Room very dirty. Not cleaned. Instead of hand soap, we got a whole can of shower gel because we specifically asked for soap. There was no towel either. No TV, heating does whatever it wants. Curtains partly really dirty and torn. Reception should supposedly be staffed until 4 p.m. Even though we arrived at 3 p.m. we had to call the hotel several times and wait half an hour until someone finally bothered to give us the keys. The whole building stinks and is extremely dirty. For 1-2 days short spontaneous trip "okay" otherwise better not. (Small recommendation: the kebab downstairs at the hotel entrance tastes very good)

If there is a rating less than one, this hotel deserves it because: 1) the corners of the room are covered in cobwebs. 2) There is no lock on the bathroom door and instead a white sheet of paper was inserted into the keyhole. 3) The heating was turned off after midnight. 4) The shower area was moldy and there wasn't even hand soap on the sink. 5) There are no employees, not even a reception area. I only saw one cleaner and he gave me the key to the room. 6) There is no actual administration other than messaging through the application and this resulted in me waiting for more than 20 minutes on the first day for someone to come to me and not knowing anything about booking the room. In general this hotel is rubbish and not worth spending a single euro on. 7) The internet, actually (2) passwords were sent to me because there are two wifi in the hotel but that was one of the lies as the internet speed of the first wifi is slower than the speed of a turtle and the second wifi is not connected at all . 8) The window in the room is not closed tightly, causing cold air to enter the room and causing street noise. 9) In all cheap and high priced hotels there is a towel and a body towel, except in this hotel there is only one towel. 10) The TV is hanging above the wardrobe, so you can't turn it on, there's no remote control and it's just hanging on the wall for decoration. 11) There is an employee in every hotel. You give him the room key so he can check you out and say goodbye. Except in this strange hotel where you throw the key in the mailbox and leave, there is no employee. 12) I was informed through the application of a message that read: “You can hand over the bags to our hotel staff on the day of your departure to be kept until 4:00 p.m., but the strange thing is that you do this to no one find it if you want to hand in the bags. That’s one of the lies.”

How to describe this... pleasant experience? I went with my partner for only 2 nights. We arrived late, so they told us, we could pick up our room keys from a safe at the entrance, so far so good. Now, on entering the hotel, the staircase lights didn't work, that was a danger! (The emergency exit lights didn't work either). We managed to get to the room... and found it in a mess. (Then we looked at the message they sent us and it turned out that the cleaning service was not included in the rent, that if we wanted it, we should pay 10€ extra and tell them between 11 and 14) The sheets had not been changed, the towels in the bathroom were used... Well, and when we entered the bathroom... it was disgusting, a blood stain in the sink... everything as black... and the worst thing is that you could breathe a foul smell, it had not been disinfected for decades. To top it off, the next day someone tried to open our room door, it turned out that they had given us a room already rented to someone else! So we called the person in charge, and the unfriendly guy answered us in a bad way, claiming that it was not his problem, that we should call the boss or the police... Anyway, the area is completely recommendable, there is a great Cuban restaurant nearby and an underground bar (X-Terrain) perfect for a few drinks! Now, I recommend you to rent a room but in the Hostel that is a few meters away in the same street! Look at the pictures of the emergency exit plan!!! XDD

If I could I would give 0⭐. It all started with the fact that the tourist tax was simply not deducted from my bill, even though I was traveling on business. Here the net amount was simply increased. Then on the day of arrival the room was suddenly at €54 instead of €80 gross. The room itself was very dirty and unhygienic. In addition to dust and dirt, there was a condom and granola bar wrapper under the bed. The bed was really hard (had to put one of the blankets under my hips to sleep) and had stains on the sheets. Carpet, see pictures, stained and ratty, lampshade on the ceiling was missing, mold stains on the wallpaper and the silicone joints in the bathroom. Corners of the shower dirty and stained, sewage flies in the bathroom and the advertised care products consisted of a 1/3 full men's shower gel. The toilet paper holder was loose, several sockets didn't work, the cupboard was slightly demolished and the room was noisy. Unfortunately, it doesn't help me that collecting the key from the safe went well because the reception wasn't staffed. Unfortunately, there was no response after multiple contacts. Neither via the booking portal nor directly by email. I have now turned to dispute resolution and reserve the right to take further legal action. I really can't recommend it at all!

Dirty, no working sockets, no heating when the outside temperature was 6°C, very cold. The previous tenant's empty bottles under the bed. Hair in the shower. Apparently no cleaning after room use. Is this a love hotel for the ladies from Oranienburger Strasse???

Disgusting. The entire building is very dirty and smells. Half of the room is broken and just disgusting. Shower in the room without bathroom, toilet in the hallway. Some Berlin club toilets look better. You have to look for the staff, communication is virtually impossible.

Unfortunately, this so-called hotel does not correspond to any standard. Extremely dirty carpets, dissolving laminate, broken beds, run-down wallpaper from the 70s, electronic cables hanging out of the walls, no reception, staff barely understands German. What can I say, I've never seen anything like it and this so-called hotel should be removed from portals immediately!!! Minus 5 stars!!!

The location is the biiggest advantage of this place. However we had blood stains and leaking toilet in our room. Despite our efffort the managemnt did not reply our comments. Communication through booking worked well but they just directly told us what to do..never asked if sverything is alright. It is cheap, we knew it will not be raddison Blu. But leaking toilet, destroyed shower and blood stains are made us go out. I would not reccomment this hotel to anyone. Avoid this place. Aftee 7 years of visiting Berlin, i have never seen anything like this.

Needs to be demolished. In fact some ancient guys who probably should have retired were breaking down plaster and walls and we're ripping the place apart. No heating. Floor was sloped and creaking like about to collapse. Wifi blocks everything. Plumbing fixtures completely disconnected and barely functional. I had a 6 night reservation to explore Berlin. Completely ruined, I left after 2 nights after finding a new place.

They have got some kind of scam going, where they sell rooms via hotels.com and when you come to the hotel, they claim they are not affiliated with hotels.com. They have an account there, but it's probably only so they can lure people in and then sell them a room in cash without giving the hotels.com service any percentage. Also they claim that the website for this hotel is fake (!). So if you want to spend your night in a dark alley wondering if you can get a roof over your head this hotel is a great choice.

No reception, just a lockbox to get the room key and to which you're supposed to receive a code to open it. We didn't, and for a while could not reach any staff and had to roam Berlin until finally someone picked up the phone. There was no light in the hallways, and had to use our phone flashlights to find our way through. The staff was unaware of our reservation and questioned us upon entry. Room is dated, but fine for just sleeping. Bathroom could use some cleaning. No breakfast, wifi is there but not fast.

DO NOT BOOK. Arrived in a dodgy and disgusting alley, and when we phoned the hotel they simply told us “they lost our rooms” and left us out to dry. Absolutely livid.

Only one star for the location. The dirtiest room that I have ever visit. The shower had hair, didn’t take the water and as a result we couldn’t take a shower. The toilet was broken and dirty, too. When we arrived there was a toilet paper in the toilet from the previous visitors. The smell was disgusting, too. There isn’t elevator, so every day/night we should go on 4th floor by the stairs with no light.

Your run of the mill budget hotel The room was clean, fresh towels delivered when requested and all round cosy place to stay. The shower was a bit dated and grimy which is the reason they lost a star, but the location was perfect, they couldn't have been more informative with how to retrieve our keys due to the late check in, etc. The only other gripe was that only 1 of the outlets worked - but I put that down to using a travel adapter rather than a native European charging plug. We didn't use the room for anything other than a place to catch forty winks, which it was perfect for. It's cheap, it's cheerful and all round just a decent place for a kip.

I paid €130 for 2 nights. Actually it would be good because it is relatively central to Berlin. But the description doesn't match reality at all. For example, the description states that the staff speaks German and English. But none of it was true. Check in was supposed to be at 2 p.m., but when I got there at 2 p.m. they still weren't ready with my room. The room itself was also a disaster. The bed was broken. It collapsed in the middle of my bed. So I couldn't lie straight. The heating only worked until 12 o'clock at night. And when the heater was running, there was a loud noise, like someone above me flushing the toilet. After 12 o'clock at night, the heating was off and it got cold. There was only one curtain and 2 windows. I had to leave the toilet door open to cover the window so that others couldn't look in. If it only cost €10 per night, for example, then it would be absolutely fine, but it just wasn't like that. The WiFi didn't work either, I always had to use my mobile data.

Very small rooms. Neither of the phone numbers we found worked to contact anyone. Just happened to be walking in when one of the owners was there so we were able to get our room. No elevator and thin walls. But for the price, not a bad place to stop for a night or so. Only a few feet from the bahn station.

Enough for a short trip to Berlin. Unfortunately unclean, no room cleaning during our stay, WiFi only free for 30 minutes, reception was never occupied. Checking in was more or less a coincidence because someone was coming down the stairs from the hotel, after that we never saw anyone again.

It is a horrible place, from the entrance to the hotel it smells bad, it does not have an elevator and the bathrooms are outside the room so everyone can have access to it and they do not do maintenance. The shower is inside the room and is only separated by a glass capsule so part of the carpet can get wet, there is no air conditioning and there is not a person to talk to. Ultimately it was a bad experience.

I had to cancel my reservation for health issues in the laps of 8 hours and they didn’t want to give back a percentage for five nights. It would have been polite to have a 50/50 agreement even if they didn’t have that policy. Even the person in the web site were we made the reservation told us that the owners could help us.

You do get what you pay for. I stayed here, traveling on a tight budget, and is not bad for the price but there are some very simple and basic things which can be improved. Some examples: the bathtub had black mold on every edge, the smoke detector fell from the ceiling and was put in the on top of the toilet seat, the TV didn't get a signal and the "universal" remote wasn't setup to work with it (I had to try everything using the buttons at the back until I gave up and just watched Netflix on my phone). Overall not bad but it's this little things that set it back.

This is a reasonably priced hotel based in a great location. Bus, train and tram stops all nearby, lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Hotel was dated but clean, the rooms were quiet, windows double glazes. Bedding, towels and bathroom were clean. A great hotel to use a base for sightseeing.

You can collect your room key from the staff between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. You will then find the key in the box in front of the entrance, the code for the box will be sent to you by email after this time, they said. So far so good. I finally got to the hotel at 5 p.m. and tried every code and box I could find. Unfortunately this didn't work. After 15 minutes I finally received the box number and the associated code. The stairwell of the "hotel" looked pretty run down and the smell wasn't for the faint of stomach... I don't really need to write more, as the pictures of the hallway and the room say enough. For such an impudence I wouldn't even give 0 stars, but even less.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this place. The lack of WiFi was a major inconvenience. Although there was one WiFi connection available, the owner informed me about it, but upon connecting, it displayed "no internet." Furthermore, the room itself was in a dismal state and old. Taking a shower was a nightmare as the shower area turned into a miniature swimming pool. Additionally, the curtains provided were insufficient in size, leaving the window partially uncovered. Overall, this place is not worth staying at. The only redeeming quality is its convenient location.

We chose this room primarily due to the convenience of location, in the center of the town zone A, while still took around 15mins walk from train station dropped by direct train from the airport. The whole building looks utterly dilapidated and dingy. The entrance was set in a dusky laneway, unlocked, could be entered without any use of key. The dim light and traditional red floor carpet turned the whole atmosphere even more gloomy. Not surprising the room condition was aligned with the whole thing. As we were arrived earlier than expected check in time for dropping off loaded luggage, we were told to wait for 10mins as they need to clean up the room sooner as we arrived. Dreadful smell, dusty and sticky floor, hardly not to imagine the room was not tidily thoroughly cleaned up. I am afraid it was not an optimistic options disbursing more than a thousand a night.

The hotel room was an absolute disaster. The walls had stains, the bathroom was completely dirty, the beds had stains and you felt itchy when you covered yourself with the blankets. There is also no WiFi here and people who use it a lot only have one beam and the stairwell is also very questionable.
