I enjoyed my food today, Candy came to my rescue to get rid of my bhabhalaz.

If you need to grab a bite to eat then Wimpy offers a great assortment of choices for the variety of diets. Their mega coffee is my favorite if you need to get a boost. Bathroom facilities are clean. The views are of the lake and this offers a calming atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Great playpen for the kids and for party's. For people working from their laptops there is WiFi and connection points. As this Wimpy is located inside a mall parking and wheelchair access is available. It also helps that it is on the ground floor.

Pitso was excellent! Helped a mom out! Although they dont have a toilet inside. The waiter is happy to take your child. Very friendly. Nice atmosphere out by the kids play area.

I love nothing more than grabing a wimpy coffee after a 12hr flight from Perth to Jhb. I used to waitress for wimpy after college and weekends. The only sad thing is the 7 chips they give with your food. It's more like a garnish nowadays.

It was packed however there was one person at the till. I waited in l Iine for 15 minutes before I was attended to. I always go to the Nandos at Springs and I must say this time the service was very poor. Even at the door, there was no one to take the temperature and sanitize , like they always do. What the point of having a few tills but only have one working even though the restaurant is packed.

Walked in told to seat myself few seconds menues placed on table no introduction no greeting she left as soon as she arrived. I watched a man order and finish his desert, watched a lady walk in with her kid order her meal and get it. All before I even knew who my server even was. Manager called. Grievance given. I walked out. Didn't want their food cause servers tend to get petty with food when you complain. Not going back. Standard has fallen.

Struggled to get served after 55 minutes. Then couldn't round a waiter up for drinks after our meal. Customer opposite us had to repeat his order 3 times.

Received wonderful service from Thandeka however my chips were a bit under cooked

Candy was very helpful and friendly. I have an issue using the app though. I wanted another coffee after my meal but I was told I'll have to use the app again and pay again. I decided not to take the coffee because I'm not willing to go through that effort just for a coffee and then I have to pay bank fees on top of the price again. I will rather go to M&B where I can pay once after I have eaten and drank whatever I want.

Candy was very patient and friendly with me. She helped me with choosing a drink and I was stressed for my exam but she calmed me down. I give her a 10 star even. Will definitely come again

The experience was satisfactory, excellent service by Candy. The downside is the Wimpy app which didn't have executive breakfast and mega milo . Please make sure that the app has all Wimpy meals and is constantly updated.

The service from the waitress was really bad, no smile whatsoever she was just cold and you can see she was bored to even serve us, ordered medium chips, she brought mega ones when I asked her about it she said the medium are too small, we didn't even eat a quarter of those fries coz the bits and bites platter was enough for 2. My husband asked for another beer she brought the bill. I asked to take the food away since we didn't eat all of it she brought me take away containers told me to pack my food for myself while she can see I was holding the baby.Thembelihle,she only smiled when she received a tip as my husband insisted we tip her because we can't let bad make us bad people that's his mojo
