from this fab hotel. Stayed 2 weeks and I'm pleased to say we are very impressed. The food was exceptional, lots of fruits! Rooms a bit outdated but cosy and clean. Very good air-conditioning. Bathtub instead of shower cubicle was so convenient for us. Swimming pools big and very clean. Sunbeds always available few meters away from the main pool in the pine trees. My husband enjoyed water slides and volleyball on the beach. Kids club very impressive with lots of activities, pools and slides. Our daughter sending her love to Inga, a professional swimming coach, who taught her to swim. Also special thanks to Kerim (waiter in Turkish restaurant) and to lovely lady who cleaned our room. Guest relation were very effective so special thanks for them too. Private beach very nice and clean with romantic jetty and snack bar. There were a few negatives though. - flies in the main restaurant. I think management needs to do something about this, maybe traps?-- lifeguards on the beach are very relaxed, sometimes not existing although the sea is always breezy - sea water is not always clean, we spotted some rubbish and fuel oil couple of times. Also it goes deep very quickly so not suitable for small kids. - humidity!! It doesn't get cooler at night at all. During our first week the air was so humid and still after dark that it was difficult to stay outside. It improved a little bit by the second week. Overall we are very pleased with the hotel, hope to return next year and can recommend it to anyone.

So, this is a paradise. I've been here for five days for the 18 WCSI/7 ICEES conference. Rooms: I had a suite with two bathrooms, one of which was large with a hydromassage tub, a living room and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed and a balcony. Clean, and well stocked. the only flaw is the air conditioning is not really up to date; Food: the dining room is almost always open, a huge variety of food from many cultures, from sushi to pasta, as well as desserts. the service of the waiters is nothing short of excellent. the same goes for the bar service. Events: they have a lot of events happening throughout the day which are quite nice; Location: the hotel is equipped with sports fields, a superb outdoor swimming pool, is furnished down to the smallest detail and the outside is truly a paradise. There is absolutely everything here, it is truly a High class resort. the sea view is the most beautiful thing, I fell in love with the sunsets there on the beach which is very well kept. it is quite far from the center (40 minutes by car).

This was the best hotel and holiday we have ever had. The staff were absolutely incredible . All genuine lovely people . The food was amazing, the cleanliness was unbelievable. We spent a lot of the time researching when we can come back next year !! It’s close enough to go into Belek town. The spa was out of this world and finally the kids club !!! Fancyland was like a theme park for kids !!! The only whole holiday exceeded our expectations. Thank you again to everyone involved, see you in 2024!!

Amazing place for family vacation!!! Great service, very delicious food with big variety, wonderful and quite area with a lot of pines and birds sounds if you stay in bungalow rooms. Children club indeed fantastic place for the kids! Special thanks to Guest Relations who helped with everything during our stay in a hotel, and to Fancyland Team for such a great care of our daughter, with a lot of fun, games, dances, etc.!!! Absolutely beautiful hotel, beach, staff and managers are amazing! I would recommend everyone come to the hotel, 5* service all round, couldn't ask for better :) the kebab house is absolutely amazing too! Staff so friendly, Food is great! Great service too! Everyone come visit! :)

I had a great stay at Xanadu Belek resort. The facilities were very good, the environment created really was idyllic. Sports and other recreation was well organized and the event animators were really fun and helpful. The concerts and shows in the evening were extremely cool and amusing. Big praise for the staff who worked in the restaurant at the meal times - very professional and hard at work. Special thanks to Recep Candan who was very polite and accurate at his work. Thanks for the volley animator who always kept up a good spirit + animators Berkay and Sumeyye. Just one negative experience with a barman called Emre who insisted a dip when other barmen didn't. Xanadu Belek resort is a perfect place for families with children as there are numerous activities for kids.

Where to begin… as a self-confessed picky couple, we feel as though we are pretty hard to please, but Xanadu exceeded our expectations in all aspects of our holiday. From beginning to end service was outstanding and the hotel was fully equipped to make us feel no need to leave throughout our stay. Our room was in a building off of the main hotel by the secret garden pool. It had a beautiful view and was conveniently located for all areas of the resort. For our whole stay the room was immaculately cleaned and had everything we need … always having a peaceful sleep in the huge bed!!! The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and polite and seemed to get to know our routine - being late risers - usually coming early afternoon. The hotel had all of the amenities we could ask for, from multiple pool areas, to extensive beach areas including an adult only area and pier with bar. We also enjoyed the water slides on offer and felt like we had our own mini water park in the hotel. The entertainment everyday had something for everyone and the evening entertainment, particularly at Xanadu bar was amazing, with live bands on most nights. The food was varied and plentiful. We could eat at all hours and everything was delicious. We especially enjoyed the lunch ‘snacks’ and Italian a la carte which is one of the many restaurants included in the all inclusive. Due to the many pool areas throughout the resort finding a sunbed was never an issue, no matter what time of day. We could go on for hours about how amazing the staff were but we’ll try to keep it brief. Berkay from the entertainment team went above and beyond for us and we like to think of him now as a friend. We could not have asked for a better member of the entertainment team on our holiday. Special mention also to Sumeyye who often accompanied Berkay in the evening, providing great conversation, and helped us to learn some Turkish greetings. I hope we returned the favour as it was lovely to see her developing her English also. Service from waiters across the board was excellent - for example as I’m writing this a waiter refreshed my drink, remembering my order, without me having to ask for it. This was a regular occurrence throughout our stay, but we have to give a special mention to Gazi Turker and Ali who remembered us and our orders throughout our stay, always serving us with a welcoming smile and greeting us throughout our stay. We would 100% recommend anyone wanting a Turkish holiday to visit and we will be looking to bring our family and friends back next year - we are even considering it as a potential wedding venue. Nice hotel. Loud if you wanna have the view to the sea. It is not renovated for more then 10 years. Food was ok. Onion soup from the French restaurant is a must. Drinks ok too. Red wine. Chivas you can find only at the adult bar.

Great, quiet hotel with beautiful pools, amazing kids corner for big and small with own pools, watter slides and animation. Killer fire range with airguns and traditional bows (of good quality). Special thanks to Michael (Misha), who thought us shooting - the kindest and most fun person I've met so far.

A hotel with nature, sea, pools and friendly staff with endless energy. It has unlimited activities for kids and adults. Everything is thought and designed for the comfort of the guests. Especially the staff are incredibly helpful and kindful.

One of the best resorts in Belek, Antalya. Super service, beach and SPA. If the food was a little more Mediterranean it would be perfect. However, since the most of the vacationers are local and Russian it's acceptable. High recommended for couples & families.

Amazing place - lots of attractions for children and adults. Every day a different program. Food European drinks. Service at the highest level. Close to the sea, bars everywhere, you don't have to ask for anything. Real 5 stars.

Generally great holiday however need to work to set expectations. When you book a junior you expect that, not another type and then when challenge them, to be told that you will have it tomorrow. Kind of disrupts your first day. Also vegetarian choice - 5 star for effort but not really great. Apart from that, great holiday!

Just few days ago our Makalius team of 38 people got back from this excellent hotel. From the moment we arrived we were pleasantly surprised of large, green and clean territory. After we stepped inside of beautiful, cozy hotel, we were kindly welcomed by friendly staff, that was always willing to help. Food in restaurants was various and delicious, we had vegetarians in our group, but there was no issue with that. Hotel has few pools and even though hotel is not so small and almost fully booked, there were always available sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also private beach near hotel with a bar serving drinks and food, which again was really tasty. Free sunbeds and umbrellas are available on the beach. In the evenings guests can spend time in bars, club, disco or enjoy breathtaking shows in hotel’s amphitheater. Some of our group members were accommodated in the main building, others stayed in bungalows, but all of the rooms were cozy, clean, comfortable and spacious. Since we are back home, we are still sharing best memories and experience we had in Xanadu Resort Hotel. We would like to say huge thank you to all the staff of hotel for being so helpful, understanding and kind. 38 people might be tough, but You did great!
