It's
more
like
a
vacation
compound
than
a
hotel.
It
gets
very
NOISY
during
the
evening
and
until
midnight
or
1am.
NOT
suitable
for
VEGANS
/
special
diets.
Not
environmentally
friendly.
NOISY
guests.
There
are
many
activities
every
day,
including
2
evening
shows
or
1
night
party.
If
you
like
peace
&
quiet
-
this
is
not
the
place
for
you.
They
have
a
few
rooms
and
suites
for
away
from
the
noise
(in
the
annex),
a
good
5-minute
walk
from
the
beach
&
the
noise.
The
events
are
good
&
varied
(a
few
examples:
bingo
in
the
afternoon,
stretching
in
the
morning,
aqua
gym,
zumba,
a
kids
area,
acrobat
shows,
club-like
party
for
which
they
set
up
a
whole
atmosphere).
Greeting:
When
we
arrived
(after
10pm)
we
were
greated
with
a
"room
upgrade"
-
for
1
night
and
if
we
want
to
keep
the
room
afterwards
we
would
be
charged
extra.
We
refused.
Then
we
were
told
that
in
fact
our
ROOM
WAS
NOT
AVAILABLE.
We
negociated
to
have
a
choice
to
stay
in
the
"upgraded"
room
free
of
charge
for
the
whole
stay
(so
that
we
don't
pack
and
unpack).
The
so-called
upgrade
was
in
the
main
building
(we
had
booked
a
garden
room
for
the
calm
&
quiet
atmosphere
that
was
advertised),
extremely
noisy
until
midnight
or
even
1am
-
I
was
more
tired
at
the
end
of
the
holiday
than
when
the
holiday
started.
The
guests:
The
hotel
caters
mainly
to
Russian-speakers.
We
were
constantly
greated
in
Russian.
Some
of
the
staff
speaks
English
though.
Many
of
the
GUESTS
seem
to
be
rather
"unpolished"
-
they
speak
loudly,
we
witnessed
a
client
yelling
at
the
staff
in
the
middle
of
the
restaurant,
they
seem
to
offer
little
to
no
personal
space
(someone
actually
put
their
spaghetti
on
my
elbow
while
leaning
to
get
food).
Cleanliness:
it
is
very
clean,
everywhere,
all
the
time.
Amenities:
wifi
works
well.
The
drinks:
can
be
good
if
you
make
sure
to
ask
for
the
international
brand.
The
cocktails
were
barely
drinkable
for
us,
though.
The
coffee
was
not
to
our
taste
&
most
of
it
came
with
regular
cow
milk
(but
we
are
used
to
specialty
coffee
&
alternative
milk).
The
food:
it's
pretty
good
(I'm
a
vegan
chef).
Good
variety,
some
of
the
dishes
are
really
good
(especially
the
local
dishes).
Good
selection
of
vegetarian
dishes
(not
properly
signalled),
a
few
vegan
options
(not
signalled),
no
gluten-free
/
lactose-free
selection.
My
mom
was
very
happy
with
the
meat.
The
desserts
are
all
full
of
sugar.
The
Turkish
desserts
are
good.
The
fruits
are
good,
fresh,
really
decent
quality
for
an
all-inclusive
offer.
The
spa:
the
massages
I
got
were
very
good.
They're
not
as
good
as
in
a
top
Bangkok
establishment,
but
very
good
as
compared
to
other
European
spas.
The
price
was
correct
(paid
100euros
+
tip
for
a
90-minute
massage).
Care
for
the
environment:
they
use
a
huge
amount
of
plastic
(most
of
the
water
comes
in
small
plastic
bottles).
They
do
recycle.
