The gym manager does not care about the gym client's or their interest. Every month there's more then 2 cases of theft from the lockers. The gym has no cameras nor security. My gym bag was stolen on the 17th August 2023 and never recovered. I opened a police case but up to this day there's still no one caught or held accountable. On the 19 October 2023 my locker was invaded again and my laptop was stolen. There was more then 4 laptops stolen on the day and the guy who is a possible suspect is still not held accountable nor even questioned. The police dont take my case serious and say there's not enough evidence. I am still waiting on tge gym manager to call me for any possible leads. The gym has alot of theft case's and the manager is not willing to find a solution to this problem.

This was a ladies gym and still has the same old equipment, benches in the weight area are not meant for heavy lifting. Some of the other equipment is also looking tired, worn out, slack cables. Only one squat rack! Recently some of the staff were standing around the front desk, swearing, shouting, even sitting on the floor. Terrible first impression and very distracting when trying to focus. They are there to help us, not be a nuisance.

Small enough to avoid the normal gym rushes and overcrowding. Big enough to care even for my special needs.

Extremely unsanitary gym. They don't provide paper towels to clean off equipment, and most people don't clean up after themselves so the equipment is covered in sweat. It's also rarely properly cleaned, some of the machines are so full of old grime it's actually disgusting, and the carpets smell like they're never cleaned. They say you can ask staff members to assist if you want something cleaned, but you'd have to do that each time you want to use a machine, it's honestly just a massive hassle. The female bathrooms also always have a very musty smell and absolutely no ventilation. Machines are old and not maintained, there's always something that's broken.

Worst gym I ever attended in my 22 years of training. Not only is the equipment sub standard, but we were asked to leave when I helped someone. According to the club's official rules only qualified Zone Fitness instructors are allowed to assist patrons at a cost. What's worst is that none of them look as if they training a day in their lives

The staff and employees are incredibly sad & unhelpful. Zone fitness has called me three times asking if I want to sign up, I've said no every time and asked them to remove me off their data base, as I also haven't given them permission to contact me. Today, upon their 4th attempted, I missed their call and naturally, when I see a missed call - I call back. The receptionist was so rude and hung up on me mid sentence as I was asking to be removed (yet again) Please focus on your staff's mental health and customer service they deliver before reaching out to new potential clients.

i was at zone fitness willow bridge on Friday the 9th of December 2022 the gym is very hot the air con is not working properly they have buckets to catch the water dripping from aircon and they keep all windows close so that no fresh air can come in, when i complaint about it to a fitness instructor he was very unhelpful and unfriendly and was pointing this finger at me while talking to me, i think his name is steven or stevie...if that is his real name, he is in his late 40's with gouty and ear rings in each ear...can the management please do something about this these people working at zone fitness willow bridge should be address.

Their air conditioning doesn't work. When I confronted the manager about maybe fixing the aircon they treated me with disrespect and dismissively ignored my request, saying their air conditioning works 100%. They have very bad communication and won't reply to your complaint form(on their website). They don't seem to really want to be the best gym (Which they aren't)

It wasn't a bad experience, The only thing I would bring to the Readers attention is that they charge R200.00 for a simple day pass which in MY opinion is a bit overpriced. Otherwise I had a great time and the staff is so friendly and ready to help at the drop of a hat 🧢

I went to zone fitness willowbridge today,and was very unplease with them, they have all the windows that blow fresh air in the gym closed/lock and they telling me a lame story about the aircon which you cannot feel one bit, i think they are to lazy to close the windows at night before closing time, and the funny thing is that the person telling me this is a "fitness instructor"...really? a fitness instructor is to lazy to close the windows at night?...i give zone fitness willowbridge a one out of five stars

Enjoy Willowbridge Zone Fitness. The equipment is in good working condition, with ample disinfectant spray and towels available. The changing room also are kept clean and hygienic.

Poor maintenance management. Prepare yourself for injuries from faulty equipment that doesn't get replaced after multiple complaints over multiple months to the front desk. The staff are aware of the faulty equipment yet it never gets replaced.

The gym is well equipped. They provide excellent classes and have good trainers. However, you do have to pay for your parking in the Willobridge mall if you are parked more than a hour.

A bit smaller gym, but has necessary machines and facilities. Never too crowded and staff are exceptionally friendly. Gym feels clean and well looked after.

Since it is school holidays my daughter of 13 went to the gym with my wife. Did not want to allow my daughter in the gym and said she must wait outside???? My wife asked if she can wait in the lounge at reception and was refused also. My daughter had to wait in the car. Wrote to management about the bad experience and she could not care - referred to company policy. Just the way Zone Fitness frontline staff handled the situation was appalling. I would be out of business if my staff handled customers the same way.

Pretty standard gym, all the equipment is there but the equipment is really outdated compared to other gyms. It is quiet most of the time which is nice, no need to wait for any machine. The plans are also a cheaper option compared to other clubs hence the outdated equipment is understandable.

Remember to cancel membership in writing one month before the end of you signed contract. The skelms will keep on deducting membership fees without informing you......

Nice and cozy but the machines really needs some professional maintenance and repairs. The treadmills are holding on by thread. The first time I wanted to sign up, there was no sales guys available which made an impact on me and delayed my sign up by more than a month. Parking is nice but the parking system is a royal mess. Queuing by the door just to check if you have to pay anything is NOT ON. Nevermind all the other issues the parking system is experiencing. Perhaps the parking system can link with your membership card. Insert parking ticket and scan your membership card at a specific machine only, to avoid abuse.

Great place to workout at that is also conveniently situated close to shops if needed. Parking is also situated very close and it is secure. It's clean and well maintained. One star is removed only because every gym seems to be the same where staff don't walk around offering assistance or quick info/tips on form, etc.

It's not a gym for proper weight training as there quite focused on machine usage. Notwithstanding that weights are available for use but limited and the supporting elements such as benches etc. Not so much. But over all, good gym to go to

Staff are very friendly, and helpful. Equipment is good. The gym isn't busy so you don't have to worry about being crowded or claustrophobic. There is ventilation so it doesn't feel like a sauna. Everything is clean so the gym is taken care of

Gym is nice but my locker was broken and my personal belongings were stolen including my new phone. Management acted like nothing happened didn’t even inquire about that

This gym has a criminal accounting department. They wrongfully increased my debit amounts with no communication on more than once account. I then reached out and explained there had been a mistake, not a single reply was sent. I then blocked the debit and sent an email to the finance department to explain. No reply. Two years down the line and I've received notification from a debt collector. Since then I have reached out to the accounting department multiple times and they replay until I include previous mails and documentation. As soon as I give proof of the correspondence and the fact they broke contract twice, they stop responding. The sum isn't even significant, I could pay it in a heartbeat, but I'm not going to. I am a week from getting a lawyer involved.

Gym is always a good idea. Gym is generally clean, equipment works. Reception is friendly. To add: - Paper towels needed to clean equipment afterwards and in the ladies bathroom. - Open the windows.

Staff is very nice and always greets you as you enter and/or leave the gym. The gym is clean and the bathrooms are also very neat and clean. Great air conditioning inside the gym, even during loadshedding. The equipment is in excellent condition and whenever there may be problems (such as an error on electronic equipment for example) the staff immediately tends to it. There is more than enough space for everyone, even during peak times.

Friendly staff yes the gym is little bit small but I and my daughter we enjoy every minute we are there,even the members of the gym they are not funny it’s always nice to be at Willowbridge ZF ❤️😍👌🤝big up guys keep on doing the best

Spacious with a pretty considerate clientele in that people actually re rack their weights. Changing area is clean with plenty of lockers. Equipment is well maintained.

Gym is not too big, but they have great classes that are free. Staff is very friendly and it's always clean and hardly ever crowded.

this gym is fine a bit small but they catter for my needs.the one problem I have the personal trainer joshua freeman I dont recommend him I haven't tried the othes.joshua is quick to give his bank details for you to deposit money for sessions.he does not deliver he does not picth for the appointment .his service is poor .he does not stick to his word.I paid him for a 1 hour session .after ten minute of doing a few exercise he put u on a bicycle a says cycle for 15 minutes do I need a personal for that.his services is poor makes empty promises .stay away from him.he will just take your money.

For the monthly price you couldn't expect more. Sometimes the gym is too full. Otherwise the staff is nice. Just alot of broken equipment at regular intervals which is not cool.

Have been at the gym for more than 5 years now. Will always prefer it over the bigger brands. They are definitely smaller but it makes it more personal and the staff is always ready to help if you do have any questions or need some help with the equipment. Some of the equipment can do with an upgrade but overall they have all the basics you need to continue your training.

Because my sons go there and I teach belyu dance classes there. Friendly staff and good location

Equipment could be better, especially for weight training. I personally asked them to switch on the aircon and according to the staff it is on, however, breathing especially when hot becomes an issue. Staff generally is friendly, however, I sometimes feel like I'm in a spaza shop as they tend to follow you around or stare at you creepily. Other than that, I enjoy the place over all. Make sure you have parking fair as the club don't absorb it.
