Dont go to this place! What a rip-off! Service terrible, food disgusting and the menu misleading! Shocking!!!

Pure Enttäuschung! 1. 3. Die Rotweinsosse war sehr sauer. Würde ich niemandem empfehlen.

We were searching for a place to eat after 10 pm and we found this family owned restaurant. The schnitzel was excellent, best I’ve had in Berlin so far. We stayed at the restaurant enjoying our meal till midnight. A lovely cozy place to eat!

If you are looking for a traditional cuisine in a multicultural city as is Berlin, this restaurant is superb! A great place to drink local beers. Very cordial attention by owners. Quick attention. Definitely, we were caught by Gambrinuis.

Just had lunch at this restaurant and it is a bad and sad joke. The eisbain is ridiculously small, horrivly cooked and very expensive - and they only take cash. It is an embarassment to advertise this place as a typically german cuisine. I would advise everybody to avoid trying this place.

My husband told me there's a big changes from this restaurant. He used to visit this place and always crowded and the food was excellent. But now the place are so different. Not many people come here. We've try the food and it's OK. Maybe if they improve the foods and also the place to be more bright and new and more atractiv promotion, more people will come. Ah one more thing, the waitress is so friendly and gave us a very good service. Good luck!

The only plus (and minus) that I was the only person in the restaurant. They definitely need some changes...

Ordered chicken schnitzel and it was not cooked properly - raw in the middle. Had to go make myself throw up as I had eaten some. Appalling. Toilets also dirty. It seems to be just one guy doing everything. Definitely a place to avoid.

Overpriced, especially for very small serving of beef goulash. Food was OK but not that tasty. Would not return.

if you're a vegetarian, stay away from this place! Portions are always small and most of their few vegetarian dishes are prepared with fish.

In case you don't know - this place is exactly what it was like when there was a DDR, and also happens to be exactly like what it was like before therer was a DDR. This place is a historical landmark to us drunks, and is named after the patron saint of brewers. It also has a warm feel to it, and a size that let's you knwo what Kneipe life was like before most people became socially inept louts.

Wandered upon this place late one night - just some likely regulars in the bar. We had the most amazing 'Berlin meatball', and excellent fried potatoes and onions. Heaven. The early 80s music and pictures of the area from that time set it off perfectly. Definitely recommend - they don't speak a lot of English (of course!), but we got what we needed!

👍 The queue can get really long in a very short amount of time. We were lucky and waited for about 5 minutes before placing our order. The place was fully packed both inside and outside after we picked up our food. We got the original döner but I was unsure about the sauce they used. The sandwich was...

👍👍 Best kebab ever that I had! I was not and am still not a fan of kebab but I absolutely love Rüyam kebab. They have good service.
