My experience with ARKA HOSPITAL was very good. Starting from Doctors, nursing staffs, billing team, all were very supportive and were friendly to educate the patient and made our stay comfortable. The service provided was good and also timely mannered.

Not happy with over all service. Visited for Thyroid issue. Receptionist guy forcing patients to fill Google form when they are hurry to consult doctor. Unnecessary reg charges of 150 rs, receptionist said it's hospital rules. Poor professionalism. Even in corporate hospitals they are not charging 150 rs. Reception desk requires professionals to handle patients. Kindly hire professionals.

Hospital is good. My brother in law was admitted for Covid and they have treated him well. Charges are higher as compared to services given. Nursing staff needs to be more professional even though they are over loaded due to pandemic. Quality of food given to the patients was good. Dr Aditya is a thorough gentleman with kind heart. Duty doctors are really caring. Dietician Dr Ramya has taken care of my brother in law very well even after discharge from hospital by continuously helping by providing advice over calls n whatsapp.

I had got admitted in this hospital for 15 days Dr Manoj and Dr Sunil motivated me through out my recovery journey they have given me lots of courage to go through this bad phase bravely . Also very lucky to be consulted by very experienced doctor Aditya . He also filled in a lot of confidence in me . Coming to the nursing team they made me feel at home and they were like family Especially Mr.Roshan ,Mr.Jijo .Mr Anwar and Mr .Arrif these people took real good care of me . They always were there for me when I needed them . They treated me as if I was a family member to them and gave a brotherly feeling . Mr . Roshan and Mr.Aariff took real good care about me in the nights (I used to call them every 20min but they never got irritated, I felt guilty to call them sometime but they were always ready to help) really nice feeling. Ward boy chethan was really helpful and all house keeping ladies wer very good The diet given was also very healthy and tasty . Ms.Ramya had planned a very nice diet for all . It was really tasty and comfortable and it was really good interaction with Ms.Ramya .she took regular updates about my diet and health Overall it was a very good experience in Arka

I had gotten my husband admitted at this hospital for 15 days. Lots of appreciation to the entire team. Pleasant consultation experience with Dr. Adithya and Dr. Manoj. Excellent support by nursing team Mr. Roshan, Mr. Jijo, Mr. Anwar (New nurse), Mr. Aarif, and many more. Healthy and heavenly food plan to relish by Ms. Ramya. Administrative support by Ms. Sheeba. Every staff is hardworking. It was a comfortable stay. Thanks to one and all.

One has to wait endlessly for doctor consultation and to get the lab reports. I had to wait more than an hour after the appointment time to meet the Physician. When the test sample was collected in the morning, the hospital committed to give the lab report by the end of the day. When i called to inquire, the receptionist blatantly said it can be provided only the next day & hung up the call. I called back and escalated the issue to Admin(Suzan) who said she will follow up and get the report emailed.. Even after following up so many times i still did not get right report .Such is the state of affairs at this hospital. Totally disorganized, Please do not visit.

Got my son admitted at Arka after he met with an accident. Dr. Aditya and his team performed a surgery on his fractured leg. Such an experienced and amazing doctor he is. And assisted by very good staff. Thanks to Team Dr. Aditya, my son didn't experience pain at all, though he was conscious throughout the surgical process. Patient care during his stay in the hospital and even during our subsequent visits was very nice. Thank you everyone. One of the best hospitals in Yelahanka.

I have been consulting doctors here for thyroid from last 2 years, initial they treated good, it was an easy go.. Now a days, ma recent visit fell like they are behind making money, no concern about the patient health.. Also, the prescription has many faults.. Just coped last list suggested, but orally said other... I suggest not to visit others..

I met Dr. Praveen Ramachandra, he is a very humble doctor who listens and give advice accordingly. I went to him after seeing the good reviews. he had very positive attitude towards my problem and encouraged me. He also have a nutritionist doctor who is working alongside with him to give proper consultation to people. I have started my treatment under his guidance.

Please do train your staff to respect the patients, one should not make the patient wait for hours even after a prior appointment, very saddened by this experience. Very ignorant and casual staff, I request the higher management to please look into this matter.

I beg to bring to your notice that the Lady Sheeba ARKA Hospital HOD is very arrogant & always shouts on patient attenders if they ask any query. Believe or not she made me to wait one full day to collect final bills & discharge summary which will take hardly 15mins, I never seen this worst service, We all know there is less support staff but still she should change her behavior & attitude no body is doing free service right. I strongly recommend my friends & my team not to admit in ARKA Hospital even though they are in critical condition. Kindly take necessary action & provide better service. God Bless All.

I got my mom admitted when i couldn't find a hospital through bbmp well in this trying times arka hospital has been saving grace. Dr. Aditya along with staff has been excellent who without any hesitation treated my mom also the nurses and support staff who have worked hard tirelessly without fear of getting infected specially Mr.pradeep and Mr.parathi have been fabulous to name a few also miss. Ramya nutritionist have provided provided excellent diet and food to my mother. I once again thank again from bottom not my heart .

I was referred to this hospital for physiotherapy and was referred to Dr Simran. While treatment worked great for me, the scheduling of appointments was a bad experience. There is no punctuality and most appointments were delayed. For working people like me this was a big problem. Time management is definitely something that the physiotherapy department at this hospital needs to improve upon.

We have been consulting with Dr. Praveen Ramachandra for past 8 years. He is very friendly, treats patient more like family member. Doctor spends good amount of time with patient, listens to their problems diagnose the underlying issue and addresses it. He understands the patient's concerns if the tablet is creating some problem and if we tell this suits or not based on that adjust/change medicine.
