Service is awesome

I really enjoyed the hot wings I bought here, they were spicy not salty. The fries were fresh and the tomatoe source wasn't forgotten. I wish other chicken licken can learna thing or two from this specific one.

Great service, food is always good and don't have to sit and wait long to get your order.

Am in my sick bed right now because of food poisoning, your food is contaminated, am so angry nd frustrated. Bought two big John burger, me and my girlfriend, I was the worst affected as I had to seek medical attention, lost to much water in my system, clean nd sanitize! Am so mad nd I dnt knw which action to take again u🤒

This resturant always gives me the best customer service . The staff is so friendly especially the guy who hands out food in the drive through . He is so bubbly . I believe they work as a team . Their fly through is indeed a fly through. 10/10 forest customers service .

2 stars is for the slinders cos the chicken was dry and too salty and I got half a thigh. Lady who took my order wasn't friendly at all but the guy at the last window offered a great service.

We had milkshakes and hot wings, the food was great as always. Downgraded my 5 star rating to a 4 as the service was good and friendly, but the chicken was way too salty and soggy this time around fried chicken needs to be crispy.

What can be said about this place, friendly staff, chicken wings spicy is what I enjoyed.. fresh and hot..

Compared to KFC I always get wat I ordered there pricing is way more affordable and they don't chuck a bunch of chicken wings into your order and there chicken is not drowning in oil

What a disappointment ordered 2 lunch boxes but did not expect trice fried very oily and extremely salty chicken. If you squeezed the chicken I'm sure you could have had a cup of oil between the two meals. I did not expect this and it seems that the attitude of no care towards standards seem to be the standard at this store.

The thing about reviews is to be 100% honest. I bought the Big John Top Delux. I really were dissapointed when I got home. It's not a big burger at all. The portion of chips is dissapointing to. This is not even real chicken on the burger but chicken patties. Really guys if your delux burger was such a disappointment then I can't help but wonder what the rest must look like. The roll / bun was not even fresh. To me overall your Big John was a serious let down.

I always drive to Northmead for wings.its a franchise but surprisingly theirs taste better than any other branch and the wings are always fresh and hot.Love it.

Yesterday i bought wings for my family at chicken Licken Northmead and after eating the wings it was like we drank luxutives, we are continuiosly having a rummy tummy & it it actually my first time experiencing this issue with your store.. im so highly dissapointed , my son couldnt even go to school today his still having a runny tummy. do u guys have any idea whats goin on? ..

A family member of mine was in hospital. So I decided to order from Chicken Licken & ended up having Food poisoning from the chicken.

Customer service was good and our order was done quicker. There's drive thru making it easier for those who would rather not get out of the car.

Ordered 6 pieces via Mr D, what happened is history but l must say well done to the manager am now a happy customer, you really went out of your way to deliver my chips. THANK YOU

Two experiences with this same problem. I'd advise don't go there and hour before closing time. On two occasions I've had my money returned because they forgot my/our order so they had already switched off everything (stoves and stuff) so yeah that 👎🏻 First - they forgot the order and we arrived &ordered no less than 50 minutes before closing time. And then the manager or smth came out on closing tims to tell us that they forgot our order so do we want the pieces that they have (which weren't what we order) or money back my biggest problem is there closing time is the same as all restaurants so kinda left with an empty stomach, she literally waited for them to close to tell us that mx! Second - me + bf for sure 30mins before closing time order and wait inside even. 30 minutes later the staff is closing and looking at us like we are lost. Gosh took my money and left never been there before closing time since
