We wanted normal delivery and were looking for a good doctor and a good hospital. We found Dr. Modhulika and cloudnine. Start to end everything was awesome. We are very happy with the Doctor, staff and overall process. We would highly recommend Dr Modhulika.

I would highly recommend the CloudNine on old airport road for anyone wanting to give birth at a place with fantastic staff, great facilities and exceptional service. Dr. Shenoi made us feel very safe in our high risk pregnancy, and scheduled our induction in a way that assured a smooth labor and birth. The hospital also offered an excellent package that allowed us to have a dedicated day and night nurse to assist us with all aspects of new parenthood, especially breastfeeding. All of the nurses and doctors were great, and our dedicated day nurse Reetha became like family. We are so grateful to her for all her help in getting our life with our newborn started on the right foot. Thank you to her and the whole team at CloudNine for such a great experience.

I must admit that it was the most amazing decision that we had made to have my wife's delivery at Cloudnine Old Airport Road branch..We were served by some Angels at the hospital who gave us an awesome experience of birthing and first steps of Parenting. @Annie sister, @Chethana mam (who attended in the labour room) and @Reetha sister while we were in room - three superstars who played a vital role in making our first baby birth experience wonderful..I was literally stunned by the character, care and presence they showed during our time at the hospital. You make us say that nurses are Angels we see in real life. I got to see how Annie sister and Chethana mam at their best in the labour room during her delivery...you guys rock. Reetha sister - your experience in handling the baby and mom, explaining dos and don'ts and helping other sisters do the right thing is excellent. Shobha Venkat mam- last but not the least, you are such an outstanding doctor. Your guidance, and decision making from day one gifted us the little angel without any hassle. The insurance procedures were hassle free as well, and the way all nurses in 4th floor who take care of the patients is wonderful. We consulted Dr. Sandhya Rani mam in third trimester and now, when we look back we feel it was indeed a very good decision to choose her. She had been very supportive, patient to answer all our dumb questions and calming down my anxieties and always try to feed positivity and imbibe confidence. Shalini’s excercises and guidance played a key role in bringing the baby position to cephalic. The knowledge she possess on pregnant body and pelvic muscles/movements is impeccable. Her Lamaz sessions were indeed very helpful in sustaining labor pains and breathing techniques became very handy during the last few mins of baby’s birth. Guess what! It’s a normal delivery. I had a wonderful experience. Very Very special thanks to Reeta sister (Lactation specialist) who went extra step and helped me in very possible way. Being a new mother is hard. Specially when you are having difficulty feeding the baby. Reeta sister helped me overcome that difficulty. I cannot thank her enough. She is wonderful at her work and has a beautiful heart. One of the most professional hospitals. A special mention to the nursing team and the care giving team. Very empathetic and knowledgeable as well professional at the same time. A special mention to sister Reeta, who is very experienced, calm, kind and more importantly knows her way around the new borns. Without her it would seem impossible to us. Although not very happy with the insurance team who makes you feel as if they are doing some kind of favour on us. Please work on this.

We had a video consultation and the doctor agreed for the follow-up consultation for the next day. The cloud nine executive didn't connect to the doctor the next day. We tried the same for two days. The support team was suggesting to book again video consultation , which is chargeable. We went through a difficult condition where we didn't get follow up consultation. Making us book appointments for follow up is really fraud.

After reading so many positive reviews about Dr. Radhika Kamuni on different portals, I decided to visit her at cloudnine old airport for my first pregnancy consultation. I must say that was the best decision for me as she is an amazing doctor and I had a smooth pregnancy journey under her guidance. She is such a happy and positive soul to meet anytime. She never prescribed any unnecessary medications. She explained everything in detail during all our visits. She helped me with my normal delivery which became a little complicated during birth as my labour was stalled. She was extremely patient during the whole process. The process was time consuming but she was there with me throughout. She is highly knowledgeable and compassionate. I had a great experience with her and have already recommended her to many. I want to thank her for everything she has done for us. Will be forever grateful! The whole team of nurses at cloudnine was really helpful and supportive during our post delivery stay at the hospital.

Premium Hospital with good ambiance, rooms, hygiene, comfort, medical treatment & overall services. Experienced Doctors, team & smooth LSCS in case of my wife... my sincere thanks to them. Special mention about nurses ! They are approachable, respectful & committed towards their duty. Hospital charges are very expensive, keeping in mind what they offer. There were difference in maximum estimation given & ultimate billing value. We paid extra ten to fifteen grands. Food for patient & cafeteria is very average... attention required.

Giving patients, new born kids expired Saba Med products as gifts. Such a big fruad.. unfortunately we used so far.. and found today only. Pls check before taking any product for free or by money. Corporate scam. Who ask you to give expired products as compliment or what ever??

Well maintained. Good service. Take prior appointment before your visit by calling their call Center or through the app. Hospital is usually crowded but waiting time is usually short. We consulted doctor Meena Venkatraman who was very kind and polite. Gave the right advice and medication- our kid got well the next day. Consulting fee is high (INR 900+ - that’s the only drawback)

Hello Team , I visited this hospital today after long gap . I see lot of changes - Area of improvements I must share after my today s visit here .Free packaged processed sugary fruit juices were offered free of costs in kids area.I was shocked to see this , hospital must set an example on healthy eating habits.There was no need to offer this .Usually sick kids visit hospital , would not suggest drinking this.kids tend to drink it and don’t listen to us when offered. Secondly , play area for kids is removed , instead TV with cartoon channel is placed .Not sure of the cause.better kids engage in physical activity while waiting than watching TV. Lastly ,Lot of brand marketing have started , better to spread awareness on better diet and lifestyle for kids and women than such brand marketing which is of no benefit if the objective is to maintain healthy society with awareness than making money .Thank you .

I had a wonderful experience at Cloud 9 until last week my husband was denied entry into the scanning room! This was literally the last scan before delivery and he was allowed inside to every single scan until now and sudden there's a new rule now! He was denied entry at the doorstep of the scan room without any prior communication around this new rule. The management said they were just following new instructions given to them, but after enquiring with friends who go to other hospitals and clinics for their baby's scan, no such thing was followed! What made the experience completely worse was the how Dr Anitha S, the Doctor who did my scan was behaving!! She was extremely rude and impatient and was frustrated the whole time she was doing my scan. She was angry and complaining and shouting about the Management not handling this situation the whole time. Even if she was angry, she cannot take it out on a 8 month pregnant patient like me who felt very physically and mentally stressed by her behaviour, and should learn to direct her anger to the right sources in the right way.

I had a great experience getting my baby's ears pierced at home with Cloud Nine Hospital. Sister Seetha was very friendly and professional, and they made sure the baby was comfortable throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed with how clean and sterile the piercing area was. The piercing itself was quick and painless. She also gave me clear instructions on how to take care of the piercing and does and don'ts. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Cloud Nine Hospital home ear piercing service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their baby's ears pierced.

We got our daughter’s ears pierced by the professional nurse Reetha at home today and the entire process was taken care of very beautifully. She became friends with the child first and then proceeded with the procedure. I am really thankful of her for such a good experience.

Everything was of top standard, nothing too much trouble, the decor throughout was lovely, clean and well maintained. I had a great time during my treatment. I booked a home ear piercing for my 4 month old baby girl. I asked for sister Rita to visit my home and do the piercing since she had looked after my babies when I delivered them at the old airport road branch. Sister Rita has been a god-sent for me, both during my deliveries and for this home ear piercing I just did. Her warmth and care is exemplary. She has completely won me over with her kindness. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness when I have needed it the most. The ear piercing experience was so smooth and seamless. Sister Rita knew exactly what to do and my baby barely felt the pain. I will recommend this highly.

I came across sister Helen G in the hospital who gave me motherly feeling. I dint realised while she was trying for canalization and drip... it was like I was talking and suddenly she said Ma’am it’s done and it’s no painful at all.... Hospital rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and responds well to the patient as well as to the attender. They provide Hygienic food. Overall one of the best children’s hospital to look for in Bangalore.

I must say, what an amazing nursing staff!! Well trained, dedicated and hardworking. My preemies were delivered here and got admitted in NICU over a week, throughout the stay we learnt how to take care of preemies from them. Housekeeping staff were polite and always top of their responsibilities. Top doctors, world class medical equipments, In house pharmacy, tasteless food (good for patients though 😀), valet parking and many more good things. 👍

Sharing a special review regarding the ear piercing service by cloud-nine hospital. We book our appointment and the nurse arrived at our home on-time. She is very patient and handled our baby with care. Over-all very good experience, neat sterilised ear-ring package. Wonderful service by nurse- shwetha mam. Even she called after two days to follow up on baby’s health status. Really impressed with their service.

High consultation charge of ₹950...minimum parking charge of ₹50. Spare ₹1000 for each visit. Overcrowded on weekends and high traffic on weekdaays at this old airport facility. Revisit limited to 2 days but doctor available only after 3-4 days...2nd visit u will have to shed another 1k minimum. Less cleanilness due to overcrowd. Update .. concern addressed. I am writing this review to thanks Reetha who really made my post delivery journey very smooth. As a new mother I had issue breastfeeding my daughter, after many attempts she couldn't latch properly. Reetha made sure that my daughter starts feeding and gets her nutritious diet 😊. I really liked the way she handles the new born baby, even baby feels very comfortable with her. I am really thankful to her.

The overall experience was too good and hospitals entire staff include doctors nurses cleaning staff , cafeteria etc are very well behaved and were of helping nature. We came late night and everything got resolved with 30 mins from admission to completing all formalities.on each point we were guided very well , all nurses , doctors were friendly and well trained in labour room. Even after shifting to room , we got nice service and clean room with proper food for patient. They took care of baby very well in day and night and were just a step away to come immediately.overall a very good hospital for going ahead with pregnancy or even any consultation related to same. I am surprised with all the positive reviews here! Firstly post covid lockdown they have strangely spiked consultation charges on an unreasonable level (around ₹1000 now). They will make you purchase 'additional' stuff from the pharmacy which is a 'must'. Again, the pharmacy has products sold at unreasonable prices. Any refunds or replacements and you will receive no clarity on the invoice! No covid protocol is maintained which made me really anxious, as there was a pretty good crowd, during my visit. It was nerve-wracking to navigate through the crowd with a toddler. The billing section delays by not succeeding and displaying the upcoming token numbers, and hence you might end up being late for your appointment, despite reaching early. Unorganised, unresponsive and haywire procedures. Extremely disappointed.

Cloudnine hospital helped Idexcel to conduct vaccination drive at the hospital for our Bangalore employees. It was a seamless drive, no waiting time, well planned. A special mention to Ms.Anjali Sinha for helping us to drive this.

Doctors and nurses were so friendly and caring. Especially I was so happy with the nurse Prasansa and she so caring, helpful and kind. My experience with cloudnine was amazing from the day one i entered the hospital for the first time Hema was the person who approached us and guided us each and every step and the process,further, its really an amazing journey which i had with Dr Shoba Venkat who took care of me. She was sweet and encouraging and made me feel home ,every time i visited she was so kind and explained each and everything clearly cleared all my doubts as this was my first pregnancy. Cloudnine has an amazing session for the parents to be, they explain you how we have to prepare ourselves and be strong which helps us for Normal delivery without any fear, i had so many questions running in my mind which was cleared from the docs and they even have virtual classes which they give us some important points wat has to be followed before and after pregnancy.The staffs and nurses, night duty docs were so humble my husband was worried when i was admitted at night every 10 mins he reached out to the duty staffs and docs they were so kind to come every often to check i thank you so much for the kindness shown. The way i was treated through out my pregnancy and delivery made me realise i was into safe hands and expert Doctors nurses and staffs. Nothing to worry about any issues or concers. Special thanks to Dr.Namitha who encouraged me during my labour pain from the time i got admitted untill my discharge. Deepa and me started our journey with Dr. Manju Nair at Cloud nine -airport since Dec 2016. We reached there after 2 failed IUI's. Under her consultation and treatment the first IUI was success but it was ectopic and so needed to be aborted. Later we went for our 1st IVF cycle. That was success too but unfortunately the baby didn't develop the heart beat. This was the time we broke down emotionally and mentally and took a break from all this. We came back again in 2023 but both of us developed some unexplained complications (got Covid in 2nd wave) which put us at low probability if success . As we had immense faith in Dr. Manju Nair we went ahead and with gods grace we are in the journey towards parenthood (first trimester) Dr Manju Nair is one of the best doctor and doctor who is dedicated and devoted to her job. She comes across as friend to you and under her guidance the whole journey feels very comfortable and safe. A gentle human being . She has amazing memory and her attention to details is awesome. She remembers patient's name , history , treatment details., each and every minor things like its back of her hand. She is available on Whatsapp at any time of day to resolve your silly queries. Only a person who has 100% passion can do so 24*7. In the last 6-7 years I have recommended her to two people within my circle and both have conceived through IVF. The cloudnine fertility team such as the nurses & pharmacist are very well trained and supportive. Would like to mention few names Veera (very caring), Jaya, Netra, Kavita , Rosy, Soumya. I might have missed few names here. Thank you to the entire team. They along with Dr, Manju Nair make you feel as part of them and it feels like they are with you along this emotionally draining journey.. They really want you to be successful The price for the treatment is decent as per market and we didn''t feel as we were charged for unnecessary things. The facility is clean and with well maintained infrastructure. The service provided is prompt too Things that can be improved is canteen facility and parking.

First and foremost, I have a deep level of appreciation for Dr. Poornima (our obstetrician) and her sincere dedication and support during my labor. She was literally there with us at midnight to induce and again at early morning to conduct the delivery. Dr Poornima was really knowledgeable and experienced and walked us through the entire process of pregnancy and labour well in advance. It's truly commendable when a doctor understands and respects a patient's wishes, especially when it comes to the birthing process. My determination for a normal delivery, coupled with Dr. Poornima's supportive approach, made the experience even more rewarding. The journey of labor pain can be challenging, but the joy of hearing your baby's first cry undoubtedly makes it all worthwhile. I am also thankful to all the labour room sisters, especially Sister Vincy, and all ward sisters especially Sivaranjani, Shalini(both of them), Sibi, Kokila, Nirmala for their tireless efforts and constant care. I would like to express my gratitude to Reeta Sister and Violet Sister for their invaluable assistance and support in helping me feed our little one. Your kindness and patience have made a significant difference in our experience. I am incredibly grateful for my physiotherapist Shalini for her support and guidance throughout my pregnancy journey. My husband who is a paediatrician at Cloud Nine Hospital, speaks highly of the team of pediatric doctors there. Having met them, I am starting to understand why he feels so. Dr. Nilesh and Dr. Amitoj deserve heartfelt thanks for their dedicated care and support as neonatologists for our little baby. Having skilled and experienced professionals by your side during this precious time can make all the difference. It's evident that the team at Cloud Nine Hospital is dedicated and skilled, ensuring the best possible care for young patients. Words cannot fully express the depth of my appreciation for your commitment and compassion. You are true heroes, and I will always cherish the wonderful memories we have from our time under your care.

I frequently consult Dr. Meghna Manocha for my kid. She is an excellent doctor and well experienced. Used to listen to the problem very carefully. And most important she avoids antibiotics is the first instance. I recommend her for others.

I recently received care at the hospital and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Jaggu and Rohini, along with the entire nursing team, provided exceptional care and support throughout my stay. Their dedication and professionalism made a significant difference in my recovery. You made a challenging time much easier to bear.

We went to this hospital for my husband’s surgery (a small procedure) and came back with a lifelong trauma. It was supposed to be a 30-60 minutes surgery. But the doctor called me just after 15 minutes and said that an accident happened and my husband got burn. The doctor said that one of the machinery got short circuit and his OT bed caught fire in the middle of the surgery. I saw my husband shivering. I could literary hear the sound of his teeth shivering. I saw another doctor (a plastic surgeon) peeling off his burn skin, for dressing. He got 2nd degree burns on both the thigh and the left hip. He was not able to sleep for months. He was under heavy dose of antibiotic. A burn victim has to suffer pain mostly alone, family and friends are not allowed as precautionary measures. The pain that he went through cannot be expressed in words. The hospital did take care of the burn treatment and did not charge us for it. But as the time passed, they stopped reimbursing for the medicines that he still needs to take. It’s been 6 months and the wounds are still there. It still pains sometimes. We got this traumatic experience in returns of trusting this hospital. I get up in the middle of the night as those memories still haunt me.

We are super grateful for the care and support we got from the duty nurses and the staff during the maternity journey. The way our baby was handled with so much much expertise and professionalism, got to learn do many things from them. You would never feel u are alone in this,they keep supporting and guiding you no matter what time you need help from them. Their unwavering support, expertise, and compassion make a significant difference for both mothers and newborns. Would like to thank all the nurses,staff there, violet mam for the confidence she gives you to never break down. Last but not the least Dr Sandhya Rani mam for the whole delivery process and support during the pregnancy..I m not sure it would have been possible without your guidence.

We are very much disappointed of cardiac department doctor. We always taking the appointment but every time they are canceling the appointment.if you people want to cancel then why are you giving slots at application. very worst maintainence. We always taking appointment to her at old airport Road but they are informing before day Or the same day go to whitefield for checkup. What type of behaviour is this. Not only one time so that's why only I am posting here. Here are they won't respond .

It was a unique experience to have a candle night dinner at a hospital. Well organised and nicely presented by the staff responsible.
