As a South Asian person, it is often challenging to find authentic from my region that makes one feel at home. Thai Park is a rare find - home away from home and open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 10 am- 8pm. Highly recommended!

Firstly, just wow! What a fascinating surprise and find in Berlin. Definitely didn’t expect this and highly recommend anyone in the area to check it out. Felt like being in Thailand minus the oppressive humid heat. ;) Food So much too choose from. All the food my friends and I had was very tasty. Had that signature balance of flavours from sweet to salty to sour to spicy. Read on a website that not all the food is so great and to choose the ones where you can see them making it, which is what we did. Ambience It’s in a park and has that great Asian outdoor food market feel. Bring a blanket so you can eat your food on the grass. Price Super cheap for what you get. Most dishes were 5€ and drinks were 3€. Service Well it’s street food so it’s not like you’re being served at a table. All the stall owners were nice and friendly trying to entice you to buy their food/drinks.

Totally recommend it this Thai market! The food are authentic and the vendors are very friendly. The market was smaller than what we expected, but there are a lot of food variety (mostly Thai with some Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese cuisine). There is a picnic area and a playground, so family-friendly and good for group gathering. Remember to bring Tupperware so that you can order for takeaway and avoid paying 2€ each time. Otherwise, always remember to add 2€ to the price of your dish or drink.

This park is great for the whole family. They have a grilling section, playground, open field, and a awesome Thai market on certain days of the week. The selection of food and good vibe of this community driven event is special. There are food options for everyone regardless of taste. There is also a beer garden and handy access to transit nearby.

I know it’s a park but I mainly want to share my interest for the „Thaipark“. When I first visited it was held very often and it was such a nice find. Colleagues recommended and it is a must when in Berlin, specially during nice weather. The environment is great, feels like a community and touristy at the same time. A bunch of people that enjoy food or making food. Pad Thai with shrimp was 5,5€. As always bring cash and someone so you can try as many different things as possible.

I tried the Pad Thai that was introduced on the website and it was tasty and flavorful. A bit too sweet for me. However, my expectation might be a bit too high. I thought there would be different variations of authentic Thai food and snacks, but most of the stands sell the same stuffs. I also tried the pork skewer and fried chicken wing. They didn’t heat it up but directly gave them to me wrapped in the kitchen roll. They were cold and oily. The colorful dumplings were also disappointing. There were barely fillings but dough and all of them tasted the same. Maybe I chose the wrong stand because I saw other people were eating those dumplings as well and they looked much better. I didn’t try the cricket. Just took a pic of them. Oversell it was an interesting experience. However, I don’t think I will go there again for food. A good Thai restaurant will be a better choice

CLOSED ALL AUTUMN AND WINTER! In summer an interesting place to visit, housewives offering yummy homemade Thai food, do not expect hygienic rules or invoicing though. In the early evenings also illegal gambling for money among Thais. Funny the authorities never interfere or control this well-known venue...

(Translated by Google) Too little park for too many people. But the only green where dogs can run a little. In summer, of course, with more flair because of the Thai market. Fortunately overlooked by the public order office. Just like the playing dogs 😉 (Original) Zu wenig Park für zu viele Menschen. Aber das einzige Grün, wo Hunde ein wenig rennen können. (Translated by Google) Neglected drug park in the city center with untapped potential. The park café on the edge, the weekly flea market and the children's playground are the only highlights. The park as such is desolate and dirty. The public BBQ area is gross. Drunkards and the homeless. Drugs are sold and consumed. Unsuitable to life-threatening for children. The Thai meadow (street food) attracts many people, there are no hygienic standards there, and probably nobody pays taxes either. The park could be very nice if the district took care of it, in winter the little hill is used as a toboggan run for children.

Friday to Sunday between 1000-2000 at Preußenpark. More sanitised than it has been in the past, but still a wonderful spot to grab some homemade Thai food and sit on the grass.

Very nice concept! From Friday to Sunday you can enjoy many different drinks, dishes at the Thai food stalls. It’s not that expensive and you get big portions. They use reusable plates, containers and cutlery. When returning you get 1-3 euros back. Great place to enjoy in the summer months. You can eat authentic food and sit in the park.

Could be a nice park but it’s often filled with rubbish and there are homeless people and sometimes junkies. So sad. Would be a great place to run, play outdoors or exercise. Would be nice if the city would turn it around.

Authentic Thai food in the outskirts of Berlin city centre, so much great food and happy people here! Prices are relatively cheap (5 euros for a bowl of noodles) and others a bit more pricey (about 13 euros for the fried fish), but still very cheap for the quality especially compared to a restaurant. If you love spicy food, then this is your home - I love the aromas as soon as you walk into the park. Delicious sweets as well that is hard to come by anywhere else in the city, or Europe in general.

The Thai Park is a fun idea for your weekend but make sure to bring a lot of time with you! Of course it’s crowded and the lines are usually quite long. Nevertheless the food is worth waiting for. Bring cash and an extra smile for the people working there. Big recommendation.

It's a nice experience but not all stands have very tasty food. We tried pad thai and tea from a few places. The only place (the one in the pics) was actually nice. It would probably take a bit too try more stands and learn which ones to go. Mostly I enjoyed the atmosphere in the park.

For over 20 years the Berlin Thai community have been congregating in this park on weekends to hang out, cook, eat, dance and celebrate Thai food culture. Whenever people ask me what's a must place/ event to visit in Berlin, I tell them check out the Asian street food park! I‘ve been a loyal customer for a while and the food is very authentic and i bet anyone will find something to eat there! It ranges from fried chicken all over to vegan options, which is amazing if you go there as a group! If you love pad thai, mango sticky rice, dumplings and fresh papaya salad - RUN!! Here is a rundown of short facts: • from April to October, every Friday - Sunday (10 am to 8 pm) • located at Preussenpark(U Fehrbelliner Platz/U Konstanzer Str.) • no entry fee (it's basically a regular city park) • cash only!! Some stands are pricier than the others, however with 25€ i was very satiated • I suggest to go early to avoid long lines the reason why i subtracted one star is, that the amount of trash is huge. Although they have implemented a system of reusable plates and bowls that you can return after usage it still isn’t 100% clean. If you get the chance to go there, remember to throw away your trash!

The food here is so good we came twice during our trip in Berlin, so authentic and delicious, better than some of the food I’ve had in Thailand! Queen of Pad Thai is OG, so so delicious. I can understand why everyone brings a container now as you have to pay a deposit on the plates and cups but they return it to you when you return the plates and bowls. 11/10 would recommend visiting

Food is amazing, you can get most authentic thai food in this park! Really local dishes where ppl don’t make it too western-german, only if you ask them. Good prices even they increase it bit by bit. Only the plastic waste and usage is a big no-go, people should bring their own lunch boxes!!! (Started doing it last year, believe me, it will change a lot!)

(Translated by Google) Looks very unkempt to me. It used to be a beautiful, well-kept green area with many shrubs that are green even in winter. Today a lot of dead wood and unkempt lawns. Then there are the many people with beer bottles, who poke around the park after consuming a certain amount of alcohol. A relaxing walk looks different to me. The fact that the Thai food market is here in summer is anything but tolerable for the park and the residents. The remains of food can be found everywhere and the odor nuisance is enormous. It may be a tourist attraction, but rather repulsive to me. The only nice thing here is the large playground. Conclusion: I'm not going for a walk here again.

Thai Food in the Park! Bring your own blanket and enjoy the Asian finger food, drinks and desserts... can be very crowded at peak hours. Friendly atmosphere in the field.

I tried thai street food there AND the prices are really europian and the hygiene was really bad as I had some guts complication after eating there. Not really good if your stomach is sensitivy and your eyes cannot see the proces of cleansing of used pans.

  • 1/5 Amir K. 2 years ago on Google
It looked really unhygienic, most stalls have their food without any cover next to the dusty ground where people walked by. Not to mention handling cash and the heat. Couldn't eat anything or maybe we're just too fussy!

The food there is amazing, if you like street food, it is a must go for you. But just a friendly reminder, try not to eat too much, its incredibly hard not to though....

Great vibe, great food, had octopussy on grill, some chicken sqrewers, thai pad and papaya maracuja juice..can make a good deal in price if u ask 😎😎 not expensive, not cheap, but better than indoor shops. Blanket and rest urself in park. Recomend any day! Thnx 🤗🤗

Spent there around an hour together with an friend to eat and there are only three words to say: Oh my god! It is just an incredible place and I have never seen something like this in Germany before! So much different things to try and to eat and the people are super friendly. I can imagine yo spent hours and hours here chilling out with friends. Amazing and an place you must visit if you like Asian food (recommend you the Coconut drink together with the Dampfnudeln) ! Really love it! 😊

Visited the Thai street food stalls here. The food is good and quite authentic but a bit pricey for street food in Berlin. The park is quite clean and there's also a public toilet in the park

Thai food every weekend is a must and not so expensive. They have quite a variable of Thai food and quite a lot of people and long queue. Come early and bring your own mat.

My first visit since the regulation of Thaipark and I really enjoyed it, they've provided good facilities and improved the infra structure without impacting the atmosphere too much. Much more limited field of vendors, but still a great selection of foods to enjoy!

on Sunday, Thai food made by Thai people. But Chicken-fired basil, not using sweet basil leaves, use lemon basil. But the taste is tasty enough.

I really love this park, it’s open during summer on weekends. I visit this park almost every week (with my friend or alone). My favorite are pad thai and mango sticky rice. I love the street food vibes that they offer. Reminds me a bit of Indonesia. This place feels more personal because I love the familiarity. It’ll be better if to bring your own plate or lunch box

  • 5/5 Dávid K. 1 year ago on Google
Best mango sticky rice of my life. Stir fry noodles are good too, but there are some stalls that do not make it fresh. There are no tables at all and the place is crowded. Visit only in good weather because you will have to sit on the grass.

  • 5/5 Attila 1 year ago on Google
Amazing - what a great weekend activity for the whole family. This is super authentic and just walking around trying to find a few good dishes - you could get lost. It is getting more and more crowded but still a great place to visit.

  • 5/5 Supakarn P. 1 year ago on Google
Authentic Thai cuisine. I came all the way from Frankfurt just to eat here. Noted: Thai Park only opens in Summer during the weekend.

  • 5/5 Dasky A. 1 year ago on Google
Go for the ones with the old ladies. If you see a huge queue, it's worth it. If you are here for the first time or new to Thai food, you can get mix platters at mostly all the stands. Get a blanket to sit on the grass. Get a food recipient unless you want to pay 2 Euro Pfand. If you get there at 4 in the winter you can still find good food and not as many people.

  • 1/5 Bárbara V. 1 year ago on Google
I don’t recommend the Thai food at the park. I don’t know what happened, but our stomach didn’t react well to the food, maybe it was not fresh or something. The pad Thai was delicious but the fried stuff is fried several times over and over again so maybe that’s why… I will not repeat it again for sure!

"Thai Park" is just part of this city. It's roots are very deep. I've been coming here for 10 years and am enjoying the beautiful scenery and obviously the amazingly delicious Thai food. I've made great friendships over the years and got to know so much about the culture. Just take your friends and/or family and a picnic rug and you're good to go! And enjoy an unbeatable culinary experience under the sun!

  • 5/5 Anna U. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a pretty cool thing, this whole Thaipark situation. Only wish there was more variety, but there’s no scarcity of pad thai. Awesomely enough there’s fried plantain balls last time I went and they are exquisite.

  • 2/5 M S. 11 months ago on Google
It’s nice that there is a park in that area (not having a park at all would’ve been worse), and that’s the only reason for which I left 2 and not just 1 star in my review. Unfortunately, the park is incredibly dirty, and not taken care of in regard to every aspect, from the grass, to the trees. There is rubbish absolutely everywhere, and an awful smell no matter where you are.

  • 5/5 Uyanga P. 11 months ago on Google
Had very delicious food and fun time there with my family. It almost felt like we were in Thailand. Food was absolutely delicious and good quality.

  • 3/5 ROHAN K. 10 months ago on Google
The location is good, you can just relax in the park, but on a sunny day it's super crowded. We can get a variety of Thai street food - oily cuisine, unhygienic (every cook over there usually doesn't wash his hands, smokes frequently next to the cooking pan and serves with filthy hands, whereas everyone, including 'so-called sophisticated Germans', enjoys this unhygienic food. The rates are quite similar to the restaurant. Rather get food from a good restaurant for the same price and enjoy it in the park. Overall - 3/5 because there is no maintenance of hygiene. Cheers!

Wow!! Many varieties of street food. Amazing flavours. Being a foodie this is one of the best places. Must visit. Prices are reasonable. Many options. You should try a bit of everything. Good place for a picnic as well.

Every year, I always visit Thai Park with friends and have a picnic together there. The food is a bit pricey. For example, a plate of papaya salad or Pad Thai could cost 7-8€. Unfortunately, many places don't really care about lunchboxes, so even if we bring our own, they still charge us the same price, even though they would charge less if they got the plates back. This is a bit unfortunate. The same goes for the cups. However, drinks are usually okay because they charge €3 for the drink and then €2 more for the cup. We need to give the cup back, but the problem is that there are a lot of beggars who collect the cups. We really need to take care of our cups because if we lose sight of them and someone takes them to collect the deposit, we don't get our money back. The taste of the food is so-so. It's good, but the line is always really long, so I don't know if we need to go there earlier or if there's ever a good time to go because there's always a long line. Other than that, on a sunny day, it's a really good place to hang out with friends. They have so many choices of food, and it's important to bring cash because they don't accept cards.

Really great concept and amazing food. About 30+ vendors on a sunny Sunday. Gets pretty crowded after 13:00. Definitely best if you bring you own dishes and cutlery but they will provide with a small deposit.

Thai Park in Berlin is a culinary gem. Nestled in Preußenpark, it's a vibrant haven for Thai food enthusiasts. The diverse array of street food vendors offers an authentic taste of Thailand. From Pad Thai to green curry, flavors burst with authenticity. The atmosphere is lively, with vendors' colorful stalls and a communal spirit. Prices are reasonable, portions generous. It's a must-visit for foodies seeking an immersive Thai experience in the heart of Berlin.

I liked this spot a lot. Tasty food, reasonable prices, generous portions. Fell in love with mango sticky rice 🤤 The only thing I really regret that I postponed my visit to this place. Now Thaipark is my spot number one for a picnic. Keep it up!

What a good place to release your Thai-missing-feeling! It was literally organized likely in Thailand, where you can go to the market with many different of foods, drinks, and then you can sit under the tree to enjoy your foods. Just imagine doing a picnic but with Thai foods! How amazing it is🤩 Of course prices are bit high ((if you compare to Bangkok market😂)) But i got such a bad stomachache afterwards, i wasn‘t sure was it because i ate a super spicy Somtum or was it because the cleanliness there. Well i still enjoyed it haha Make sure to get cash with you!
