Nice place with many vegetarian options, which is not so usual in Norway. The sensation of the menu is the Hand of Fatima, a mix of falafel with humus and vegetables - check the photos for details. Average to high prices. Nice location with views of old Bergen houses and the Fløyen mountain including the lovely funicular going up and down the mountain. 5 minutes away from the city centre and National Theater, 10 minutes away from Bryggen. Recommended especially for vegetarian enthusiasts.

Stumbled upon this cafe while walking back to the city center from the aquarium- sweet coincidence! The cafe is super cozy! Very nice coffee and carrot cake. You have to trust their sign on cakes- they are simply the best. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have vegan and gluten free options as well.

Nice location, great variety of vegeterian dishes and extremely friendly staff! Don't leave without trying Rafael's special cinnamon roll - it's the most delicious I've ever had!!

Great place .visited it twice . Friendly staff. Good food. I tried Fatima hand 4/5 . Turkish egg 4/5 . Omelette is 5/5. Hummus on toasted bread 5/5. All is good but the service is bit slow .

So glad we stopped here! From the Purple (Taro) Latte to the Hand of Fatima tapas meal, we loved each one of our dishes. And the staff was incredible. She even provided us with tips on where to go during our stay in Bergen. Highly recommend!

Had the Turkish eggs (plus a side of bacon) and we loved them!! I would have taken a photo of them before eating but I couldn’t stop myself from diving in. Really charming atmosphere and amazing service. We are at an airbnb around the corner and we were so excited to have this cafe around the corner. Make sure to add this on your list!

Lovely little Bistro in Bergen. The staff is very nice and courteous. They have great coffee, and you should definitely try their own cappuccino with hazelnut. I would always come back to the Bistro.

Just had the best dinner ever at this little restaurant up from the wharf. We had the bacon & eggs and avocado toast along with pino griegio wine. (Breakfast served all day). Finished it off with a Belgian chocolate brownie. Covid hasn't been easy to this hardworking woman entrepreneur - she deserves better! Go now!

I was treated so warmly and welcomed after visiting here. The food and wine was spectacular. I ate the shrimp Pasta and would recommend that highly. If you are visiting Bergen, I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Had the most incredible meal here, the staff was incredibly kind and sweet. And the food was amazing, the falafel was perfect, the Lemon pasta even better (it melts in your mouth!) and the carrot cake was the best one I’ve had. Definitely recommend that you go to eat here!

Best food we've eaten on our Norwagian trip so far! The chicken tagine was finger licking good and the chorizo stew was to die for😋👌 already want to come back to try more of their food! I was here with my friends while visiting the city - went for a coffee first but returned later on for food. It was absolutely amazing! The place is within 10 minutes walking from the Fish Market. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming for everyone with options to sit inside, or chill out on the square outside. Great selection of refreshing beers, wines and non alcoholic beverages - the owner is willing to help you choose. They offer a huge variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes made from top quality ingredients (both fish soup and falafel bowl we had were top-notch), handmade prepared fresh and served really fast. They also do takeaways.

A very cozy and cute cafe in a very beautiful area of ​​Bergen. Short menu but interesting. There is a choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fantastic experience today after my boyfriend spilled a whole matcha latte and we received a second one free of charge. Great friendly service and the Turkish eggs and eggs on toast were both delicious.

Stopped by with friends and had a chance to sample lunch (fish soup, falafel), beer, and coffee - everything was very good. The atmosphere inside the cafe was cozy and the patio seats outside offered a nice view on Mt Floyen. Joanna, the owner, was also very helpful and welcoming. Definitely highly recommended - will be sure to stop by on future visits to Bergen.

it was delicious ! seriously ! I highly recommend, they make their own pasta (homemade pasta, noodles), I drank kombuche! the best i have tried. I will definitely come back more than once!

One of the very few DOG FRIENDLY restaurants in Bergen!!! 😍😍😍 All pets are very welcome to also be inside. Such a friendly owner who even gave me recommendations for things to do in and around Bergen! I enjoyed a fantastic cake, Matcha Latte and Golden Milk in that pretty Café with nice music and beautiful ambience. It’s possible to relax there for a long time as even books and games are provided!

all the staff here are so amazing and so kind! came here multiple times on our trip to bergen :) they have the best coffee (highly recommend a hazelnut oat milk cappuccino) and the best water! their breakfast toasts are quite filling and were so much better than i could have expected! highly recommend as you will be greeted with a welcoming smile and the owner is FANTASTIC, she gave us so many recommendations for our trip :) thank you!!

When you find the exact thing you are looking for it is a joy! I was looking for a local cafe that would make a really good coffee, have friendly and capable staff, provide a comfortable space to read a book and maybe something nice to eat. Delicious food, had an awesome Alice Verdeca white wine from handpicked grapes (recommended) and plates like the hand of fatima. We were lucky that the weather was perfect so we could have a lovely evening on the terras in the nice neighbouehood! Good vibes, nice people.

One of the best cafés in Bergen. The food is made with so much love and passion. Very well sized portions and delicious. The staff is great and the atmosphere always cozy and warm. Great place for vegan and vegetarian food as well.

Bit of a difficult one to review this one. So negatives first. The lasagne we got was clearly overcooked and was tough and dry (not inedible though). Waiting time for the food for 3 people was well over 30 mins and there wasn't many people in the cafe which was a surprise. Positives, the other 2 means we had were tasty and flavorful. Well the food, I believe, is "homemade" which was great. They had a homemade fermented tea which was marvelous! I could have drunk loads of it! Staff were super friendly. I think our experience was not the normal based on reviews so I will go again to experience it once again.

Lovely place with unique selection of food and many drink choices. Staff was friendly and the food was good. The cafe has plenty of outdoor seating with nice views and wide areas for children to run around. They provide board games and books too. Would visit again.

A small and cozy cafe, wonderful atmosphere. Pet-friendly, good options for vegans, but not only. Nice omelette (with cheese), good coffee. Can get a bit cramped during peak hours. Will definitely be back.

We had the opportunity to try the dishes in the restaurant several times, each time everything was beautifully served and very tasty. We also tried local beer here, which we liked very much. As for desserts, the hot brownie with ice cream was delicious. In addition, the service was very friendly and the interior of the restaurant was cozy.
