sad!
I
usually
go
to
Bedfordview's
Burger
King
and
never
had
any
issues!!!
Northmead's
Burger
King
should
go
get
training
at
Besfordview's
branch!
I
stopped
over
the
weekend
at
Northmead's
branch
and
was
told
I
could
not
get
the
special
as
I
did
not
have
the
app.
I
downloaded
the
app
ready
to
place
my
order
of
5
x
surprise
burgers
and
asked
the
lady
to
please
hold
the
tomato
as
we
are
allergic
to
it
and
she
refused.
I
asked
why
as
their
will
actually
benefit
by
using
it
for
anothercustomer.
She
said
'It
is
the
special'.
After
an
argument
I
picked
up
on
something.
I
asked
her
if
they
are
pre-packed.
She
said
'yes'
and
that
is
why
they
could
not
give
without
tomato.
As
they
were
not
busy
I
stateted
that
it
is
not
freshly
made
as
ordered!
So
I
changed
the
order
to
1
x
burger
meal
and
told
her
I
am
not
going
back
there.
She
gave
me
no
apology.
I
thought
perhaps
she
had
a
bad
day
so
I
went
there
again
today,
ready
with
my
app
and
thought
I
don't
want
an
argument
again,
so
just
ordered
4
x
surprise
burgers
and
take
the
tomato
off.
How
disappointing
that
3
of
the
4
burgers
were
chicken.
Unfortunately
the
pic
does
not
show
the
chicken
burger,
but
empty
box.
One
of
my
passengers
ate
hers
in
the
car.
You
may
argue
that
is
what
the
surprise
is.
Sure,
but
not
3
of
the
same
out
of
4!!!
On
the
side
of
the
box
are
numbers.
Why
not
tick
them
so
that
there
are
no
dubbles/triples
given
to
one
customer?
Never
had
these
issues
at
Bedfordview.
Seriously
people,
is
everything
going
to
the
dogs?
Check
your
order
before
you
leave
their
premises.
I
will
definitely
not
go
their
again!!!
