Great
coffee,
which
was
as
expected
given
the
quality
of
this
part
of
the
overall
service
provided
has
not
changed
over
the
years.
The
first
time
I
visited
this
cafe
was
in
mid-2011
and
I
have
been
here
several
times
over
the
years
I
was
living
in
Bergen,
but
not
so
often
nowadays
given
that
I
live
in
the
sunny
side
of
the
country,
Oslo.
I
recently
returned
to
Bergen
for
a
long
weekend
and
naturally
I
wanted
to
visit
this
cafe
before
I
left
the
city,
which
I
did.
As
I
mentioned,
the
coffee
was
great,
but
the
service
has
completely
gone
down
the
drain.
I
have
to
ask,
why
the
pretentiousness
from
the
people
working
there
who’s
only
job
is
to
serve
coffee
and
food?
The
attitude
of
the
big
headed
people
working
there
was
more
than
enough
to
turn
me
off
from
visiting
this
place
again,
no
matter
how
many
more
awards
they
win.
This
is
a
small
coffee
shop
in
Bergen,
not
London,
Paris
or
Berlin,
or
even
the
global
coffee
capital
of
the
world,
Melbourne……Maybe
they
might
be
a
bit
depressed
given
the
whole
Corona
affair,
but
I
highly
doubt
this.
So,
for
those
reading
this
and
looking
for
a
place
to
have
a
coffee
in
Bergen,
there
are
plenty
of
other
good
coffee
shops
in
town,
maybe
with
fewer
awards
from
over
the
years,
but
they
definitely
provide
a
better
overall
cafe
experience
than
this
venue.
Goodluck
and
perhaps
take
a
look
at
yourselves
and
try
to
return
to
your
roots
of
10
years
ago……Mvh.
