Our baby got delivered in Cloudnine Bellandur hospital on 23 Jul 23. Our experience was pretty good. We consulted Dr Aruna Kumari I would say one of the best supportive doc who would like to hear more from patient and the best decision we have taken by choosing her. Throughout the pregnancy to delivery doctor was very supportive and caring.Ours was bit complicated pregnancy even then she handled it very smoothly and cared for me from day 1.She shared her contact number for any emergencies and was available whenever we needed. Thank you so much for showing us the first baby . Very happy to recommend Aruna Kumari. Last but not least I would say she is LADY MS DHONI - AS COOL AS ICE.

Since this was our first pregnancy, we had little fear like all other expecting couples, but every thing changed after having consultation with Dr. Aruna Kumari, had a wonderful journey afterwards, we are really very great full for Dr.Aruna Kumari maam, and for all other supporting staff 🙂

The hospital's environment was clean and well-maintained, creating a calming atmosphere. The support staff, such as housekeeping, were friendly and efficient in keeping the room tidy throughout my stay. Overall, my hospital experience was positive due to the outstanding care and support I received from the staff. They made me feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for, which significantly reduced any anxiety or stress related to my surgery. I am grateful for their dedication and professionalism.

Hospital is least bothered about the patient more concerned about the money. I suffered a lot when I was admitted for delivery. No proper care was taken. No response from management team. I went through c-section and nurses were not supportive my husband was providing all the support which nurses should do. I was discharged from the hospital when my condition was really bad. It's 2 month now after my surgery still going through many health issues due to lack of care taken during surgery. I suggest please think twice before coming to cloudnine Bellandur.

Hospital is good and we'll maintained cleanliness.Staffs are Good an very helping especially Silvester sir, Mithun Sir and Prabhu sir helped me understanding the admission process and cashless insurance process.Over all its very good experience with Cloud Nine.

Really great experience throughout the pregnancy, right from the first trimester till the baby being born. Doctors (specially Dr Harsha V Reddy) were very thorough, transparent and caring. Discharge process was quick and smooth. All hospital staffs were caring, attentive and responsible. They ensured timely medications and took care of everything for the mom and baby while we were there, be it night or morning.

Being a first-time mom, I was initially unsure about choosing the right hospital for delivery. Thankfully, a friend recommended Cloud9, where I discovered Dr. Rashmi Choudhary as my OB-GYN. Throughout this journey, she offered excellent guidance and treatment. My entire pregnancy right from conception to delivery was under the care of doctor Puja Rathi. Not only is she an extremely competent and excellent doctor, she is also a very positive person. She always gave a patient hearing to all our queries and was always available to resolve any problem. She took utmost precautions in my pregnancy journey and made it really smooth and without any tension. She is undoubtedly an expert doctor and always made me feel at ease. We were under consultation and delivered our new born baby as per Dr.Aruna Kumari advise. She was so polite and like a family person though out our journey, who gave complete support till the new born arrival and helped to regain strength for the mother to overcome with the internal ailments.
