At $40 a night for a room with a fan out of order, air conditioning taking forever to cool a room, no cold water at the tap, unwelcoming staff, with DP world here it’s time they get staff that knows about customer service and speaks other languages. WiFi was not working with password given but it is easy to guess the office one to connect the TV and phone . Room crowded with furnitures because it is so small . Not worth the $$$, and to those who named this place as best in Somaliland, I would like to know how many of the hotels you have tried before uttering such inaccurate observation. Can give a star for cleanliness and one for availability. Other than that it needs to improve a lot to deserve 4-5 stars review.

I was there for few days absolutely recommending to everyone who is looking for outstanding room, food and welcoming atmosphere.. Amazing view in the evening..I was room 114 ground floor this hotel is suitable for families with children as well... SaMo from London

Other hotels in Berbera, with the exception of Damal, charge you extra per night for A/C, so they will end up costing as much as this place. However, this place is fairly new, and everything seems to be in working order. Very clean rooms and reliable A/C. Only thing missing was a water heater and a fridge, although the hot climate here makes a water heater not so important. The rooms also have large ceiling fans, not the wall-mounted desk fans that most Somaliland hotels have. Food is good at the restaurant. A little more expensive than restaurants in town, but the same prices are found at similar Somaliland hotels with in-house restaurants, so it's not a fair complaint. If you want to beat the heat, be closer to the beach, and be in a quieter part of town, this is the hotel for you. It is a good compromise for those that don't want to pay for the Damal Hotel or Maan-Soor.

Room was very clean but thats it! The people were not honest about the breakfastprices. They will tell you breakfast is included but charge you full price if your choice was not in the freebreakfastmenu... There is no menu so make sure you ask

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are maintained to a high standard. The AC worked perfectly the whole time we were there. Food in the restaurant was not the best but the icecream and tea was great. Lovely views of the port from the back of the hotel where all the boats are docked. Very reasonable prices and great stay overall. Inn shaa Allah will be back!

It has AC to hid from the Berbera heat.The free breakfast was average. Cleanliness was average too. However, the rooms are very small room, roughly 3.5mx3.5m that is barely enough for the room furniture. The first room I got had no toilet water and the second one no light in the toilet room. So the place is in dire need for good maintenance personnel. The front desk lady was very helpful.
