Cabin Tavern

Bar Pub

👍👍 Came in a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and we fell in love with this bar. We love the interior, the low lighting, the drink selection, and the music!!! I was super excited to see they have Tumalo cider. My boyfriend moved to bham last summer and we regret not coming in sooner!! People often mention Cabin, great,

I’ve been to this place on many different occasions and have always found the staff to be welcoming to people of every demographic. Fun atmosphere inside, clean single person restrooms and a badass outdoor space. Sorry you guys have been mistaken for a bad business up in Alaska. Keep up the good work downtown!

There are many bars in town, for a small-ish city. Of all those bars, the Cabin Tavern is a place that all are welcome, regardless of race, gender, or any other factor. The drinks are delicious, the music is great, and the crowd is the best in town!

Being from Texas I know what good Mexican food taste's like. I was apprehensive about what I would get with ordering chicken quesadillas, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were awesome! The dipping sauce was good too. The lady behind the bar was very nice and she didn't make weak drinks. I will go back again. Cool place.

Wicked 1960’s vibe. Great outdoor area out back. Bartender was a little flat, but poured a mean stiff drink.

If you are looking for a bar that looks like somewhere the Winchester brothers may have stopped, this is your place. The visuals are delightful, and the general atmosphere is a relaxed place to get a cold beer and relax with your friends. The taps have a nice selection of non-hoppy beers for those who don't love the Bellingham hop obsession, plus a handful for the hop heads. A mix of cans is available, and they do have the supplies to whip up a cocktail or two if you are patient enough to wait.

Fair prices, cheerful and oh so patient bartenders, if you're feeling like inside is too "cozy" there are 2 outdoor covered areas that are well lit and toasty when its dark or cold that you can bring your drinks to, yay! It's the little things. It made me just Want to tip them even Better! Thank you guys! You made a rough day a hell of a lot better! Huzzah!

This place used to have a truly dive bar atmosphere with beer signs, heavy pours, hunting trophies, local photos, grumpy old drunk sailors, and bands playing every weekend. It used to be unique, friendly, and kind of gross. Now it's just another sanitized cookie cutter hipster bar. At least the staff are great, the outside drinking areas are cool, and the drinks are strong. Their new hamburgers are fantastic, too. This place definitely needs more (or bigger) restrooms. There is ALWAYS a long line to pee.

dear Google , and Cabin Tavern(of Alaska, not Washington ) . Stop deleting people's reviews. It makes more sense to actually just address the problem . Also they had a 4.0 rating before all this, it dropped to 3. Now it's unavailable to review at all causing the lovely people of a restaurant of a different state to catch the Google algorithm redirected reviews .

This is the place I go when I want to see friendly, familiar faces and feel safe and comfortable at a bar! Love these people, and the tall boy + shot is a bonus. Sucks to see some people mixed this place up with the one in AK

Good and cheap burgers, hand cut fries, great selection of alcohol (including bourbons, such as Blanton's, Weller, Elijah Craig, and more)

Burgers are great, but if you go on a Friday night, you'll wait 1 hour for a burger if it even gets made at all.

My first visit to Cabin Tavern was great. The food was extremely cheap. A friend bought us both a single burger, fries, and a microbrew. The total came to $31. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be prepared. The burger was old school burger bar type of burger. And the fries were exceptional. The only downside for me was the music. But most would be OK with it. Ultimately, on a hot summer day it was a cool breezy spot to have a great bite and relax.

No idea how I’ve lived on and off in Bellingham for 15 years and only just visited the Cabin for the first time. But well worth the delay! Even on a Tuesday night, it felt like a cool place to pop into. Lively night with a DJ. We had Cabin burgers, which were scrumptious. The caramelized onions were an excellent touch. The fries came highly recommended from friends, and they were also quite tasty. Would have loved some brown sauce, but that’s me! I hate ketchup. Decent selection of regional drafts and a full bar as well. Bartender was busy but very nice and charming. Looking forward to going back again and checking out the back area when the weather is warmer.

Walked in, three obvious old regulars at end of bar. No acknowledgement from bartender, I'm sure that will happen when I sit down right?. Nope! Meanwhile in walks a man the bartender must know, starts chatting up with him right next to me. Still not even eye contact. I get the feeling this is like a boys club vibe and I'm out. Not even a "bye, come back soon!" LOL.

Great joint to hang with old friends and meet new ones. Fun crew and generous love on the cocktails. Best White Russians known to humanity

Classic pub, and some food. Good place to unwind with a strong drink. This place will never change Google.

The area behind the bar is a not well-marked Diamond lot that cost me $41.00 to park in. Nice bar, though!

Yep, good vibes, lots of seating both inside and out, and parking is available. Just can't tell if their food is at all local or organic, to me, that counts... ...the beer and cider are...
