Very nice hotel, good location, close to two underground stations, the reception area is very nice and so are the rooms, we got one of the smaller rooms, but the comfort is still very high, nice comfortable bed, though a bit stiff, and nice pillow/duvets.. We’re having the breakfast here tomorrow, I’ll make sure to update the review then! I’d definitely stay here again if I find myself in Berlin, great value for money👍🏼

The hotel is amazing. The room was very clean and modern, indeed on the small side, but enough to move around and the bed was very comfortable. There is a flat TV and a small refrigerator. The bathroom and the shower well-equiped. The location is perfect, close to U-Bahn, and bus stations. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, you have a good amount of choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a great stay in Berlin!

Great location! Which was key for this hotel. Managed to get lucky with roadside parking. Over the weekend it was cheaper than a parking garage. Small rooms but nicely decorated. A little disappointed with breakfast, not much warm Choices. The cost of breakfast wasn’t justified. No Bacon, although Sucuk was a nice surprise. The evening and night Barman was fantastic which kept this rating to a 4 star.

The location is good, close to metro stations and bus stops, the hotel itself is just OK. The rooms and the beds are very small, there is also a single sized quilt on a double bed which I've never seen before. The breakfast isn't pretty bad, wouldn't bother with it. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which can be a deal breaker for some. Service from staff is OK at best. Probably wouldn't stay here again but on a tight budget, it is a decent option.

The hotel was okay… it felt like a cheap hotel masquerading as an expensive hotel. The showers were pretty poor, the business room was tiny (granted we booked the cheapest room but we didn’t expect it to be that small), the pillows were abysmally thin, we asked for an extra pillow each and it was only just the thickness of a normal pillow. The business rooms don’t have a kettle which is a given for most hotels in the UK. The pictures were misleading, no bed runner, no additional brown presentation pillows, which is fine, not like they serve a purpose but they do give a room a nice premium feel… The staff were pleasant, the bar area was nice, but no thrills really. Overall if I was looking for a hotel again this wouldn’t be my first choice.

This stay was really DISAPPOINTING. Titanic Comfort is kind of posing as a fancy place when for real it’s just an overvalued item. The communication between guests and hotel was quite bad; emails that have been sent from the guest side (regarding a delayed arrival) never reached the hotel because „the department already left“. Then our booking was cancelled because the reception didn’t know about our late arrival (again, if the department already left it should make sure that messages are passed on to the responsible people on duty). The room was TINY, the pictures online are a fraud, we didn’t receive fresh towels every day, the air conditioning didn’t work, the room wasn’t cleaned ONE SINGLE TIME and there was no safe or opportunity to lock in valuables , which resulted in some of our belongings being stolen from our room (or let’s say „missing“) and we didn’t get them back so far. At checkout there was no asking about our stay or if we liked it, we just returned the cards and that was it. Only good point was the location, everything was close and reachable. I would NOT come back or recommend this place.

The location is good but everything else about this hotel has been terrible. We’re staying here for two nights and the rooms are a TINY. There’s barely enough room to move around. The rooms also lack basic amenities - there’s no safe to lock your valuables, no fridge, no coffee/tea for the morning, no kettle for hot water etc. The biggest issue we’re having is the noise. Every time someone closes a door next to us or goes to the bathroom - you can hear everything! We woke up multiple times in the middle of the night. When we asked to change rooms because of the noise - we were told that “if it happens again please let us know as we have to verify it’s a real issue”. They didn’t believe us I guess.

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel and the rooms were very good, clean and modern. The location was great. The staff were friendly as well. There were not any issues during my stay. It was my first time in Berlin and the first hotel, and all was good.

Really nice, well kept hotel overall. Room was small is probably the only negative but was up to date, cleaned daily and staff were good. Reception area is great to have a pre sleep drink and maybe a pizza (good) if you are hungry. Staff were good, had no complaints. Local shop 1 min walk that sells snacks, alcohol, cigarettes, etc. Several bakeries near by - head south. U bahn very close. Maybe avoid the restaurants that are clearly a tourist thing although even they weren't bad.

Excellent location and good breakfast! (Double) Rooms are a bit small with thin walls. It's well isolated from outside noise, but you can hear inside noise. Clean, staff is helpful. A lot of mirrors everywhere which I don't like :(

Good room small but comfortable Only down side no tea or coffee facilities in room to wake up to. Breakfast was very good and the bar in the evening for a night cap was brilliant. All staff we meet were most friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a good city break.

It was acceptable. The breakfast was worth the price. The staff were mainly friendly, but they didn't allow the breakdown of the stay price over the course of two days as our credit card limited us to so we had to pay by cash which was a financial setback we didn't expect as all the other hotels allowed to pay per night or over two nights. The location is fine when arriving with a car, not so accessible without one, in my opinion. Make sure to book a bigger room or ask for a paid upgrade as the standard room size is too tiny. Overall, we had an okay time, but it definitely could have been better.

Achtung! Betrug!!!!!

Brilliant location, about 3 minutes walk from Sptttelmarkt Underground and a choice of buses, just perfect. The area is quiet but has a cafe / restaurant nearby which is good. Berlin has plenty of choice just a few stops away on the bus or underground. The staff were frindly and efficient, many spoke English which was a bonus for me. The buffet breakfast was great, so much choice, excellent quality and the timing was great, available til 11 am, can't get better than that. The room I had was very compact but larger rooms are available, just look through the website. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Berlin.

Lovely hotel, looks amazingly clean and modern in style. The staff speaks English and is friendly to tourists, their service is great, are very helpful and make the lobby a lovely place to sit. The location of the hotel is also very close to the U-Bahn. The rooms are clean, noise free, and have everything you would need from a hotel room. The amount of closet space was a bit limited in the classic room, but you could ask for more hangers as a solution. Had a lovely stay with my boyfriend, amazing holiday.

Very good location, nice breakfast and convenient rules. The hotel room was a bit on the small side, notably the bed. But the room provided all the needed comfort overall. It was nice to have the option for late checkout for a reasonable price.

In a good location & a nice atmosphere with lounges out the front. Bed was comfortable but the rooms were a bit small. If you get a taxi driver who doesn't speak English make sure you get it across about where you want to go as there are 3 hotels in Berlin that are titanic hotels

Great location and nice service. The rooms are small (which is ok) but we had a few problems with the Ac/heating system. It emitted a high pitch noise and didn't work properly, so we had to sleep with the windows open (as a result we woke up freezing). The breakfast is ok at best, weird scrambled eggs, few vegetarian options. It's OK but could be better.

Great location. Very close to a subway stop. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was with the duvet on the bed it was a double bed but it was way too small to cover to adults.

Extremely claustrophobic rooms. The reception service was catastrophic. Charged for the rooms, then charged city tax separately, then said that it was a mistake. Couldn’t not refund it on a card so had to give them IBAN. Mixed up the rooms and also the people that were supposed to be there. Smell on the corridors was funky. The only good thing was it was rather clean in the rooms.

I was not expecting such friendly service - the rooms doesn’t have water bowler for tea but they provided me with one along with tea for the period of my stay - I checked the breakfast buffet which was really good for the price. The location is very central allowed me yo reach my meeting within 10 minutes walking .. 👌👍 keep the good work and you showed hospitality which is needed is hotel business!

Lovely hotel. Very nice and well maintained. Staff are brilliant and very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice but not much space for clothing. Not much space around the bed but as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room it wasn't an issue. Breakfast is buffet style and the choices are varied and plentiful. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Clean but smallish rooms. Deco up to date. Staff very pleasant. Very handy to tube stop. Would stay here again. Pricey bar though

Never had a hotel room so tiny. That being said, it was clean and functional to sleep and shower. Breakfast is great. Personnel is friendly. The street is not cosy but the metro is just around the corner , so are two nice restaurants.

Overall enjoyed staying here for the price. The staff was very accommodating and the location was convenient; about a 3 minute walk to the Spittlemarkt Station on the U2 line as well as several bus lines. We stayed for a week in August and the AC couldn’t quite keep up with the heat. Even on full blast we were still sweating a bit at night. They clean the rooms daily. The lobby is nice and the restaurant is well stocked and reasonably priced.

This hotel surprised me as it is a great one with good service, very nice workers and very clean. The breakfast is simple but very good and tasty. Especially thanks for the reception lady named Nadja that was so sensitive and upgraded our room to one that makes our Vacation spacial.

Excellent service. Girls on the reception(Maria and her colleague) are very helpful, helped me to resolve issue with my booking. Thank you! Overall hotel is good. Location is great.

The hotel, in general, is alright. The staff were professional, particularly in solving our complaints; breakfast was equally nice. But the room itself was way too small, with barely any space left except laying, and only two power sockets were available, both uniquely located on one side of the bed, which had created some hard time for me and my partner. Soundproof was close to nothing; our room was on the first floor, and we could easily hear the music from the downstairs bar till 2 am, we could also hear voices from the upper, right and left sides, which was not pleasant.

The staff are so helpful and friendly here, the breakfast is really good and the rooms are comfortable. This Hotel is situated about 12 minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie about 20 minute walk from the Brandenberg Gate and about 15 minute walk from Alexanderplatz and Museums. Dinner options are limited but there is a really good restaurant nearby. If you are visiting Berlin then this is Definitely an option for you to stay. My son booked this hotel for us to have a bit of time together visiting this wonderful city. The double room is spacious and beds comfortable but the bar is a bit pricey. Overall it’s a great base for tourists and I highly recommend it.

The place is nice, location is great, but next time I’d check another hotels around. The room is way smaller that the photos (ok, that usually happens). The strangest thing is that we had to sleep in a queen bed with 2 small blankets, like individual blankets. We requested a big blanket but they told us it’s $9/day. I woke up all the time during the night, I felt like I was sleeping in a sleep bag over a mattress. Oh, Breakfast is good!
