I wish they didn't close their doors so early so I can still get a coffee at a decent hour... DOORS! DOORS! I know the drive through is open so I don't .. I don't need that reply from the owner again and again. I don't drive, I'm not ALLOWED to drive but I should be allowed to go in and get a coffee after eight or nine.

You will never get the coffee you ask for here, they just give you what they think you want. terrible service.

The staff at the Bell Boulevard location are always so friendly and go above and beyond. They are quick and efficient and I haven’t had one issue with my order and I’ve been attending this location for a long time. The seating areas are always clean.

I ordered ( October 23, 2023) last night at 1:35 am and I spend $30 . Drinks and 4 cheese begal was not good . Specially a girl who worked , she is Indian and she behaved with us very rude. It’s our first time and we felt very disappointed. I never visited again.

This is probably the cleanest timmies of ALL. Management is not real well with their workers though... I would know, i worked there for a short while. However, as a customer-my experience is non short of and no better then OK

Just won a beverage and I ordered a steeped tea. It was cold!!! Why would you give me cold tea? I went there this morning and the interac machine didn't work, so I wasn't able to pay contactless, and I had to touch the machine and enter my info and I didnt have any personal sanitizer. I watched the guy afterwards and he didnt sanitize the machine afterwards, which is all kinds of wrong!!! The very last thing I want to do right now is touch that machine cause it ain't sanitized. Please fix the machine, this should be a priority. This is a pandemic. I went to the gas station right after and my card worked fine! The next time I go to Tim's and the machine ain't working I'll go elsewhere and just leave the order. Can u please bring back the wax paper in between the donuts because this is also all kinds of wrong. This is where u get donuts from right...then u should know better. The donuts get stuck on the brown bag or all over the other donut. Big thumbs down. 👎

Love Tim Hortons like the next person, but whats with consistency between stores. Why does my 3c 2s never taste the same, minus at one store on Canifton Rd. I just dont get it.

Good service, but nowdays Tim hortons standards of coffee not up to the mark, sometimes there employees add too much milk, cream and sugar they did not listen sometime customers order, and make the wrong cooffe

Awful location. Third time in a row they just haven’t had food. Today I went at 10 for a breakfast sandwich and they told me once I was at the window they didn’t have any eggs or bacon. Employees are rude and careless

coffee have no quality like used to be , go there normally around 4.45 and they never have anything to eat never smile .

Should update to say that only drive thru open 24 hrs but store closes at 1030 if you walk

Very rude behaviour of Indian Girl. When we pay for any food she gives very short amount of food and when we complain about the same they answer like they owned this place and run like a Boss.
