Thanks for making lekker food even if you were so busy!

How sad! I usually go to Bedfordview's Burger King and never had any issues!!! Northmead's Burger King should go get training at Besfordview's branch! I stopped over the weekend at Northmead's branch and was told I could not get the special as I did not have the app. I downloaded the app ready to place my order of 5 x surprise burgers and asked the lady to please hold the tomato as we are allergic to it and she refused. I asked why as their will actually benefit by using it for anothercustomer. She said 'It is the special'. After an argument I picked up on something. I asked her if they are pre-packed. She said 'yes' and that is why they could not give without tomato. As they were not busy I stateted that it is not freshly made as ordered! So I changed the order to 1 x burger meal and told her I am not going back there. She gave me no apology. I thought perhaps she had a bad day so I went there again today, ready with my app and thought I don't want an argument again, so just ordered 4 x surprise burgers and take the tomato off. How disappointing that 3 of the 4 burgers were chicken. Unfortunately the pic does not show the chicken burger, but empty box. One of my passengers ate hers in the car. You may argue that is what the surprise is. Sure, but not 3 of the same out of 4!!! On the side of the box are numbers. Why not tick them so that there are no dubbles/triples given to one customer? Never had these issues at Bedfordview. Seriously people, is everything going to the dogs? Check your order before you leave their premises. I will definitely not go their again!!!

What is the point of coming to a drive thru for fast food when they end up making you wait and wait in the parking lot? It wasn’t even a big or complicated order. They are also always out of stock on stuff. This Burger King used to be great but not anymore. I’m going to think twice before coming here again. Picture is my POV waiting in the parking lot for them to bring my food after I’ve already been through the drive through and paid. 😒😒😒

Food is fresh, and good. But the drive thru spills out into the main road during peak times at night. So can take 30-40 minutes to get to the order window.

While I love Burger King. The service at this drive-through is not great. Often, it is faster to park and walk in. They bypass the timer used to ensure they serve fast enough. Rather, do better than bypass the system to ensure you provide good service.

Valentine's day's drive thru was a nightmare, it took so long that my partner walked to get something from nandos and came back to find me still waiting to collect the food. They clearly weren't prepared for the Valentine's day. Food was nice though

This is the worst Burger King I’ve ever supported. I ordered two burgers, I only received one. The roll of the burger i did receive was stale as well as the chips. It was as if I ordered the food the day before. It was absolutely terrible

Terrible service and communication. Waited 30 mins in a que to place an order. Then waited a further 10 minutes to receive the food. After requesting extra sauces, they still failed to supply with the order. Food was cold upon receiving and Quality was definitely not up to the normal standard. Staff are shouting amongst one another with no customer service! Management needs to address this as its becoming pathetic of this branch.

For a yummy experience visit Burger King for an awesome delicious meal. The restaurant is neatly set out, clean & a pleasure to have a dine in experience. The staff are friendly & well mannered with customers.

If you are hungry then this is the place to go to. You simply can't fault their bigger burgers. The place was neat and clean. The staff friendly and efficient. My order was processed promptly and ready. Ofcourse the refil of coldrink is an exstra bonus if you decide to sit down and enjoy your meal. Burger King is by no means cheap but the burgers are good, very good and you will be filled depending on what you order. I was totally satisfied with everything and would wholeheartedly recommend Burger King Northmead!!!

Burger King Northmead should be closed down, the service is never good. They cause noise pollution in the neighborhood, it is screaming and noisy all the time. This place is in a residential area and the residents that are paying high interest rates or rent for their houses have to live uncomfortable. The so called car guard that works there is harassing the customers , he shouts all day long, he urinates against the trees in front of the houses. He is using drugs and I am not sure if the employees are using with him. I think the people that live there should start a petition. I will not be able to live like that paying my hard earned money for a house and this is how it goes. Burger King has no respect for the residential area they are in and the customer they are serving .

Food is the same as any Burger King out there. Not a good experience with the service though. Wanted to grab something for breakfast at 09:15 not open yet although the signs states 09:00 am did not explain to us that the patties was going to take a while to cook. Completely wasted our time. Competely defeats the purpose of fast food.

Waited in the line for drive-through for over 1hour. Got to the box where you place your order and waited another 20 minutes I understand it's Friday night and pay weekend, but do better, especially when you see Burger King staff eating like customers inside. When they clearly very busy. I am literally a waitress. I know customer service and this is pathetic.

Definitely recommend food taste like macdonalds just bigger in size chips is most likely like McCain chips but the milkshake is the best Its so creamy and delicious just love it.

A quick stop on the way home, and it was literally that... quick! Effecient and friendly staff. The food was freshly made, and the order was correct.

Service is great, but they never have cups for the King Fusion. Chicken tenders used to be delicious, but they haven't been fresh the last 2 times

Enjoyed the food, the service, the staff could be more friendly, the guy got irritated as the door was locked as they were only doing drive thru's. It was not professionally to shout the stuff in front of customers.

We love burger king drive through. However in the week the card machines was not working and we had to order and pay inside. The place was cramped, busy, smelly, dirty. No cleaner around to wipe up spilled coldrink or a messed burger on the floor. I was not impress with the cleanliness inside. But still love my burger king

Close to home and convenient - have recently started to love BK over other fast food restaurants for the quality and speed of service. This BK is especially good - great/friendly staff. Food doesn't take long at all and quality is always good! Have never had an order messed up! A true drive through

Lettuce and tomato always fresh, the chips you never feel as if they old or been sitting long , unlimited soda is always great ! Only downside is the staff can be noisy sometimes when dining in.

HOW ABSOLUTELY MORONIC do you have to be to leave the garnish off when the customer ONLY said NO SAUCES. NO SAUCES does NOT mean you should put NOTHING on!! It means you should leave JUST the SAUCES OFF. If you are too DIM to understand the order go sweep streets instead. THANK YOUR MANAGER FOR FIXING YOUR MESS-UP......... ***UPDATE: It appears that your manager, TIAMO, is as USELESS as you are. After waiting for half an hour for the replacement to be sent i called AGAIN to find out where my food was. Turns out that it HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED ON?! WHAT UTTERLY POOR SERVICE!! I will NO LONGER support THIS branch.

This burger king has a run down feel to it. The service is semi chaos. The food is ok but not on par with other Burger Kings.

I love Burger King, and when u go online and use their website to get vouchers it becomes an even better experience. Only catch is, you have to go inside the shop to redeem the voucher! Super friendly staff, fast service!

Clean, fast, efficient and the burgers were tasty! (tasty for a fast food outlet??? Can that be???) Yes indeed, excellent burgers and exceptional fries. Very impressed and Burger King are definitely my go too burger joint from now on.

The staff at this Burger King outlet was friendly and helpful, I had two vouchers which we used towards the purchase and was happily assisted by the cashier, we had XL Quad Stackers and they were all they are meant to be! 100% pure beef patties x4 each and on the xl version is a man sized sandwich and has tons of yummy cheesy sauce! I will easily recommend Burger King to any of our family and friends and we visit this outlet each time we are in Benoni

Phenomenal service, we ordered a take out and went to sit down and got distracted and the lovely person dealing with the till brought us our food and made sure we were doing great.

Drive very busy but much faster than the front counter, we were 10 cars in the drive through and we left before our friend who went to the counter to order as we arrived. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to come out. Great for drive throygh but terrible for customer at the counter

Pathetic service. Waited forever in the drive-thru. Extremely rude lady taking the orders and payment. Then they did not pack the whole order. The chips was all thrown into the bag-everything fell out of the containers. Had to go inside to sort it out. The manager Raymond was just standing around smiling at customers that were raising concerns. Very noisy inside and everybody in the service area shouting at each other Not a good experience at all. Thanks to poor Silindile that had to fix other people's mistakes.

Food Fresh. However, the organisation of the restaurant is quite bad. If you don't get trampled to death by Uber Eats/Mr Delivery drivers while waiting for your order then people just walk in and push in at the front of the ordering queue and the staff do nothing about it. The Queuing system needs to be sorted out and please, for the sake of your customers. Get the Delivery drivers to queue properly or tell them to have some respect for the others waiting as well. Nothing more irritating than being hit and bumped by Delivery bags.

My food was ice cold. I got the wrong drink and the wrong sauce. Roughly R500 order and I got a measly R70 refund. I don't recommend this branch.

The food is always nice here, the service lacks some enthusiasm at times, it's like these people does not want to Work here but yet they do, kind of I'm here what do you want. Sometimes the service is good and the people friendly.

Man, brilliant service. A little cramped in terms of seating space, but that's hardly a deal breaker for those who wish to sit in. Staff is friendly and quick. That vanilla Pepsi is proper, lol.

Their food is always good quality and love the customer service. Was there the other day and they brought me extra drinks since I had to wait in parking for my order.

Worst experience at Burger King Northmead. First phoned in to place an order, no orders taken telephonically. No whopper deal combos on The app either... so we had to drive there, place our order etc... when we get home, we notice they only gave us 3 burgers and not 4🤨 I was so tired I didn't even complain or let them know .. I just said to my family u better enjoy ur meals coz it's tye last time we will be eating there.

Last 4 times me and my wife had woppers we got sick. My cousin from irland came to visit us and we also went and got food from burger king Northmead and he got sick as a dog spent the whole night in the bathroom last 3 months burger king Northmead food has gone down dramatically woppers dont even taste good anymore.

For this one I'll have to say, they gave me a spontaneous and scrumptious service ever! Look I didn't even wait long 7 minutes was enough. My food was so mouth watering as usual the beverage cold as always. Having to wait in the parking lot bt u went to drive thru side, coz i u wanted to wait i could have ordered inside, u got to drive thru then they ask u to wait by parking they wl being your food,whats the use of a drive thru..convenience and not wanting to wait,bt ow well u end up waiting

My food is always lovely. I've tried a few of the specials on the app and it's definitely worth it. My only one issue was the BK fusion was a bit disappointing.
