I was admitted to this hospital a month ago for an ankle surgery. I was treated with utmost care and attention. All the doctors, medical staff here are very cooperative and kind. I extend my gratitude to Dr. Karthick Hunse (Treating doctor) and Madam Vidya for their professionalism and support.

I would like to share my experience here my dad was diagnosed DENGUE n immediately he was asked to be admitted I was worried looking at my dad condition but here the Doctors and staffs are very friendly n I didn't feel that I'm at nursing home instead felt like m at home n my dad got recovered within 3 days of time n got discharged. "My recent experience at Bharathi nursing Home was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, I was met with long wait times, dismissive staff, and a general sense of incompetence. The admitting process was a chaotic mess. I was shuffled from one department to another, each time being told to wait for someone else. When I finally saw a doctor, they were rushed and seemed uninterested in my concerns. The hospital facilities were outdated and poorly maintained. My room was small and dirty, and the bathroom was in a state of disrepair. The noise level was also unacceptable, with loud conversations and alarms echoing through the hallways at all hours of the night. The most concerning aspect of my experience was the lack of communication from the hospital staff. I was never kept informed about my condition or the plan of care. When I asked questions, I was either given vague answers or ignored altogether. Overall, my experience at Bharathi Nursing Home was appalling. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. If you are looking for quality healthcare, I urge you to look elsewhere."

I got my son admitted for acute pneumonia. Right from the time we met, Dr.Srinivas who did a thorough checkup followed by few tests including Xray to Dr.Madhusudhan who recommended for immediate admission, it was very smooth. All the hospital staff were extremely polite, understanding and proactive. Not even once i saw them frowning. They gave me an estimate at the beginning and both doctors explained reason behind the illness and their plan of action. Nurses and Staff during both shifts were extremely cooperative. Madam Vidya from Finance/Accounts and Admin was extremely helpful during the discharge process. We were very happy the way my son was taken care of. Big shout out and heartfelt thanks to Dr.Madhusudhan , Dr. Srinivas, Madam Vidya from Accounts and all other staff.

Very neatly maintained. Staffs give good attention. Very very satisfied with doctor's soft approach to patients. Homely atmosphere.
